Posting for my dad. Had wood laminate floors installed two years ago. Floor started separating two weeks after they did it. They have come to look at flooring multiple times. They say something different every time. Either the product is discontinued so they can't fix. Or, the latest is that he will send out his best employee the next day from 9 to 11 to look at it only for him not to show up. When you attempt to contact them, plan on getting a full voicemail or hung up on once they know your number. If we could give a negative star, we would. It's a shame when companies prey on elderly people. read more

I had Grizzy Flooring out Early 2023 to replace all flooring in my home The salesman talked a good game, I wanted tile but he insisted LPV was the best route to go. The install couldn't even get finished because of faulty product, they were about 75% done and had to rip it all out and get more flooring in. The carpet in the mbr looked horrible; you could see every seam and multiple corners were not attached to anything. On top of this the LPV flooring started to warp thru out the house. I tried getting in contact with the salesman Brandon but was told he quit and getting Charles to do anything was like pulling teeth, empty promises/missed appointments. He sent the carpet guys out numerous times to fix the issues with no improvements. 3rd Party inspector they hired blamed the install, They ended up replacing all flooring for the 3rd time. My floor started to separate and I again had to fight with Charles to resolve the issue, Brandon (my original salesmen) ended up coming back to the company with his son. Brandon Jr came out with Charles and saw the issue with my flooring and their fix was gluing the flooring together which I feel is a band aid rather than fixing the issue. I thought everything would start getting better as Brandon was quick to respond when I notified him of the additional issues I was having. He came out and looked at it, agreed the flooring needed to be replaced AGAIN. I shared my concern about replacing the floor for the 4th time, im not sure if it's a product issue or install issue but I don't feel comfortable putting the same product in again. He said he would work on it and then I stopped hearing back from him. Since then, the flooring has gotten even worse, the original pieces have separated again along with a few more pieces as well which I have shared pictures with them, one gap is close to 1/8" gap. Ive since reached out again to Charles and have gotten nowhere. Filed BBB and he won't even respond. read more

We could not be more disappointed in how our flooring turned out and the customer service we received during our project! Grizzly's basically sold us the tile and walked away. No follow up to see how our project was going or checking in with their crews to observe quality of work. They were sure quick to ask for us to make the second half of the payment so they could make payroll, even though the job was not completed! Our bad for falling for it and paying them. This project started in February of 2023 and it is now August and the job is still not complete! We have taken it on ourselves to finish due to poor quality of workmanship by Juan the tile guy. The transitions between the tile and wood laminate are horrible and there is at least a 1/4" height difference where the T molding is supposed to go. On top of that, one of the door transitions has a gap so wide the T molding won't even cover it! Juan has promised us on at least 5 different occasions that he would be back to finish as well as clean up our driveway and entryway where they left a mess from mixing the grout and thin set for the tile. We have a paver driveway and it is completely spotted where they splashed their construction materials on that and the landscaping. We spent nearly $30k on this fiasco and it still isn't finished. The BBB will be getting this as a complaint as well. Do NOT use Grizzly's if you wan your job to be completed as they claim they will do! read more

Terrible installers! Our tile is not level, juts up in spots, the carpet installers left grease stains. The owner attempted to make good but the next set of installers were just as bad. Left work unfinished, argued with me about everything, would not take ownership. We will have to eat the cost of fixing the tile floor rather than have their hostile workers in this house ever again. Initially Jeff the owner, came into my home and gave us a reasonable estimate, considering all other estimates we received were overpriced. When the flooring was installed they ordered the wrong color for the bedrooms and gave me a $200 credit. The family room flooring is not leveled like majority tract homes aren't. Almost a year later the flooring has separated from the strip and has a sunken spot. Jeff came out to assess the area and will not make it right without additional money. He said the warranty doesn't cover floors when their not leveled. Had his installer taken the time to add additional padding during installation, we would not have this issue now. Unfortunately, companies take your money and when their is a problem, they won't honor the labor warranty. This company will not get any future business from me. read more

