The carpets in question are now 15 years old, worn, and I always seem to wait until they get embarrassingly dirty before I call. Not only does their process bring my carpets back from the dead, but Norm and his staff have always been on time, careful with my furniture, and very professional. On their visit last week, I also asked them to clean two very dirty medium-sized area rugs, which came out looking perfect again. I was thrilled, and everything was dry in two hours!
