Kamil and Stephan arrived with all the right equipment, professional, and a LOT of elbow grease put into getting the daily grime and dinginess back to it's original luster. I had them clean the white sofa that was showing two years of dust and dirt. They brought it back to "like new" condition. I had them clean the white porcelain tile where the grout in the high traffic areas started turning brown. They scrubbed everything CLEAN. They also worked hard on cleaning wool rugs (not an easy fabric to clean), they did an amazing job. I had them seal up the grout and the house looks fantastic. Momentum is a company you can trust and you should have in your contact list because you'll use them again and again.

He did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in the 4-bedroom home I was renting and helped ensure we got our security deposit back. I contacted a few other companies before finding him, and their prices were unreasonable in comparison. I truly believe in supporting small business owners who take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. Rob is exactly that kind of business owner. I reported this immediately and was promised an investigation, but never received an explanation. The cleaning itself was unsatisfactory, and blinds were damaged, forcing me to pay for replacements and installation. To make matters worse, the company charged my credit card for substantially more hours than I initially requested, using an invoice I never signed or approved. Most disappointing was the owner's complete lack of accountability. I sent Tim a detailed complaint with photographic evidence, which he confirmed receiving. Despite multiple follow-ups over several weeks, he never provided a substantive response or attempted to resolve the issues. Between the questionable billing, damaged property, incomplete cleaning, and total lack of accountability, I would never trust this company in my home again.

Their rep provided updates every step of the way, making this a stress-free and VERY simple process. We have a big house so I know it'll take time to get everything done correctly. When the cleaners realize they couldn't finish it within the initial quoted time frame, the rep called and ask if it's okay to extend the cleaning time.
