I needed to extend exiting tile installed 4 years ago by a different company to other parts of my home (master bedroom, walk-in closet and office). I had additional tile for them to use. They matched it up perfectly, executed as promised and left the place 100% clean. The entire process was so easy: I measured the room and sent pictures. I got a bid with-in hours and they schedule my install. They showed up on time, were very courteous and talked through any issues they encountered. I liked them so much I had them come back out the next week and install more tile. This is a company you keep in your contact list and refer.

We originally contacted Zona to put in new floors at our home. They did a great job and got it done…read morequickly. Abraham oversaw our job and he was such a pleasure to work with. He is so responsive and caring about the quality of work being done. We ended up having all sorts of other remodeling projects done with Abraham overseeing it. When doing the floors, they found black mold under one of the showers. They tore out the entire shower and put in a new one that looks fantastic and was a very reasonable price. Working with Abraham is like gaining new family. His level of care whenever we have needed anything at our home has been like nothing we have experienced from other contractors. He has been quick to come out and has always given us a fair price. Just recently we had our ceiling collapse because of a water leak in the attic. He came out very quickly to see what was going on and to get people there to take care of all the water damage, fix the leak, and put in a new ceiling. I recommend Abraham and Zona Floors to anyone. We have had a great experience on the many projects they have done for us. They are our favorite general contractor and flooring people. They know what they are doing, and are honest, and work for a reasonable price. Make sure you include them in your quotes. They came in like half the price as our other quotes, so we weren't sure. But I really felt good about the people working here and decided to do it. So glad I did.

Great customer service and great end result!…read more Denis was wonderful from initial contact through final payment. He talked me through the process and the quote and responded quickly to my email and texts. The actual laying of the flooring took under 5 hours but had to be split over two mornings because when the old carpet came up, the floor was uneven. Denis was prepared with a fix, pouring leveler and the next morning he and his father (a real family business) efficiently and skillfully finished the job. We are very pleased with the end result.

Denis came out and gave us a reasonable bid and brought samples for us to choose from. Unfortunately for us, there were issues with the previous flooring that required extra time and effort with removing the old floor, which was glued down pretty securely. Working with AZ Prestige was the combination of craftsmanship, good communication, and fair price…read morethat is so hard to find these days. I can't recommend them enough. I wanted a quality install and was pretty particular about details like transitions to tile, baseboards, that I wanted to pull out old carpet, I was ordering the materials, etc. Paul and Daniel knew exactly what I was referring to regarding smooth transitions and immediately said "no problem" after others gave me a whole song and dance. They also provided a professional, accurate, and detailed estimate while clearly telling me what might cost more once they get in there (e.g. leveling the floor). Other companies either gave me really rough verbal estimates or overly specific (& wrong) estimates. Communication with the guys is fantastic. The work was done with the kind of craftsmanship I expected from my meticulous grandpa (that is.. they know what they're doing and do it properly!) The guys work fast, thoroughly, are kind and easy to have around. I had feedback on two small things while they worked.. no problem, they resolved them quickly and without issue. I can't recommend AZ Prestige enough.

As I do interior decor work and renovations in Toronto, I said that I would take care of the shopping. I contacted a few flooring places that had good reviews on Yelp and narrowed it down to Arizona Wholesale Floors. We visited this company and they had a large selection of flooring samples. The customer service rep was pleasant, polite, and accommodating. We were quickly shown suitable samples of berber carpeting in our desired colors, quality, and price point. Our order was written up quickly and we were given an installation date. We were called the day before to confirm installation and an appropriate time. Luis showed up alone to install the carpet which was for a 15' x 17' room. We learned that Luis had been installing for 35 years (since he was a teenager). Luis was both polite and efficient. We are very happy with the finished product which are in the pictures below.
