Yeah, so here's the deal with these schleps. You can make an appointment, but that's far from a guarantee they will show up. I assume they only work til they get tired. If your appointment is after that, they just say, "To hell with you " They are now off the clock. Based on this experience I would say you are lucky if they show up on time in the mornings too. Alright so this place is seriously legit. I had a great experience with them. First, the young man who cleaned my carpets was professional, efficient, and courteous. He was a hard worker and you could tell he is a good asset for this carpet cleaning company. Second, He cleaned all 4 of my rooms that had carpet and everyone of them was spotless. It also had a clean fresh scent. I didn't realize how bad my carpets were until all the dirt, spots, and "grey areas" were completely gone. Third, the price is extremely affordable and they got a sweet Yelp deal which was nice. Fourth, they have a lot of different services along with carpet cleaning. When they were done cleaning my carpets, my wife insisted we get our tile and grout cleaned which is $.30 per square foot. Oh one last thing!!! Before calling Arizona Carpet Cleaning, I had some pretty dirty carpet. Brown and stained. Yes, pretty bad. Previously, we had gone through a different carpeting service and we were left completely unsatisfied. Upon calling ACC, not only were their services a fraction of the cost of the other company, but their thoroughness and cleanliness throughout the house was top notch. We could not have had a better experience in carpet cleaning. As promised, our carpet cleaner, Armand, called before he came--a little early because of a cancellation. Greeting us with a smile, he then went on quietly and efficiently with his work of cleaning the carpet in two bedrooms and a great room. If I could give zero stars, I would. I made an 8 am appointment a week in advance and then the cleaning crew is a no-show on the day they are supposed to clean my carpets. I was moving out of my apartment and needed timely cleaning services and this was company was the biggest disappointment. No one answered my numerous calls or texts and I was left to scramble to find another cleaner. Don't use this company if you actually need reliable service. First off, the gentleman that answer the phone was BEYOND helpful to me. Answered all my questions and concerns. Made me feel like this was worth a shot. He said that the day of the cleaning I will be receiving a call when they will be on their way. The big day came and sure enough they called and what surprised me the most is that they were right on time. The gentleman that came to clean my carpets was real sweet and asked me about any concerns I might have. I have two dogs so in order for my dogs to behave I had to take them to the park. I told the gentleman I had to go, so I payed ahead and left him in my home. When I came home I was in shocked!!! My carpet looked real good and the place smelled like a brand new apartment. We are remodeling our home and at the end of the project we needed the 5 year old carpet cleaned in 4 rooms and 2 staircases. I researched numerous firms and finally brought it down to 2 companies. The other companies even on the phone and on the internet had so many add ons it was like flying with Allegiant Airlines. Anyway the first company we set an appt. with the sales rep came to our house and within 5 minutes had tripled the price. He even had the nerve to say that the toxic cleaning solution they used to clean the carpet needed a neutralizer afterwards for which they charged extra! I said, "What? You're outta here!" Then I called Arizona Carpet Cleaning. What a relief! I told them what I needed (rooms, sq. footage, number of stairs) and they gave me a flat price quote....no add ons....no gimmicks! I was also impressed online with the fact that they clean with the RotoVac 360 which is like a floor polisher only for carpet cleaning...it made a lot of sense because the brushes go over your carpet like 30 times per sq. foot compared to someone using a wand going over the same area 2 or 3 times. They did great work cleaning the carpets and everything looks brand new and refreshed with a nice scent. Carpet was mostly dry after about 6 hours and the house smelled and looked amazing! They use a rotary carpet cleaner which seems to get the job done much better than the traditional wand and was still gentle on the carpet. We also had 600 sqft of tile cleaned and the grout cleaning makes a world of a difference. Would definitely recommend their work for friends and family. read more

We are Canadian snowbirds so our place is closed in the summer months and does get quit dusty so wanted our carpets cleaned.
