I've been using this company I think for over 10 years. They always do an excellent job. Always comes out so perfect. I used another company another time because I was in a bind and they came down and literally my house was like super wet water all over the freaking place. Don't make the same Mistake. These people know what they are doing and they do excellent work read more

My Mother has used this service for years. She just tried to call and the number is out of service. Jonathan, if you're still providing carpet cleaning services, please provide a way to contact you. Thanks! read more

Jon has been cleaning the carpets in my 5 rentals for years. He always does an amazing job and gets stains out of carpets that others in the past could not. He is the carpet whisperer and knows everything you want to know about carpets. All Bright Carpet and Tile always charges a fair price and delivers much more. You will not regret hiring All Bright Carpet & Tile. read more

I hired this so called cleaning service for deep house cleaning and carpet cleaning. It was a disaster from the beginning. The one cleaner showed up late and started dilly dalling with the other cleaner who was actually trying to clean for a while and then took 3 hours to clean my kitchen. It was no deep cleaning going on at best it was the same as my little kids would do for allowance. He broke my plantation shutters blinds on top of it. I called the Manager and he used all kinds of curse words to cuss me out instead trying to solve the the situation and text me threats afterwards. I told him I would leave a review about of his unprofessional behavior behind this poor job he said f__k my reviews! read more

I have been using this company to clean our carpets for years! They always do an amazing job and get our carpets smelling fresh again! They get pet and kid stains out of our carpets every time! They are reasonably priced and don't try to upsell you on anything! read more

I couldn't be happier with my newly cleaned carpets, thanks to Herman and All Bright Carpets. I really thought some spots were never going to come out, especially since the company I used last year was not able to remove them. But All Bright Carpet Cleaning performed some magic and now my carpets look almost new. Thoroughly professional, on time and efficient, Herman was great. The company was excellent to deal with and their prices were very, very reasonable. read more

Company came out as scheduled and did a great Job cleaning my carpets, Jon was friendly and knowledgeable about the cleaning and carpet maintenance process. I would recommend for your carpet cleaning needs. read more

I scheduled an appointment. The afternoon before I was called to confirm. I said yes. 3 hours later I was told that the tech got into an accident and they would call me the next day to reschedule. No call in the morning... and I had moved furniture into my hallways to get a good cleaning... so I called them in the afternoon. They said they would call me later in the afternoon when they reworked the schedule. No call. I called them twice the next day and no pick up. Furniture in hallway for 4 days.... I called them again and left a message to call me back and let me know if they can't do the job. No call. After reading these reviews, I don't believe there was an accident at all. Good luck to anyone who wants to risk their time with this business. read more

Not a person to leave reviews often, but these guys deserve the time for this one. We've used many different carpet cleaners in the past. Some have been good, some have been downright horrible and pushy with the "upsells". Got a Groupon for these guys and seeing the good reviews thought we'd give them a chance. Hands down the best carpet cleaners we've used to date! Hernan was our tech. This guy actually took the time to clean our carpets! People in the past have glossed over dirty spots and rushed through the job as fast as they could. We had a couple high traffic areas that companies in the past haven't been able to do anything to improve. Hernan spent a long time on the harder areas and for the first time ever they're gone! A company that takes the time to give you good service is one I'll definitely use again, and I hope you give these guys a chance. We're glad we did! read more

Wow! We have used them regularly over the last few years. Jon is our guy. My husband used to clean carpets and floors years ago, and we decided to use their services because we got an coupon in a Valupak ad. And it was more than worth it. They do pet enzyme cleaning for accidents and it really works. As it dries the smell comes up but once it is fully dry, there is no more odor. I can't imagine using anyone else. Also, the office lady calls back and is very responsive. We called yesterday and Jon came in today right before Thanksgiving! read more

Bought a groupon and scheduled Friday afternoon. They called and said there was a delay and could be out first thing Saturday morning. Told me to call if the tech wasn't there by 930am. No one answered the phones all day Saturday, and the tech no called no showed. Hired another company who was there the next day. I would have patience if they responded to my call ( they asked me to call them) or responded to my messages. Buyer beware. read more

VERY unprofessional!!! DO NOT contract them ! We had an appointment set up and they never came , they didn't even call to at least let us know they weren't coming! We moved all of our heavy furniture out the way and just waited and waited for these idiots. I wish I could give a zero star read more

Bought a 3-room deal on Groupon for $69 after my boxer had diarrhea on the LR carpet (yeah, gross!). Figured they'd try to upsell me but Jon, the tech, never did. Jon was extremely pleasant, efficient, informative about various OTC cleaning options, and my carpets look like new again! Highly recommend them and thanks also to Melanie who set my appt quickly, knowing how gross my situation was! read more

I was not going to "Yelp" this until I read a post by another yelper. Last year we used these folks. After waiting over an hour for them to arrive, someone called and informed us that the truck had broke down and they were not sure when it would be repaired. We waited another two hours before I called back. No one seemed to know when nor was everyone's story exactly the same. They finally arrived 6 hours later. And they did a GREAT job. Fast forward to yesterday. They were to arrive here between 11:15 and 12:15. I rushed home to be here by 11:15. At 12:35 I received a call stating that a "hose had burst" and they were not sure when it would be repaired. They suggested later in the day or the next day. Even then, I was going to leave it alone until I read a very similar story from another Yelp review. Perhaps it's coincidental but it appears as if they need newer equipment or newer excuses. The gal on the phone could not be sweeter. Last year I loved their work. However, my busy schedule just cannot afford to try them again. I wish I could. I called another company and they had someone here by 2:45. He did a great job at a similar cost. I ended up tipping him $25. read more