In November after a 3 week shipping delay my flooring experience began. Learning: 8 am can be 930 to 230 with lunch time off. Learning: a Home Depot trip is part of daily routine ...at least an hour. Learning: actual work time will not exceed 5 to 6 hours a day. Learning: move your car in case of unknown dent appearance Learning: notes are not read and observed. Alarm was set off bc wrong door was used so it was removed. Period. I was gone from state at the time. Learning: 2days means 4 to 5 maybe. Learning: floor unstallers and store people do not communicate and each tells different story. Learning: if supplies run out work is over. No way is anyone going to go get more. Pheeew! It's over. Wait, not true, missing small pieces of woodwork, some caulking, etc. would come back to fix. Not. Learning: biggest mess still ongoing... all the doors need trimmed. At this moment I have 6 doors off waiting plus another 6 hung but need trimmed. 6 weeks now. No call to fix or finish. Guess I didn't withhold enough money. If I call, it's always "gonna" happen. Estimator in the estimate said doors were ok. I was told he didn't say that. Hmm, I was here with him. Was told they don't do doors. Doesn't say anywhere re that. On a call was told if the last person on earth who cut doors could not do it I would hv to pay someone. Really?? My floor looks nice but the reason floor needed replaced was poor workmanship originally. I wanted a first class job. I had business there a few years ago and was happy but no longer. They came out and measured to install an "in stock" carpet. Price doubled after measurement and turns out the carpet was not in stock- they had to order it. Super fly-by-night operation. After being unable to give me an install date they called me back and cancelled the job because "they were not the right company for me". Disappointing experience with Grizzlies Flooring and Jeff Grizzly. Definitely would not recommend using this company for flooring in a fifth wheel or an RV with slide outs. My mom and I hired Grizzlies to install new carpeting and linoleum flooring in my fifth wheel in May 2017 while it was stored at Norris RV. When I returned to Arizona November 1st, I found that the floor plates that hold the kitchen table in the slide out had been removed and carpet installed over the holes. My kitchen table was disabled. I let Grizzlies know immediately and Nancy said it would be repaired. On Nov 9th I went to see it. When I pushed out the slide it made a horrible noise. Screws had been driven through the floor plates into both the slide out and kitchen floors. The screws ripped up the new linoleum flooring and dug scratches into the sub floor. I called Grizzlies immediately and sent pictures. At first Nancy texted that Jeff would come to inspect it. Then she texted back that they hadn't installed the linoleum. I let her know thAt Grizzlies was the only company we paid for the flooring and that the mistake using screws too long for the depth of the slide out caused the linoleum damage. They eventually agreed and Nancy texted it would be fixed asap. I told her my rig is going back to San Diego December 1st. Nothing was done by Grizzlies from Nov 9 to Nov 25. After repeated phone calls and texts they scheduled a repair for Nov 30th, the day before I'm scheduled to leave. I asked them to schedule for Monday the 26. They rescheduled for Wednesday the 29th. Workmen showed up to place a patch over the damaged floor. I was furious. I don't want a patch whose seams will collect dirt and edges will curl in the middle of my brand new floor that was perfect before they drove screws into it. I spoke with Nancy then Charles then Jeff Grizzly. I demanded a new floor and that they pay for the new flooring that needs to be ordered. On the phone Jeff Grizzly was surly, condescending, rude and dismissive. After prolonged arguing on my part, He agreed to order new flooring. However he had no plan to install the kitchen table plAtes and no willingness to talk to me about it. Before Grizzlies installed flooring I had intAct floors and a kitchen table. Now I have damaged linoleum and no functional table. In order to get the rePair done, i have to drive my rig back to Arizona from San Diego and take time off during the week next month. This all could have been avoided if they had installed the kitchen table plates properly in May. I can not recommend paying Grizzlies for carpet or linoleum installation. I had the weirdest experience with this company. There was an ad in The Arizona Republic for 50% off of tile, so I called and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. A guy came out and took measurements and quoted me a price that was a good $1,700 less then the previous quote we had. We seemed really happy with him and he even came by later that weekend and dropped off some samples for us to look at. I picked one out and I was ready to move forward. I called the office to have them write up an official quote and when it came back it was $1,200 more than what the guy had told me when he came out. When I emailed asking them about the difference in attached a picture of the quote they simply ignored me. I then sent them another email asking what had happened and they ignored me again. I still have the samples in my living room... Clearly we will be going with another company read more

