They re-sized our rug to smaller dimensions. The job was processed in less than a week. The size was perfect. When we picked up our rug, it was rolled neatly and cleaned. This place is highly recommended! read more

This is exactly the type of firm I enjoy doing business with. No nonsense. Helpful and friendly. Good advice and quality work. My job was completed in less than 24 hours too! read more

Amazing work! I have a quasi-circular hallway space that's not a regular diameter and isn't exactly round and couldn't figure out a solution. I cut a rug pad to exact dimensions and asked Binding Pros to cut down a rug to match it, orienting the rug a specific way so the nap would lay the way I wanted bc I'm picky and obnoxious like that. I was really nervous about how the rug would turn out because the flooring in the circular area doesn't match the surrounding floor (don't ask me what the builder was thinking) and I wanted it completely covered. That would be tricky because two sides of the circle are bounded by walls and baseboard, and the other sides are open to adjoining rooms, which means the circumference of the circle is slightly wider on those sides. The rug could have been a real disaster. It was not. Not only was the rug perfect, but it was finished in under 24 hours! I had intended to have the edge serged, but was advised I might want to consider a bound edge because it would be less visible. It was also less than half the proce. The rug looks fantastic in the space, and I'm thrilled with the workmanship. Can't wait to recommend Binding Pros to everyone I know read more

Stopped by this morning with a rug that needed sizing. We came to inquire on pricing. The entire staff were so friendly and accommodating! Devin carried in my rug. Jonathan cut it to size and bound the edge while I waited. Amazing skills and precision! The rug looks brand new from the factory! See for yourself. Thank you Ahly and Alaina in the office. Super quick and professional in every way! 5 Star service!! ***** See them before buying a new rug.. they can cut your rug to any size you want! Pricing is very reasonable! Better than buying a new rug! Devin and Jonathan are the best!! read more

Workmanship is excellent. Price is excellent. Customer service was wonderful. Professional, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The whole transaction was super easy. I emailed them for ideas and cost estimates. They recommended a great place to get carpet to be custom bound for a couple of very large area rugs (Carpet Closeouts). I picked out the material and Binding Pros picked it up from them. I had the finished rugs just two business days later! All handled over email conveniently. They look great. read more

I had several carpet pads made from one piece of carpet. This company did a great job of cutting and binding. I am very happy with the professional looking results! Also, even without a scheduled appt., the turn-around was that same day and I didn't have to do an hour drive back to Phoenix for a pick-up. The pricing is very reasonable. In my opinion, you will be glad you chose this company for your carpet binding needs! read more

We wanted a replacement area rug for out living room and found a brand and color at Lowe's. They contract with Binding Pros for the edge binding and the rug pad. I live well north of the Deer Valley airport and wanted to get the binding done while I ran errands near there so as to make only one trip. I called and they graciously gave me a day that fit my schedule. I arrived when they opened at 0700 and left the carpet I had picked up from Lowes. Within 50 minutes, I had a call and they were done binding the edge and cutting the pad. My wife and I finished our errands and picked up the carpet which looks awesome. The staff at Binding Pros is not only good at their job, they are willing to work to help their customers and that makes me a binding Pro customer for life! read more

Such a fabulous business! Don't throw away your leftover carpet! Binding Pros can make it into a rug for you! They offer so many rug solutions, it's really impressive. If you have a rug that has a stain or is coming apart, they can cut it and turn it into a smaller rug, or if you need a larger rug, they can use two smaller ones to create a size that fits your space perfectly! read more

I had an area rug that was too large, and wanted a piece cut off to use as a smaller rug in front of the couch. The serging on the large rug was done nicely and I like the way it turned out. They were able to match the color exactly (see photo). I also appreciated that they were able to do the work while I waited, as it was a bit of a drive over. And the prices were fair. I wasn't happy with the smaller rug though. It had serging that was also hot glued into place all along one side. The glue still felt tacky when I got home and I didn't want it to touch the laminate. I called to complain about the substance, but Justin was out helping his son. When Justin called back, he apologized for the glue and said to bring the rug back and he could fix it. That's great customer service! read more

