Max Clean - Max (owner) and Anthony (worker) conducted themselves in a very professional manner, from bid to actual work. The concern for our indoor pets was a top priority which calmed use down. Their setup was impressive and their experience showed. They used corner protectors to shield our paint and drywall corners (Nice touch). Max did a great job explaining process of cleaning, matching grout color and sealing and Anthony (his color expert) did a great job as well. Our whole house only took a few hours (including walk-in shower). Max was very personable and made me feel like family or friend. When available he included my wife in conversation and decision making. That is one of my pet peeves when someone excludes my wife and ignores her. This has taken some time to write this review. I bought a house in April 2025 that needed the tile floor cleaned and regrouted. I was not present but my brother was. They cleaned it and regrouted then put a sealant over tile that was not supposed to have any sealant. Due to the type of tile! My tile floors are ruined due to that sealant. Every time anything such as dinning chair is moved on the floor it is marked! Another company was called came out and could not get the sealant removed! I am now in the process of having the whole floor done with LVP. They have cost me thousands of dollars in damaged floors. read more

RESPONSE TO MAX. No hard feelings - we are all human and we all make mistakes. You honestly did not contact me multiple times stating that you will redo the work in May. In fact, while on the phone with me in April, you insisted that my family only left our home for 1 week after you sealed our floors, which was inaccurate. In addition, you conveyed, quite angrily to me, how dare I question your quality of service a few months after the fact. Accusingly, you said it's possible I cleaned my floors with products since the sealing that would void your warranty - putting the blame on the customer without full knowledge of the situation. The main concern I have with your business is your aggressive attitude toward your customers. It's very concerning to me. Quite frankly, I was shocked. Maybe I just caught you while having a tough week. Let's just put this all behind us. MaxClean came out to clean my tile and grout. Admittedly, it was dirty than I even realized but it's now cleaner than I could imagine! They were wonderful and took the time to explain to me the difference cleaning methods they offer based on how dirty my floor was. They were also so friendly and nice and moved my furniture to get behind the couch and under the tables and chairs. Moved into model home in Buckeye 3 years ago. Needless to say, the tile floor and master shower needed to be cleaned up after 3 years of "just mopping up." We had gotten a few quotes, read the great reviews on Maxclean, and decided to give them a try. Anthony came out, quoted us a price and was back within a few days. He fired up his equipment and stopped after 5 minutes. Apparently, the grout had not been previously sealed and grout lines were giving off various color that just didn't look right. Anthony suggested coming back to clean the floors, recolor the grout, and seal the grout lines. I thought, here it comes, the sales pitch and additional money. After careful consideration, I chose Anthony's recommendation. I paid a little extra for the grout re-color and sealing. I gotta tell you, it was the best decision I've made in a while. You really don't realize how dirty your floors & grout are until you get them cleaned. Max and Anthony spent a whole day cleaning, re-coloring, and sealing the grout. Then the princess and I did a walk through. All I can say is "simply amazing". All this with a guarantee to come back and re-color, clean, and re-seal if there are any issues. Had three carpets cleaned and they look brand new! WOW! These carpets are 15 years old, never been cleaned professionally, been through 2 puppies that are now large dogs that shed like crazy and 4 cats. Between puppy training, cat fur ball puke stains, etc. we were ready to replace the carpets. Instead, on a whim, we called Max's and WOW what an amazing job! Advise do not contact this company if you are in the east valley I lIVE IN QUEEN CREEK ARIZONA .... i was quoted 300 for ducts and carpets...knowing where I lived with an estimated 10 vents including both my returns..Scheduled a week ago, called to confirm and didn't actually schedule me, gave me the run around....said he said things he didn't as I wrote thorough notes... and then had the nerve to say he told me I should find someone closer. If this was remotely true i would of continue seeking a company, instead of wasting my time and planning for you to come. Not to mention, thru the price up to 425 just for the vents not including carpet ($266 for 5 more vents and travel...come on ).. then as I confront him on what was stated he hung up. Max is awesome! I've never seen a carpet cleaner use so many techniques to get our carpet spotless! With 3 boys and 2 large dogs, the job had to be daunting. However, Max not only got out some really bad stains, but kept the family entertained as well. Maxx was recommended to me by my daughter and son-in-law. He was able to make our dirty and pet stained carpets look like new again. I thought for sure we would need to replace them.