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy, and today that worst enemy is Jeff Grizzly, the owner. This company put carpeting in our motor home, because they talked us into carpet over tile. We couldn't have had a worse result if it had been tile. When we asked them to do the carpet correctly, the way they agreed to; they refused, and left the job undone. We refused to pay the final balance, and Jeff Grizzly went crazy, right out in front of my neighbors, calling me names, and threatening me, and said he was going to file a lien on my motor home and that he was going to the management of the RV Resort we live in, and file a suit against them also. He later called me and apologized for cussing me out, but than got mad again over the phone and continued to threaten. I have continuously said, for them to do it correctly, and I will have a check ready for them. I also checked with the company that does more flooring of these than any other company, and they stated, that the way we wanted the carpet done, was exactly the way they have always done it. We had waited two months for an original response from our complaint, and finally we told them that we wanted something done, before, we would have them do any more, and that is when the owner looked at it, and said he didn't even know that we hadn't paid the final balance. We had just assumed that they didn't want to be paid for a bad job, if we hadn't brought it up, it may never have been finished. I will not ever recommend this company. We paid this company several hundred dollars for new carpet to be laid in our house. Within the first year it started to wrinkle. They fixed the first wrinkles but now it is wrinkled in all four bedrooms and the hallway, even suggesting that somehow we are at fault for the wrinkling. After Grizzly Flooring spent 3 weeks trying to match a tile sample (unsuccessfully), I felt I should order carpet with them. Pamela took my order (Brandon came and measured)2 weeks prior to the installation. Installation was scheduled for Thur. the 9th of April. I called a couple times during the 2 week wait to make sure all was going as planned. I called on the 7th to confirm with Pamela the install. Everything was good I was told. On the 9th I called at 8am to find out when the installed would be arriving (I had emptied out the contents of a bedroom and closet into another room). Pamela said she would check with Charles and call me back. After waiting 2 hours for a return call, I called again and this time spoke to Charles. I found out that the carpet was back ordered(or not ordered) and they had found a compatible carpet that could be installed the following week. Who wants a compatible carpet? They completely messed up my order. Even with my diligence in calling often and confirming. Now I have a completely emptied bedroom with yucky carpet and guests coming next week. They lost this account. If you are flooring shopping, skip this business. They obviously don't need or want your business. read more

He helped me to the best of his abilities to find a match but no luck. Had to replace all the porcelain tiles in our 7 year old Pulte built house. Installers cheaped out on glue/grout thus tiles started to loosen throughout. Hired Grizzly Flooring to take old tiles out and replace with new ones. Tiles were installed but were done so unevenly in many areas. Jeff the owner said the 'lipping' is normal and refused to replace some of the tiles that were really uneven as we requested. He had assured us that all the old glue did not have to be removed before putting the new ones down. Not sure if that was the cause or if it was just poor workmanship. Unfortunately we paid the balance of what we owed prior to a good visual inspection. Also there was a surplus of more than a dozen cases of tiles which the company took back... no refund of course. Another complaint was that the workers left cig butts all over front of the house and yard and poured grout water into the well of our newly planted tree. I would not recommend this company to my friends or neibours. Jeff was argumentative and not willing to replace the tiles to our satisfaction. What good is their so called warranty? read more

After some research, I had Grizzly Flooring of Casa Grande, AZ clean my tile and grout, also replaced some cracked grout. Mike was wonderful to work with, on time, courteous and a very nice young man. He did such a great job on tile and grout that had not been professionally cleaned for nearly 10 years. I mopped the floor (nearly 1000 sq ft) for the first time in a week, as instructed, with hot water and white vinegar only. The floor was so clean I did not have to change the water to do the entire floor. I am so pleased with the job and my "new" looking floor. I would highly recommend this company. read more
