Excellent customer service! It was time to replace the carpet, so I asked my handyman if he knew of a good company. He referred me to Gary at Bentley flooring, and ai can say they were so easy to deal with. He came out to measure, and I picked out the carpet I wanted. A couple days later, I received a proposal. Within the week, he sent out a couple of workers. We really got lucky! Gary sent out a father and son team. They were prompt and so very nice. They completed the entire job in just about three hours. Yes, furniture moved in and out. Carpet and pad removed, and freshly vacuumed carpet so quickly. They were very professional. My wife and I worked with Scott on installing wood floor tiles and they did a fantastic job. Their installer showed up on time, cleaned up when he was done, and delivered a top notch installation. My home was built in 1956 and the floor had major leveling issues. They leveled the floor to the point you couldn't tell that there was ever an issue! We had these guys come out and measure and give a quote. They were really great, especially with my indecisiveness. In the end, I decided to wait to change out the flooring, but would definitely use them again. Their price point was so much better than the big box stores. I called them, they were out to measure the next day and then could have flooring ready for install within the week. I called them out because Home Depot was over a month for the process and in the end they weren't even able to get my flooring installed the week that I specified. I'll never deal with anyone again that isn't local like this company. They were great. They came recommended on Nextdoor place as well by neighbors. read more

We got total three rough estimate for our 1900sqft house. Scott's price was better so we ended up just canceling the other two that was scheduled to come out. After gathering a number of quotes from the likes of Home Depot and some bigger carpet installers, Bentley gave us a very attractive quote for higher grade carpet. They came and installed the carpet in a single day. Unfortunately the carpet that was installed in the master bedroom had a manufacturer's defect, but I'm still giving them five stars, becasue Bentley returned and replaced the carpet in the room at no additional charge. read more

When I moved out of my rental house, the landlord told me I had to replace the carpet because of my three dogs. I was terrified at what the cost might be. Scott met with me and my landlord himself on a Sunday with a sample board and had his installers complete the job the next day, and did it at an incredibly affordable price. I purchased a beautiful carpet remnant from Bentley Carpet Installation and they had it edge-bound and delivered to me within a week along with a custom-cut rug pad. The carpet is gorgeous, the price was super fair, and all in it was a very happy experience. This is a family owned business and remnants are only a tiny part of what they do, but they hit all the right notes, had wonderful carpet to choose from, and were personally very nice. My husband and I just got our carpet re-done from Bentley Carpet and they were amazing!! Richard and Richard Jr. came over at 8:00 in the morning and were done by 2:00. They arrived in the time frame they said they would and when they walked in they got straight to work. Both of the guys were really nice and friendly and talked to me about how to make our carpet last longer and look new for longer. When they left there was absolutely no mess at all and everything looked amazing! They vacuumed the carpets and everything. I was so excited and everything went faster and smoother than I could have imagined and we are going to use them to install the new tile in our bathrooms as well!
