There's cracking issues and locking mechanism issues that I've now seen other reviews about that, I had no idea about until now. After filing a warranty claim about this particular product that's at floor and decor "NuCore Performance BUTTER TOAST WATERPROOF RIGID CORE LUXURY VINYL PLANK" which markets their product with a "lifetime" warranty for residential is actually not a lifetime warranty and they're denying my claim and offering me a measly gift card for one of the planks that was determined to be defective but once they found out several other planks are starting to have issues. They're not willing to cover any of the others related to any of the other planks that are experiencing locking mechanism issues. If you ever have any warranty issues with floor and decor, please make sure that you hire a third-party and have any extra material or planks you have sent to an independent lab for testing because they actually limit what their "third-party" tester can test for and refuse to do independent plank testing.

The job was replacing three bedrooms with laminate, however after they pulled up the carpeting, they found two spots that needed to be leveled. This was done quickly and didn't end up adding any time to the job, they actually finished before they said they would be done, even with the extra work that needed to be done to level and grind down the concrete! At the end of my shopping, the staff gave me a teaching discount (once they knew what I was getting it for) and then talked to me about how to break the tiles up and make a mosaic properly. We purchased Marmoreal LVT from The Tile Shop and had it installed by a business that we were…read morereferred to by the manager of the store. In less than a month after installation we found numerous fractures in the tile and notified the installer. Due to the amount of tiles that were affected we also notified the manager of the tile shop. The Tile Shop did a review and decided that the issue was due to the underlayment that the installer used. I inform them that we were also finding scratches on the tile and felt that there was something faulty with the tile. The installer claimed that he had never had any issues with any other tiles that he has installed except the ones we had. Ultimately, as the consumer we were caught in the middle with no resolution. We are extremely disappointed with the outcome of our project. We did not want to try to do repairs as we were not confident that we would not have even more issues is the problem involves areas all over our home.

My contractor suggested Bedrosians and I am so glad he did! I wanted a hardwood floor but was worried about the durability and upkeep with my pets. I looked at other tile stores for wood look tiles instead, but I wasn't impressed. Bedrosians had a huge selection with different colors, styles and plank sizes. I even found one that had the look of hand scraped hardwood! No other stores had such variety. They had styles at many different price points, so I got the look I wanted and I stayed on budget too! When it was time to select my backsplash, I looked online for ideas but I was stumped. When I saw something that matched the cabinetry, it clashed with the countertop. I found a couple that might have worked, but they were way over my budget. I was getting super frustrated and worried that I'd chosen the wrong countertop, so I was relieved to finally have a chance to go to Bedrosians. I brought my cabinet & countertop samples and searched thru their large selection, but I still couldn't find anything. I went to get help and I'm sure glad I did! Ileana was amazing. She looked at my samples, asked about my style and budget and walked right up to the perfect backsplash! All that stressing and searching and she found the perfect backsplash in about 10 seconds flat. Once again, it was beautiful, exactly what I wanted, and well within my budget. You can't get any better than that! I would highly recommend both Ileana and Bedrosians without hesitation! They are awesome!
