The job was replacing three bedrooms with laminate, however after they pulled up the carpeting, they found two spots that needed to be leveled. This was done quickly and didn't end up adding any time to the job, they actually finished before they said they would be done, even with the extra work that needed to be done to level and grind down the concrete! Cosimo and his crew were excellent to work with and I honestly would encourage you to reach out to them if you are thinking about changing floors OR if you need ideas/suggestions! Coming home one day, we noticed Carpet Closeouts hidden behind their truck and decided to see what they could offer. The place has every manufacturer, color and type you can think of and we started looking through books of samples. Dan then appeared and asked what we were looking for. I mentioned our age (obvious by all the grey hair) my hesitancy about the cost, and that I was looking for a non-loop, muddy color that could withstand our dog. I actually had a book open to that exact thing. He asked if I was committed to that particular color selection and then led me out to the warehouse. My initial reaction to the roll of pet safe carpeting he showed was that it was too gray (although it did meet the "dirty soapsuds" color I had described). At half the cost of the ones in the sample book, I realized it was perfect. I appreciated that there was no hard-sell, just multiple options and information. We gave a deposit, they offered suggestions for installers (we got a great one) and our new floors were put in a few weeks later. The color looks great, the feel is good and we love it.They carry a great selection and are very low-key. There were some really great deals on high-end carpeting in that warehouse--especially if you did not need large quantities. We highly recommend.

I was looking for a specific brand and make of flooring and the manufacturer listed Floor Renditions as one of the resellers of the flooring. I had never heard of them, and was surprised, because they are so conveniently located at Tatum and Bell Road, and a few months before I had searched and searched for local flooring companies in my area, and not once did they come up in my searches :( Anyways, I first called and Shyene gave me some pricing over the phone and let me know it takes 5-7 days usually for ordered flooring to get in and she also had some great advice on how much extra to order, etc. She mentioned that they also install at reasonable rates, but not once was she pushy like most other places had been. So I went in Tuesday of this week to place the order. They were friendly, helpful and again offered me a lot of advice on what padding to use, how to clean them once they were in, etc. She let me know that once it was ordered and on the truck, she would text me and originally I was going to pick up at the warehouse it gets delivered to, but when I called later to add another additional piece of quarter rounding (which they were able to add to the same order!) she let me know that the warehouse no longer allows customers to pick up, only the resellers, but not to worry, Joe, the owner, was going to pick it up and deliver it to me. I mean, how much better does it get?! They didn't have to do that! So I was expecting it to take 5-7 business days, but today, Friday, only 3 days later, I get the call that it came in, Joe had it loaded and was going to bring it by, which he did, and loaded all 48 cartons into my garage for me. It is good to know some companies still value customer service as much as Floor Renditions and if I ever need any type of flooring, I know right where to go! I wish I had learned of them sooner, but I look forward to my next project because I now know I have a great flooring company to use.

We visited both of their stores in the greater Scottsdale area looking for an authentic Native American area rug. The salespeople at both stores were friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful, without applying any pressure. It was a wonderful experience. We saw several rugs that we liked in both stores, but it is difficult to envision them in your home with your furniture and the interior colors of your room. No problem: they offered to bring all four rugs to our home the next day (Sunday) to see how they looked in our living room. The owner, Ed, and his two helpers, showed up on time and laid all four rugs out in the allotted space so that we could compare them, side by side. Who does that? They do! Needless to say, we loved one of the rugs and purchased it. They even took our old rug away. We would highly recommend their service which is based on knowledge and years of experience.
