Also, the Ozone treatment was always scheduled for Sunday because as discussed with the owner, the unit needed to be empty for 24 hours so people and pets had to be relocated which needed planning ahead. Last but not least, the claims that I requested wall cleaning or mattress service added last minute are just not true. In fact it was the owner that suggested the mattress had pee stains but I had already ordered a new mattress days before, so why would I want to pay to clean the old one. Makes no sense.

I did a 'walk-through' with him of the rooms as well as answered any questions he had for clarification. BF and I were able to relocate ourselves to other areas of the house to continue working remotely while Raul worked his magic. He was very thorough and used blue plastic booties (shoe covers) once carpets were steamed and still damp. Gave us a few pairs as well to use while rooms were drying. The next day we went to the house to check the carpets and the carpets were slightly crunchy if that makes sense and there was still a stain where the bed outline was nothing crazy just everyday wear which should be able to be cleaned. My husband reached out to the owner to let him know about them being crunchy and the stain from everyday wear next to where the bed was still there. Immediately the owner responded by defending himself and his work then moved on to blaming us using past carpet cleaners and finally offered to come back out saying the stain in the outline where the bed was just wouldn't come out. We left it at that and didn't bother responding because we realized we made a huge mistake going with this company! We ended up hiring a reputable carpet cleaning company and our carpets are as soft as when we first bought the house, oh and the stain where our bed was is now completely gone!
