I used this company for my garage floor. Their bid was very fair and lower than the other companies I contacted. They came out quickly and gave me a bid. They scheduled the work when I wanted it to be done. They sent frequent reminders. They moved the items that I had requested to be moved when I met with the estimator, Ulises. They completed the work on time. They followed-up by phone and in person to see, if I had any questions. The only problem that I encountered was in hiring someone to replace my heavy items after the floor cured. They did not have the color chips that I wanted, so I ordered them and paid for them myself. My only regret is that they would not reimburse me for any of the cost of the chips. read more

I called Fernando for a quote over the phone, he was extremely helpful and was even willing to come out the next day to do a full quote. I was busy but scheduled it for Saturday. He arrived on time for the estimate and it was within exactly what he said on the the phone. The home we bought had severe issues with the garage (see photo) and I thought there was no way they would be able to keep the original price. I had quotes from many other people that were $1,000 to $2,000 MORE than his. They got the job done less than a week from the estimate and it looks amazing! I'm in the process of re-painting the garage so sorry that the photos are still unfinished. Fernando and his staff had excellent customer service, they were respectful of our property and very considerate to the fact that I was working from home inside. Fernando and his team are awesome! On my first house (a 1983 build) I got several quotes well over $1000, if not close to $2000, for a standard 2-car garage. It was to the point that I was almost ready to just buy one of those kits at the store and do it myself. But because I do so much work on cars/bikes at home, I was worried all the old fluids that have dripped/spilled all over the floor just wouldn't come out good enough, if I were to try doing the job myself. When I met with Fernando last year, I had total confidence in his team and the final product. After having Fernando do the floors, I was blown away by how good the floors looked. CAUTION: The floors looked so good, I had to go through and paint the entire garage. They just looked horrible compared to the now shiny new epoxied floors. I mean... what guy gets out a Swifter floor mop in the garage!?! I did!! Anyway, a year later... After how many oil changes, trans flushes, brake flushes, etc... no problems! Wipes right up. No bubbles or cracking in the coating. Now I'm in a new house (a 2015 build) and there wasn't a second thought... I had to call Fernando! What an awesome company Best Floor Coatings is! I hired a company to install cabinets in my garage and apply an epoxy coating to the floor. They subcontracted the floor coating part to Best Floor Coatings. The process took three days to complete (Day 1 Prep & Prime, Day 2 Epoxy Coat, Day 3 Polyurethane Coat). Well the crew just finished the floor and the garage looks amazing. They exceeded all of my expectations. The best part was the professionalism of the crews that did the work.
