I can tell you from experience that very few earn the level of trust and confidence that ASAP Restoration & Construction has earned from me and our organization. I've personally worked with ASAP for nearly 20 years across a wide range of commercial and residential properties. Their team has handled everything from emergency water losses and mitigation to mold remediation, asbestos abatement, environmental testing, reconstruction, tenant improvements, and commercial build-outs. When you manage a large property portfolio, a restoration contractor isn't simply a vendor. You need a company that understands urgency, protects the asset, communicates with management, treats tenants and occupants professionally, and follows through when the situation becomes complicated. ASAP has consistently proven that they can handle those responsibilities. What separates them from many companies in this industry is integrity. They don't use high-pressure sales tactics, make unnecessary promises, or put short-term profit ahead of the customer. They take the time to explain the situation, provide practical solutions, and do the work properly. Their professionalism, licensing, insurance, trained workforce, and years of experience are particularly important when you're responsible for someone else's property and reputation. We've trusted ASAP with significant projects where the cost of making the wrong decision could have been substantial. I've also had the opportunity to work directly with the owner. He leads the company from the front, stays involved, and genuinely cares about the quality of the work and the customer experience. That kind of leadership matters, especially in an industry where accountability can sometimes be difficult to find. After nearly two decades of working with ASAP, I have no hesitation recommending them to property owners, property managers, businesses, and homeowners throughout Arizona. If you're dealing with a major loss or construction project, choose your contractor carefully. Look beyond the sales pitch and ask about experience, licensing, insurance, staffing, reputation, and how they handle difficult situations. Based on my experience, ASAP Restoration & Construction checks those boxes. They have earned our trust over many years, and in property management, trust is one of the most valuable things a contractor can earn. Congratulations to the entire ASAP team on the continued growth of the Phoenix operation. You've earned this five-star review.

This is a long overdue review for ATH! They handled two major home projects for us in 2025 in a…read moremidcentury modern condo. This review is for the first one, a bedroom ceiling/roof leak that needed mold mitigation, asbestos testing and renovation. March 2025: Leak originally started as a moisture spot on the ceiling in October 2024 but my HOA ignored it. By March 2025, the ceiling had become so compromised that water streamed in like a waterfall during a massive storm. My original contact was Noah - he gave me an estimate (along with two other companies). I really appreciated how Noah was communicative, informative and thorough. And! he didn't badger me w/ phone calls & emails, like the other two companies did. He understood that I said I would take care of the situation when I could b/c I was in the middle of Massage Therapy school. I understood the "risks" of having mold & just shut the bedroom off. Fast forward to August 2025 & now we're ready to take care of the situation. Noah followed protocol of getting an asbestos test first. Luckily, it was negative. Then Spencer, their Mitigation Specialist? built a special containment room, inside the guest bedroom that sealed off the contaminated area. Heavy duty fans stayed on for about 72 hours? so the area could be thoroughly dried after being treated w/ some kind of mold treatment. Noah was available via text when I had questions - that was surprising & super helpful! Once Mitigation was completed, Noah connected me w/ Jacob at their Restoration Department. He sent over a stellar crew led by David & they proceeded to rebuild about a quarter of the bedroom - meant to mention that they had to rip out dry wall, scaffolding, etc. This crew rebuilt and then refinished the area, including re-installing wainscotting and painting the ceiling + walls. The results? This bedroom looks gorgeous! We were thrilled with how thorough/smooth ATH was w/ this process & how the renovation turned out. Highly recommend this company for their professionalism, flexibility and high standards. Thanks to the ATH Team!

I would give Noble Industries a zero rating if that were an option, but the Office Manager and…read moreEstimator were helpful. I selected Noble Industries for my kitchen and bathroom insurance rebuild, and it was the worst construction contractor experience I've had in over 40 years of working with construction professionals. Additionally, it was the first time I have ever terminated a Work Authorization Contract due to poor performance. The company had good reviews and was listed with Contractor Connection, so I expected the project to go smoothly. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Let this serve as a reminder to thoroughly research and proceed with caution when selecting a contractor, regardless of the platform and reviews listed online. Initially, communication was good while getting the project started. However, after completing a few construction tasks, they failed to return to correct issues with their own workmanship (drywall repair and electrical outlets left open and hanging from the wall.). The communication on their part quickly deteriorated. Frequently they did not follow up to various forms of communication when they stated they would. Direct questions often went unanswered, and there was little to no proactive follow-up unless I initiated it. It is unsatisfactory to treat a customer in this manner. While they expressed empathy regarding the ongoing delays, there was no demonstrated sense of urgency to address the incomplete or deficient work. Just more delays. Living in a construction zone for over six months is incredibly stressful. What made it worse was the lack of accountability and timely follow-through from the contractor which I hired to restore my home. Utilizing a variety of licensed contractors, it has only taken 6 weeks to complete what Noble Industries could not do in 6 months. Based upon my experience with Noble Industries, I will not recommend them and deeply regret my decision to utilize their services for my kitchen and bathroom restoration.

I also discovered that they damaged the air conditioner drain line and simply put tape over it instead of properly repairing it. In addition, nails fell into my pool, and they did not even bother to clean them up or remove them. They simply left them there. When I brought these issues to their attention, they made excuses and tried to blame another worker who had worked here previously. However, there are witnesses who can confirm that this was not the case. The previous worker did his job properly, and everything had been left in good condition. As a result of the damage caused by your workers, I have had to pay additional expenses that should never have occurred. These costs could have been avoided if your workers had performed their job properly and professionally. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of responsibility and professionalism shown by your company. I expect your company to take responsibility for the damage caused by your workers and to address the additional expenses I have incurred because of their work. I hope you take this matter seriously and provide a prompt and appropriate resolution.

Since I live in Arizona, the rainfall is minimal in this area and we have not had measurable rain in my neighborhood for the past two years. On Monday, July 9th we had a significant storm and that is when I noticed the leak. I called Rapid Response and their answer to me was "you're out of warranty so we can't help you". Mind you, if there is no rain, how do I know if there's a leak??? Anyway, beware of this company, 2 and 1/2 months out of warranty and there's nothing they can do. I told them I believe that the exhaust pipe wasn't sealed properly to begin with, and that's why it's leaking and they said even so, I'm out of warranty. This was something that happened during the installation of the roof and they want to wash their hands of it..BEWARE of this company!!
