My husband hired this company based on how soon they could come out. The person who came out to…read moreclean was there for a whole hour and 15 minutes. The next day we went to the house to check the carpets and the carpets were slightly crunchy if that makes sense and there was still a stain where the bed outline was nothing crazy just everyday wear which should be able to be cleaned. My husband reached out to the owner to let him know about them being crunchy and the stain from everyday wear next to where the bed was still there. Immediately the owner responded by defending himself and his work then moved on to blaming us using past carpet cleaners and finally offered to come back out saying the stain in the outline where the bed was just wouldn't come out. We left it at that and didn't bother responding because we realized we made a huge mistake going with this company! We ended up hiring a reputable carpet cleaning company and our carpets are as soft as when we first bought the house, oh and the stain where our bed was is now completely gone! So I would definitely not recommend this company!

Friends maybe UPDATE: In their reply to me on google they said the carpet had extensive pet stains from 6 dogs, I assure you I don't have 6 dogs nor did they live in that room. I have three dogs, and they were outside when he got here and he NEVER saw them, the lies went even further from there...on my google review where they tried to say I had pee and animal poo everywhere, I have never been so shocked over a reply and I assure you I do not have pee and feces anywhere in my house, that's absolutely appalling and disgusting! the lies in this are disgusting and further verify the lies of this company....do not trust them, period! To add another part to the update I went out today bought a bissell pro heat 2X... best 230.00 I've ever spent. Went in did it myself today, the water was black each time I had to empty the tank. My carpet is beautiful stain free after I did it myself. I understand trying to cover their ass with lies but dang guys, This is wild and crazy! Don't use them, save yourself the money and buy yourself a bissell, it did the job they couldn't!

Understood that we were stressed out and concerned about what do to next. They took care of everything from moving furniture carefully to talking us through each step. Ethan was the lead guy on hand, he was very helpful and left his personal number if we needed anymore help or had questions. Needless to say I was freaking out when I had 2-3" of water through my entire house. When they showed up I didn't have to do anything. They took care of it all. I understand that when floods occur throughout the Valley that they are likely swamped with work, however, being rude to customers should never occur. The work they do is sloppy, and while they do treat your flood, they basically make it worse with the mess that they make. They will treat your home like themselves...trash. The equipment made a horrible mess and we had to put covers and drip buckets on their fans, so as not to permanently soil your furniture/carpet/walls. They take no pride in their work, and their interactions and work demonstrate such. Most importantly, watch them closely as much of our wood/cabinets and base boards were removed for some very odd, unknown reason. You will not get back and will incur additional costs to purchase these items and clean-up after their "clean-up". Take caution with this business.
