He talked me through the process and the quote and responded quickly to my email and texts. The actual laying of the flooring took under 5 hours but had to be split over two mornings because when the old carpet came up, the floor was uneven. They also provided a professional, accurate, and detailed estimate while clearly telling me what might cost more once they get in there (e.g. leveling the floor). The work was done with the kind of craftsmanship I expected from my meticulous grandpa (that is.. they know what they're doing and do it properly!) We went into the store and talked to Cosimo. He was easy to talk to, explained the pros and cons of different surfaces, and answered all of our questions. The job was replacing three bedrooms with laminate, however after they pulled up the carpeting, they found two spots that needed to be leveled. Luis showed up alone to install the carpet which was for a 15' x 17' room. We learned that Luis had been installing for 35 years (since he was a teenager). Luis was both polite and efficient.