I couldn't find a good reproduction for my fold down rear seat carpet so I purchased a piece of carpet cut it to shape myself and had Binding Pros bind the edge of it and it looks just like a factory piece and fits better that anything that was made for it. read more

I had a flokati rug that was too large for any logical places in my new home. Because it is an unstructured, loosely woven type of rug, I knew that making two smaller rugs out of it was a job for professionals, and even then, it still might not be the result I was looking for. I found Binding Pros here on Yelp, had a good email discussion about the job, dropped off the rug, and a few days later, picked up a perfectly divided rug, along with high-quality underlayments for the new rugs and some other rugs at home. Great people, excellent service, and fair prices. read more

Great solution that I didn't know existed for professional custom rug sizing. My parents ordered a runner for their bathroom and needed it to be exactly 5" shorter so as to not trip up my dad's walker. An upholstery place recommended this business. They were friendly, quick and reasonably priced. They can cut down a rug and custom resize it. They can make custom size rugs out of carpet. They also mentioned if someone needs an extra large rug they can bind multiple area rugs together. They can even make inventive shapes to fit unique areas. They are a niche business that does what they do very well. My parents' rug was exactly what they needed. I found myself looking for future projects just to have an excuse to use them more! read more

High quality work and super happy with the end results. We got the woven edge and some sticky stuff on the bottom of the doormats. Looks great and functions perfectly. Reason for the lower stars is because they cut the wrong size. I had emailed them with a couple of options we were considering asking if they could do them, being very clear they were not final. They responded that yes, they had the capability to do any of them so to let them know. I emailed them the morning of the pickup confirming which cut we wanted. I got a call later in the day saying that they had printed out the emails and cut the first design they saw, which was smaller than the one we asked them to do. It was a struggle to get them to take ownership over the mistake, as it kept being my fault for sending multiple options during the initial conversations, and they weren't even offering any solutions (e.g. discount) until after 10 minutes of me being upset on the phone and suggesting that they needed to do something because it was their fault, not mine. Pretty upsetting and not a great customer experience. To be fair, aside from that once I got over the wrong size, very happy with the end product and the drop off and pick up service. Just make sure you only ever send them one set of final instructions. I would do it again though (with that advice). read more

I have used these guys for years! They do excellen work and always go the extra mile for me and my clients. I will never go anywhere else.

Great company with a great work ethic. I've used Justin/Binding Pros 3 times, and recommend. Love their work - neat, friendly and speedy. Everyone on the team knows their stuff, or which person to defer to for a particular rug question. Their first job for us, from three years ago is still holding up as new, despite heavy traffic and constant vacuuming. They are friendly and personable, keep track of appointments and orders, clean upfront billing, provide a throughly professional, no pressure in-home service, with attention to measuring details, and have been very helpful explaining choices and styles. Their prompt arrivals, and timely deliveries stand out, especially the good humor and balanced team work - from rolling out large carpets on driveway with an eye to keeping them clean, to loading rugs into a well kept truck, with competency is great, all accompanied by a super great attitude! read more

I had given up on finding custom leopard print floor mats for my 2002 Mazda Miata, and just decided to make them myself. But while at a local carpet & drapery store, I was referred to Binding Pros. Justin the owner had the exact carpet I was looking for (literally- leopard print). He took my current floor mats to use as a template, and in just a couple of hours I had matching professionally made, custom floor mats, center console cover, and a trunk liner. Best customer service ever. I love that it is a family business and the entire family is involved. I took a very large carpet to them and had it cut into 2 different rugs. I used Binding Pros for two jobs. The first was two runners using leftovers from a new carpet we had installed. Justin did an excellent job on them, and I thought the charge for the work was appropriate. Subsequently I took my last larger piece of the carpet to him and asked him to make a longer runner which he did. Unfortunately, the person who works his front desk gave my finished runner to another customer. She told me she didn't know who she gave it to and apologized. Justin told me to get the name of the manufacturer and a source for the carpet, which I did. It was Shaw carpet, and I told him the name of the company we purchased it from. He has subsequently refused to return my calls, and I am out of luck. I would hesitate to recommend Binding Pros because of this breach of trust. read more