The Female that answered the phone was very unprofessional. She sounded like she had just gotten finished arguing with someone else and I was an easy target to take her anger out on. I simply asked if she had a date available and she said "You already called here". She never even asked for my name. It was the weirdest call I have ever had with a business. I guess she had seen my number on the caller ID and assumed who I was. Then she proceeded to chastise me saying... "In the future when you call here you need to introduce who you are first and tell me if you called before". Annoyed by this time I told her that I didn't like her attitude, she replied " "Sounds good to me goodbye". This is definitely not a white glove service provider. I think only slum lords recommend them. read more

Just an example of the awesome job John with All Bright Carpet Cleaning did. I forgot to take a before picture but I can tell you this company delivers beyond my wildest expectations for a great price. I will never use anyone else for carpet cleaning. And the wonderful fresh scent that i can now smell is amazing. This room had a cat odor and some stains and now just a clean like new carpet. I had 5 rooms done and stairs for a great price. AMAZING!!!! read more

All Bright came to my home in a unmarked white van and the cleaner had no identification and did not speak English well. When I called the company, the customer service rep said he left his wallet home. I did not let him in. read more

I have used All Bright for a few years now. I have 2 pets and 2 small kids so I call them often to clean our carpets and tile. Hernan is always on time and does an excellent job. They are very flexible and can accommodate on short notice. read more

Great customer service and follow up. DeeAnn called me to confirm my order the day before my scheduled appointment. Herman showed up on time and swiftly and effiiciently cleaned four rooms of carpeting. He was courteous and polite and did his job well. I recommend All Bright Carpet Cleaners. read more

It's a family owned company which I really like. There are only 2 of them and they are amazing. Since they are a small company they work extra hard so that there customers keep returning. I have used them twice and each time I am very very pleased. We have gotten Hernan twice and he cares about what he is doing. He pays close attention to detail. There price for doing our 1600 sq foot house with all Capet is about $100.00. Way more inexpensive then their competitors and they care. I would recommend this company 100 times over!! read more

Extremely poor customer service! They never returned to the job after forgetting the shampoo, and even after multiple messages left and 2 direct phone calls with the office staff, the manager never called back (as promised) to reschedule. Our house was completely turned upside down with all furniture moved off the carpeted areas in preparation for an appointment they never kept. No excuse for this type of unprofessional conduct. All they needed to do was return a phone call, but they didn't even give us the consideration or courtesy to let us know they were not going to return to the job. Finally got a voice message from them 2 days ago, which was 8 days after the original appointment. Unacceptable. Don't waste your time with this company. If I didn't have to give them one star to make this review, I wouldn't have. They're not worthy of it. read more

Hernan showed up in the appointment window I was given. He worked very quickly and removed stains from the carpet I though were permanent. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend and use again in the future. read more

Extremely disappointing! I had called last week to inquire about scheduling carpet cleaning. I explained to the lady that I was on a tight schedule because I was hosting a bridal shower in my home. She told me that they could accommodate the carpet cleaning that Saturday. I was so greatful they had an opening that quickly so I scheduled immediately, did not even shop around... Well, 1 hr before they were set to arrive they left me a voicemail that they were not coming. An emergency had come up and they needed to reschedule for "tomorrow morning" even gave me a time. I was a bit disappointed, but I understand that things happen, so per their request I called back left a vm and sent a text that I could make Sunday work. Well they NEVER CALLED BACK, NEVER TEXT ME BACK OR SHOWED UP... It is now Monday night and still nothing. I guess I should have known better because prior to calling them I did see a review online that they no-showed/no-call for a client. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because of the other positive reviews that were posted, but I now know that i made a mistake because this just must be how they conduct business. read more

I wanted to take the time and review this company for sending a great tech out to my house in Mesa yesterday - I was not home but my family told me he was very nice.. once I got home I was very satisfied w/ the work he did! I will be contacting them again.. I recommend! ;) read more

Beware of All Bright Carpet Cleaning. Do not hire them! When I had a billing issue I contacted the office manager Pricilla of which was extremely rude and unprofessional! These folks did not live up to what they say they would do. In addition they did not match the competitors price as advertised for apple to apple services and they did not apply a discount that was expected due to having to reschedule my appointment after their truck broke down. No regards for my time. I would not recommend these guy to anyone. read more

This company is professional and does a fantastic job! They are on time, friendly and competent at what they do, I highly recommend them!

Had very high expectations given the reviews. Started out well with great price and easy to schedule however got a call about one hour prior to appointment saying they had to cancel due to a trucks cleaning pipes "freezing" causing damage so would not make appointment! 1 hour before! We made several plans that were ruined due to this and ended up having to pay $80 more for another company to come do job that was "scheduled". Tried to stress importance of getting carpets cleaned today as we had dicussed earlier due to scheduled move for next day. They offered next day cleaning. Again, stressed that this was not possible as we would be moving furniture in the next day. Asked if they would pay for difference between their fee and other company that could schedule same day appointment. Lady said that her supervisor said there is "nothing we can do" saying it was not intentional. Low accountability and did not seem concerned about time and money this costed us. Very disappointed! read more
