From the initial interaction until we fired them they were not good or professional. We had a water damage claim and went though insurance, who recommended this company. It took weeks for them to get in contact with us. They said we were not answering their calls to set up an inspection and estimate. Turns out they were calling the wrong phone numbers. Their estimator was courteous and professional, I will at least give them that. After receivIng the estimate and accepting it, insurance cut us a check to start the work. We called this company back multiple times over the course of 3 weeks to try and set up a walkthrough to go over the final work and repairs to be done. Twice I left messages with the secretary, twice I spoke with the estimator, and once I spoke with the project manager, all in an attempt to get something finalized. They never called me back to coordinate the final steps, all while my entire first floor was torn apart. After another week of not hearing back from them, I fired them and went with another, more professional and reliable company. I am so thankful I did. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this company for any restoration or repair work. Based on their responsiveness and professionalism in setting up appointments and returning phone calls, I'd hate to see their handiwork. If your insurance company recommends then, do yourself a favor and did someone else. read more

These guys are amazing. Great customer service and keeps in contact about appointments. Everyone that has come to the house has been friendly, professional and they do quality work. I've used them for windows many times and cleaned out my dryer vent too. Will continue to use them, no question about that!!!
