Some companies were absurd with their pricing and this company was the best value so I researched them a bit more and found out they were veteran owned. But it was their response time and willingness to get me a quote quickly without seeing it and then Jimmy Barlow came out and looked at it. All was good and they started on time. Their team was absolutely efficient and hard working and professional. The floor turned out stunning and the experience was world class. I am recommending Jimmy and his team to everyone I know. Don't look elsewhere-use these guys and know you will get incredible service and an amazing product when they leave.

My garage has been a catch all space for all of our storage for years- it became too much and I finally decided to organize and get my garage in a good place. Jimmy is absolutely awesome!! He is professional with a solid work ethic, yet personable and friendly. His response time is fast, and he is knowledgeable about his products. We did a 2 car and 1 car garage through him, couldn't be happier with the results! The aspartic coating he uses is much better than "epoxy", and the SafeRacks he installs are legitimately solid. Jimmy was available for questions the whole time during the install process, and his workers were polite, professional, and took the time to explain what they were doing as they proceeded. I needed to have my garage floor painted so I contacted 4 companies all of whom were reasonable and there was about an $800 difference in pricing (range $5300-6100). I chose Garage Pros 1 because their bid was very reasonable. Mr. Barlow detailed exactly what he would do and I really liked his presentation. I also liked the fact that it was a veteran owned business which was an important factor in choosing them. The job was completed one week ago and the floor looks beautiful. The crew were great people and I really liked watching how they did their job. I must confess that I do not like finding contractors to do repairs around my house but after using Yelp Reviews and other sources, the last 2 contractors I have hired have worked out very well. I would highly recommend Mr. Barlow and Garage Pros 1. I would be happy to work with them again. read more

As I do interior decor work and renovations in Toronto, I said that I would take care of the shopping. I contacted a few flooring places that had good reviews on Yelp and narrowed it down to Arizona Wholesale Floors. We visited this company and they had a large selection of flooring samples. The customer service rep was pleasant, polite, and accommodating. We were quickly shown suitable samples of berber carpeting in our desired colors, quality, and price point. Our order was written up quickly and we were given an installation date. We were called the day before to confirm installation and an appropriate time. Luis showed up alone to install the carpet which was for a 15' x 17' room. We learned that Luis had been installing for 35 years (since he was a teenager). Luis was both polite and efficient. We are very happy with the finished product which are in the pictures below.

These guys (Jimmy and his team at GaragePros1) did such a good job with our garage. In the end the price from GaragePros1 was very competitive, and with a deluxe finish product if you ask me. I was struggling with the color/texture choice because our garage floor does not stop right where the garage door closes, so the color would show sticking out and had potential to look odd against the color of our driveway. Jimmy had some great input and suggestions and in the end we went for Midnight with full broadcast flakes. I had seen it in some of his other customers' pics here on yelp and really liked it. It is a very elegant grey tone mix (I personally am not into greens, reds or other striking colors for a floor) that still looks like a garage floor and goes well with our driveway concrete pavers. Many of the family and friends that have come over stare at our garage floor in awe now, and makes me glad we went for it. Plus they did it so efficiently. Showed up on time, got it done fast, and it looks so good. Plus these guys don't merely use just epoxy, they actually use a superior product, polyaspartic. I'd warn anyone that other flooring companies may not include polyaspartic, and that's what these guys use throughout their work. This type of coating leaves the best and most durable floor compared to just epoxy (google or youtube it, most people don't know this). I had these guys epoxy my back patio and front sidewalk and it came out beautiful. Josh did a great job and never have seen anyone work so hard and intent on doing a fine job.
