We went into the store and talked to Cosimo. He was easy to talk to, explained the pros and cons of different surfaces, and answered all of our questions. As soon as the product was in, we were contacted and scheduled the work to be done. The job was replacing three bedrooms with laminate, however after they pulled up the carpeting, they found two spots that needed to be leveled. This was done quickly and didn't end up adding any time to the job, they actually finished before they said they would be done, even with the extra work that needed to be done to level and grind down the concrete! Cosimo and his crew were excellent to work with and I honestly would encourage you to reach out to them if you are thinking about changing floors OR if you need ideas/suggestions! We are so happy with the quality and efficiency of the work, the communication with Cosimo and his team, and of course, the finished product looks amazing!

We now will schedule with him every year as he gives us a great discount too to schedule right after our appt! I tried zero res before and grout didn't look great and asked him why and he explained you really need the chemicals to get the grout clean and then seal it ...he said it was like they did half the job. He has had clients that have them and then he comes does a patch and it is like night and day when he uses the chemicals and it's true. Our first impression of Arizona Tile was mixed. The entrance is somewhat difficult to locate and…read morenot very visible, but once we found it, we were greeted by a friendly front office employee who promptly escorted us to the showroom after we asked where to find travertine and porcelain tile with a travertine appearance. Unfortunately, that was where the positive experience ended. We spent approximately 5-7 minutes in the showroom looking at products on our own. During that time, we observed at least four employees walking around, several focused on their cell phones, yet not one acknowledged us or asked if we needed assistance. At that point, we concluded that the business must be doing well enough that it could afford to overlook potential customers. We left and drove across the street to Bedrosians Tile & Stone. The difference in customer service was immediate. We were greeted as soon as we entered, asked about our project, and an associate personally guided us through the showroom to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Ultimately, we purchased approximately $46,000 worth of tile from Bedrosians--business that could have easily gone to Arizona Tile had someone simply taken a few minutes to assist us. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Arizona Tile, particularly to homeowners or non-contractors seeking guidance. If customer service is important to you, I highly recommend Bedrosians Tile & Stone, where the experience was professional, attentive, and customer-focused.

Criss is so familiar with their stock and has such a good eye. He immediately pulled several suggestions and we liked them all! We were able to take large samples home to see how they worked. Once we chose the tile, he helped us select the shower flooring, trim, and even the grout color! As soon as this project is done, we plan on heading right back to The Tile Shop, asking for Criss and finishing two more bathrooms. When done he asked me how does it look and i showed him things that needed to be redone and he complained and complained like a child. he was very RUDE and intimidating. he said what is it that you don't like and that you are not happy with. i showed him and he said so you want me to redo it again even though it is getting late. He was angry with me because i didnt like the way the job came out. he got down on his hands and knees and wiped up the mess and then said what else are you not happy with. Rude as can be. then he said to me that he still has to steam clean the garage and that it is getting real late to do it. i took everything out in the morning -my house cleaners helped us and he complained that he had to take more stuff out. i told him he doesn't need to do it. i will have my house cleaning people do it. in the mid afternoon i asked him about doing the grout line in the kitchen around the sink and if he had the color which i told his wife about 5 weeks prior to get it. he said he had it and then told me he had to go to home depot to get it. he charged me $87.50 to do a 5 minute job around the quartz counters which included an $11.00 tube of caulk that he had to tell his wife who was at home to get it and drop it at my house. he lied right to my face. he also gave me one price in the morning and added in another $200.00 when he was done for all the work. Poor communication skills. He ruined my 5 inch new baseboards. They all had vertical splits. i had to have a handyman caulk them and repaint them and he left hose marks on my leather furniture in the living room. He is careless and nasty. i couldn't wait for him to get out of my house. He wanted to come back the next day to finish the job. i said absolutely NO. i would never recommend him to anyone. A bully and a chronic complainer that he worked so hard and i wasn't happy with his job. He charged an excessive amount of money for poor quality. He is all about the money. $87.50 to caulk around the sink for 5 minutes. He also left caulk on the counters and the grates on stovetop. sloppy work. what an experience. i could go on and on because there were more things that he did not do right.
