On my sixth or seventh visit, I was approached upon entering the store by a very friendly person named Kat. Kat is a store Manager who immediately started assisting me with my needs! Kat also refreshed me on how to properly utilize my pro rewards account so that I can reap the rewards down the road as my points stack up. In a time where customer service in general seems to be decreasing in quality-It's so refreshing to meet people like Kat, who care about their job, have a good attitude, and make you feel like you matter, even when you're there for menial tasks such as a return and a small pick up order of 4 boxes of tile. Thanks Kat and thanks floor and decor for another great experience.

It compliments EVERY color that I have going on back there and it is currently being installed by our hardscaping as I type. Look at how stunning the travertine is! EEEK! My contractor suggested Bedrosians and I am so glad he did! I wanted a hardwood floor but was worried about the durability and upkeep with my pets. I looked at other tile stores for wood look tiles instead, but I wasn't impressed. Bedrosians had a huge selection with different colors, styles and plank sizes. I even found one that had the look of hand scraped hardwood! No other stores had such variety. They had styles at many different price points, so I got the look I wanted and I stayed on budget too! When it was time to select my backsplash, I looked online for ideas but I was stumped. When I saw something that matched the cabinetry, it clashed with the countertop. I found a couple that might have worked, but they were way over my budget. I was getting super frustrated and worried that I'd chosen the wrong countertop, so I was relieved to finally have a chance to go to Bedrosians. I brought my cabinet & countertop samples and searched thru their large selection, but I still couldn't find anything. I went to get help and I'm sure glad I did! Ileana was amazing. She looked at my samples, asked about my style and budget and walked right up to the perfect backsplash! All that stressing and searching and she found the perfect backsplash in about 10 seconds flat. Once again, it was beautiful, exactly what I wanted, and well within my budget. You can't get any better than that! I would highly recommend both Ileana and Bedrosians without hesitation! They are awesome!
