This is going to be lengthy but for a very good reason.... Replacing the windows in your house is…read moreno one's favorite purchase. (Until it's done and you see how awesome they are and start asking yourself why didn't we do this sooner?!) I also waited to do this review until at least 4 months after the install to make sure all was ok. 4 months later all is great! Here are the facts and timeline: It took us 3 years to pull the trigger. Reviews are important and when we saw the reviews below + the costs of windows we got nervous... But!!!!! 1- Our visit to their office was exceptional - they took the time with us to show us all the details about the various types of windows 2- Came out and measured 2 times, once in 2021 and again in 2023 when we pulled the trigger :) - AZ has some weird shaped windows and we needed to be sure they could handle ours 3- They are a main supplier for contractors BUT the benefit of that to the rest of us is better, even less than half the pricing of competitors out there while still giving the high quality windows we wanted which made them a lead contender for us 4- We had the opportunity to have them replace a sliding glass door through an earlier job in 2021 that showed us the kind of great work they do, quality and attention to detail in the install 5- 2023- It was finally time b/c our single pane windows were terrible. We called and got our new quote (Matt was a our sales gentleman and he was great and very communicative, got back to us quickly and even hung in there with us patiently as we tried to decide over 2 years!) Quote had gone up due to inflation but not terribly. We were required to pay 50% upfront (yes that's scary) but all window places required that, remaining 50% 4 days before the install 6- Install team- Aaron was AMAZING- as the "Lead Installer" he handled everything that needed to get done with this install- right down to the very difficult rounded entry window that took some finesse to get it right. All installers were kind, respect of our property, completed the job, and took no shortcuts. 7- They fixed all the stucco post install that needed fixing - it was perfect! 8- They do NOT paint after the job so we managed getting a painter post install- not a big deal to us about it that at all I know making the decision to get new windows is hard- it's costly, it effects your home, it can be disruptive- but it's by far the best purchase decision I made in 2023 and already is saving more than half off my electric bill monthly. I would go back to R&K again if I need new work but my windows are done! :) - Thank you to Aarons entire team - you did awesome!

Updated from 01/01/2025 - someone hacked my account and left a misleading review, had to repost…read more The project took longer than expected, unfortunately when unexpected personal issues arose for the workers. We have to remember we're dealing with people. The issue is we see the purchase as a concrete product and get frustrated when delays or problems occur. Then the staff has to walk a fine line making sure they back up the people doing the physical work. I understand this is labor intensive and takes a skill level. My complaint is I have an expectation when I pay for something and I see it done in phases due to delays, I get frustrated. I would recommend to anyone looking to do a landscape project, make sure you understand weather and personal things cause delays, if you got the flu, then someone in the landscape crew might get ill as well. Some crews are doing multiple jobs at once and your project will be done in phases. Things have to be set up and dry etc. Plan on getting the work done before you expect to use the yard to entertain. The second thing that came up is if you add or change any part of the project you will be charged extra, If you decide after work has started that you wanted your pergola to be on concrete pillars, then the cost will change and I felt it was higher than it should have been. I strongly suggest really going over the plans and making sure you're clear on what is included before finalizing the invoice.

So kind of him, and their inventory is superb. He taught me a LOT about flooring and if I could have bought from Vision, I would have. Check them out! You'll find what you want!

After getting quotes from several area flooring companies I decided to go with Vision. John was a…read moregreat salesman (very patient with all my concerns). I felt like we got a good deal and signed the contract. Now this is where everything starts. The installers (appeared to be knowledgeable and they were very nice) but the job was so disorganized. They started downstairs and then decided to move upstairs. So day 1 they did LR/DR and Master, Bonus room and 1/2 the hallway. My problem was they were walking (with shoes in and out) all over the new carpet. There was NO attention paid to this at all. It wasn't until day 2 when they said they ran out of carpet and I brought this to the supers attention was anything done about it (oh and the super said "thats a good idea to put down plastic; I'll bring that up in our next meeting". Seems to me after you are told when shopping around "NOT" to walk on your carpet with shoes that it should go without the customer saying anything that plastic is laid down. Oh and he also suggested having the "NEW" carpet cleaned for us. Did you know that every time you clean your carpet it breaks it down? It was when we installed our previous carpet 16 years prior. Now the running out of carpet thing was super annoying. What???? They wanted at first to leave the staircase (full of tack strips) for 2 weeks. Then, it was well we can leave the bedrooms and do the stairs. Very unorganized. And suddenly they find the carpet to complete the job. It was an exhausting day 2 with the installers here well past 8 pm. Day 3: The job gets completed and we are trying to get the house back together. Couldn't find furniture legs anywhere for the sofa and so the installer was kind enough to just pay me out of his pocket to order new ones on Amazon. By now I am so frustrated with the installation process I am questioning why I went with this company. The following Monday, the new manager or whatever she was calls. After going over the entire mess with her she offers me a $250 deduction. Ridiculous! But whatever. The carpet was now done and it does look nice. Now I just have to deal with this company on the "free" first cleaning within this next year. My suggestion is to shop around before using this company. The salesman John was really the only professional.
