The job was replacing three bedrooms with laminate, however after they pulled up the carpeting, they found two spots that needed to be leveled. This was done quickly and didn't end up adding any time to the job, they actually finished before they said they would be done, even with the extra work that needed to be done to level and grind down the concrete! Cosimo and his crew were excellent to work with and I honestly would encourage you to reach out to them if you are thinking about changing floors OR if you need ideas/suggestions! And they passed the acid test; after they left, I noticed two small things which I thought could have done better. They returned immediately and made these right. And they sent an invoice almost a week later (giving us an opportunity to discover any other issues, which we did NOT), and the invoice was for the exact amount of the estimate. They did a great job with demo, moving furniture and keeping things as clean as possible. They were also respectful of our belongings. They made sure the floors were level by using a leveling product before installing the planks. New flooring and baseboards look great as does the carpet in the bedrooms. I could not have made a better choice with either. Both Sonny and his wife Rhonda helped me pick an appropriate color. They did the front and rear seats. In addition, the Mustang has side airbags in the seat backs so just any old upholstery or seat cover won't do. The upholstery has to allow the air bags to expand where they are supposed to in a collision. The Katzkin product has special seams that allow that and Sonny's installer must perform an additional process with the airbags to assure everything works as it should. Sonny wanted two days to do it but I was called first thing the morning of the second day and told it was done. It looks and feels like a new car now. Leather upholstery is not for everyone as it is very expensive. If you decide on cloth instead, Sonny can do that as well. I can't imagine anyone else doing a better job or better quality than Sonny. If you need new upholstery, go see Sonny.

CitrusGo recently cleaned the carpets in my house (one bedroom, hallway, and great room) and I could not be happier with the results. My carpet is 16 years old with pet stains in some areas and I thought my carpet was a lost cause. After they were done my carpets looked almost brand new again.
