At some stores you can walk in and see the carpet on the roll and the experience is totally different. They did not even leave me a sample to lay down on the floor, and I couldn't see the carpet except when it was glued to a board. I can't make a decision based on such a small sample. When the carpet came in and was rolled out, it was an entirely different experience, and I would have never chosen that particular carpet. Wrong color tone, it gets marked by footprints too easily, too boring, makes me want to move. I can't wait until it gets stained so I have to replace it. I mean it will be serviceable, but... The experience with the people, however, was great. The first salesperson rushed me, but they corrected that and sent out someone who was kind and nice, so the process was good, which accounts for the second star. Otherwise, no bueno.

I learned one of the carpet installers went thru my kitchen drawers to look for silverware. The painters freaked out and called me informing me they were going thru kitchen. When I got home, the installer brought down the two dirty forks they had used. Now, had I been hims, sure I would have given them the forks but for them to help themselves without asking really upset me. The carpet does look good however there were only two guys doing install and they were slower than two turtles in a race. I don't recommend and wont be calling them for future projects!
