I love the project feature on Yelp. I've had so much success putting the proper information out there and receiving "no-nonsense" prices offered by businesses on Yelp. CitrusGo is now added into my personally approved companies offering their services. I spoke with them via Yelp and sent pictures of the Used couch I had bought for my vacation home in Arizona. I didn't want a new couch and when I had went to pick up the couch that looked much better online, I didn't want to leave and start the search process over so I bought it and knew I would need a good upholstery cleaning company. CitrusGo did not disappoint with pricing and schedule. I reached out on a Saturday and they were the only ones who could offer their service by Monday. Their tech arrived 15 minutes earlier than the appointment which I was glad to see. He was very professional and quick. He pre-treated alllll the stains and began cleaning shortly thereafter. There was grease stains, dirty finger stains and the worst... Marker stains from the previous owners children! He got 99% of them out and only two small ones remained, but he tried his hardest. They weren't in a obvious place so I had no issues with them staying there. The couch smells better, looks like new and I couldn't be happier. Keep up the great work! read more

This is an outstanding company. They don't try to upsell you or talk up powered water or dry cleaning, they simply get the job done and it looks clean and smells clean. Priscilla is an excellent communicator as well getting scheduled and staying alerted. Only carpet or tile cleaning company I have used for several years. read more

Messaged with the company on this app about scheduling an appt to get my couch cleaned 4 weeks ago. Date and time was confirmed. I sent my address and no response after. I called the company multiple times to confirm my appt because I never heard back. Calls went straight to voicemail and I left multiple voicemails. I messaged the company on yelp again and they responded that they can't schedule my appt anymore because they don't " service that area anymore". My appt was scheduled almost a month ago and it's supposed to be in 6 days. I wish they would've communicate this to me when the appt was scheduled. read more

After using Stanley Steemer for 25 years, we couldn't believe how clean these guys got our carpets. This was the last shot for our family room and stairs; if the carpet looked like it did after the last couple of cleanings, we were going to immediately replace it - now that's not needed : ) Our tech, Fernando, was friendly, professional, and worked his butt off. Our highest recommendation - from now on, CitrusGo is our carpet cleaner. read more

Technician was polite and attentive! The carpet came out clean looking new! $210 for 4 rooms plus a hallway not bad! Great price!

I apologize for not remembering the gentleman's name who did my carpets but I am very pleased with the work he did and the outcome! I recommend this company this company. read more

Incredible service, our white sectional looks brand new! We will absolutely use the Citrus Go again for all our furniture! Thanks!

We had carpet which hadn't been cleaned in 2 years. The technician came on time and did a great job. Good price and nice service.

Asked them if they could clean my carpets after sending them pics. Carpet was heavily soiled. Technician apparently said yes or so i was told. Worst $200 i ever wasted. Technician seemed rushed, could not speak English so well, and definitely didn't do an adequate job. No follow up by the office on service or Thank You for the business. Terrible service, terrible company. read more

I have used CitrusGo twice and they were great--responsible and professional. I have attempted both by message and a couple of phone calls to reschedule them, leaving voicemails. But I have not gotten a response so am looking for a new company. I am not sure what happened since I was able to leave voicemails. read more

Requested 4 quotes through Yelp and CitrusGo was one of the less expensive ones, but had the best reviews. We had not used them before, but reviews helped me make a decision. Easy to schedule, arrived on time. Was impressed with the thoroughness of the cleaning. Tech completed about 450 sq. ft. in about 2 hrs. (kitchen, hallway, laundry room, guest bath). The floors look amazing and I wish I had had them done sooner! Differences in photo colors also due to sunlight changes, but the difference is incredible. Highly recommend and would use again (they also have a loyalty program). read more

I recently had CitrusGo clean all the floors in our home including Carpet, as well as tile and grout. The difference in the tile and grout was amazing! They did a great job on the carpets too, but they are only a year old. Our entire house smelled Citrus fresh for several days. The Technician arrived on time, was very efficient and friendly. He took measures to protect our door frames and left everything fresh and clean. Their prices were fantastic compared to every other business that we called. I would highly recommend them, and we will definitely be using them again in the future. They also clean Upholstery! read more

Hernan was efficient. He took his time tho, and our carpet was not soaking wet like other companies. We will book with him again.

We are in Michigan as Trustees of an Estate and needed someone to clean a bedroom carpet of our deceased relative's home. Not knowing who to call, I read reviews for several companies and CitrusGo stood out. The only time it could be done was this morning as we could have someone meet them at the home. CitrusGo bent over backwards to make it work for us with it being only 2 day's notice. They arrived, did a great job and were done within the hour that they had estimated. Every time I called them, someone answered the phone immediately, no "leave a message". They were very affordable. I would highly recommend them! Linda. read more
