He didn't try to upsell or act too fake or flattering like some of the salespeople at other companies do. We communicated mostly over email with Jeana, who was kind and responsive as well. The install went very smoothly and only took an hour or so. My only downside was that it took about a week longer than we were told to have it completed, and I had to reach out via email a few times to get updates instead of being updated. But Joe listened to my feedback and told me how the process works waiting for materials. I also sent them photos of some marks on the counter I thought I saw, and they sent someone out to clean and buff it and make it like new again. The paperwork and payment were all online so it was very easy to do. Overall a smooth process and good work done.

Pleasant to talk with. Not only was Cris and his team on time, they were early, which we appreciated. His response time to messages was almost immediate; his work ethic is impeccable. Cris told us about all of their products, as well as loose lay luxury vinyl planks that no one else had even mentioned. Also, they have an actual showroom with regular business hours that we visited - none of the other companies that we spoke to did. His prices were also the best of all of the half dozen quotes we received. My husband and I have already referred Mocean Flooring to several of our friends - we highly recommend them! If we could give more than 5 stars, we definitely would!

I wanted to update my review to address the misstatements by the owner. The FIRST time we had them…read morecome out to give us an estimate was for a home remodel in late June 2021. To date, a year later we never got that estimate. This time there was no home remodel. It was floors. So the owner was incorrect and deflecting. We had a flood in our house and our "remodel" was new floors and some patch work on the drywall from the flood. Two small areas of drywall. No other remodel. For flooring they said could have been done within a week or two. But 8 weeks later with our floors torn up we could not get an estimate to save our lives. If someone is calling you once a week for 2 months about floors and you can't get back to them, that is just bad business pure and simple. Hope the family gets it together for future customers. We've since completed our project by having another company come out, measure and install our floors the same week we stopped trying to reach out to San tan. Go with anyone else.

I try to look for family owned businesses when we have housing projects, and this company fits the bill. Jason came and measured the floors, the install crew was efficient, and well organized. We had three bedrooms and a total of 18 steps with landings completed in three days. New baseboards hung, and a wonderful new feel about our home. I have not done any price comparison as the value to me is in the customer service. But I do have friends who have had flooring installed and I feel we got a very fair price. Thank you for updating my floors, I can hardly wait to have the remaining rooms completed!

Look no further than Gecko Flooring - that about sums up my entire review! Having purchased a new…read morehome for our retirement days, both my husband and I always wanted to have finished garage floors. For us, it was one of those life luxuries that had to wait as it was not a necessity in our earlier days. In doing my research for this project (which by the way was a surprise Father's Day gift), I looked for a reputable company and wanted to make sure that I would have no regrets in my selection - after all, in conducting my research, I realized that this project would cost a pretty penny and then some and it was one of those things that you simply cannot return if one is unhappy with the end result. I called several companies surrounding the Queen Creek, AZ area and each one already had good reviews and high ratings. I spoke and exchanged communications with 4 companies and 2 were quite pushy and aggressive sending texts and leaving voice mails for me to make a decision. One was just so highly priced that it almost made this gift unattainable! When I reached out to Gecko Flooring, the call was returned by Jacob. A very warm, kind spoken person who actually listened to what I was trying to achieve and understood that I had never had such work done before but yet, he took the time to explain the service they provided and the steps taken to ensure that I felt comfortable and understood their process. After explaining to him that this was a surprise father's day gift that was to be "gifted" after father's day as our home was not completed until father's day week, he understood the assignment. Actually, he was the only company that understood how important this was for me to pull off such a surprise for my husband. The other 3 companies either didn't care one bit or they were just interested in closing the deal. Since my husband and just happened to want to surprise each other, my husband also happened to reach out to Gecko Flooring to request a quote. Unbeknownst to Jacob initially, he made an appointment to meet with him. However, I was fortunate enough to find out about the appointment and alerted Jacob who, again, was so very kind in wanting to see this surprise through that he took the time to play his part in showing up to complete the appointment with my husband and help me pull off the great surprise for father's day. I'm hoping the pictures can show just how wonderful the work by Gecko Flooring has been. It's been almost 2 weeks now since the project was completed and we are beyond happy with the end result. The colors that are offered are plentiful but we were able to select one that complimented the pavers and accents stones used on our new home. The color we chose is called California Gray - it has the blends of grays, tans, off white and just a tad bit of black. We have it installed in our RV garage and 2 car garage here in hot but beautiful QC area. It does not show the dust easily and the texture from the flakes allows the floors to NOT be slippery when wet. The attention to detail in the install is to be commended because both my husband and I are very picky with seams and edges. I've provided photos of the seams and the edges in a couple of the photos to show just how attentive to detail the installers were for Gecko Flooring. Jacob even suggested the area where the water softener would eventually be placed to be done as well so that all looked uniform in the garage with respect to the floors and also that the area where base boards would go were also covered (thank you for allowing my brain to not go crazy by just going to the floor's edge!). I would most definitely recommend them to anyone interested in needing such service. We LOVE our garage floors and can't thank Jacob and his crew for the end result and the great supporting acting Jacob played during the entire process of surprising my husband (thanks Jacob!!!!) And, we may just be calling Jacob again in the upcoming months to do our back patio flooring!
