It's not the employees fault so I am always gracious. But it's too much. The conversations can become more than necessary when I'm just trying to get in and out. The asking of questions about my home and spending way too much time chatting about it when I just came for a paint brush. I had 2 different employees stop me. One I chatted with for way too long for my liking. Again, not their fault so I am gracious. Please consider customers are constantly harassed by solicitors. I can't even park before someone spots me heading in the store to ask for money for something. Then to go in the store and have the same thing happen. Soliciting really makes my nerves bad and sometimes when I see a stand outside I go to another location. I don't want to start having to do that with Lowe's and go to another business to patronize. I have huge projects and will be in and out often. I cannot deal with constant solicitation; it gives me anxiety. There has to be a better way to advertise or market these services.

I needed to get my backyard block fence fixed due to tree root damage. Great Seal Masonry personnel…read morewere courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They were not my lowest bidder but my husband really liked Eli the owner's customer service during the free estimate. Therefore I asked Eli if he can price match and he did. Eli did a great job of explaining the process, took pictures of the different stages of the project, and always kept me in the loop. Thank you Great Seal Masonry for the great experience and for fixing my wall!

Eli was absolutely wonderful to work with. He came highly recommended by Preach Building Supply in…read moreBuckeye and did not disappoint. He returned my initial call in a short period of time and discussed what it was I was looking for and we set up a time that evening for him to stop by and see what he would be working with. 1. When he came to the house, he was on time. 2. He asked some great questions and thoroughly understood what I was looking to achieve. 3. He took photos of the previous work we were trying to match and later took great strides to get the right product by speaking with several supply stores to understand the correct manufacturer, color (Native .vs Territorial) of paver, and to also find someone with readily available product. Preach was 6 weeks out, his supplier was 6 days. 4. I had a quote sent to me about 90 minutes later. He was within budget and competitive. The other guys... well one gave me a verbal quote and did not come by and the third bidder forgot we had a meeting the next day and called me later to reschedule. No thanks. 5. On the job, he showed up when he said that he would. The one day he could not come, I was called by 7:00 AM to let me know what was happening. For the entire time he was on the job, I knew what he was doing and what to expect. In the 2.5 years here in AZ, I have never had communications like this from other firms on anything. 6. He cleaned up every night, He used tarps in the street to put the excavated dirt on and left no remnants of dirt or stray rocks behind. 7. The job is perfect! He even fixed two other places in my original walkway where the pattern had been driving me crazy and the ground had sunk leaving a rather noticeable dip. I do not write many reviews, but wanted to on this project as we are so pleased with the entire experience. He and his team were extremely polite, pleasant to work with, and no drama. I will hire Eli and his team for other work around my home.

When I returned I took it in to the store and informed them it was defective. They had to test it which took about 15 min. They tried everything to get it work but they finally admitted it was defective. I asked the associate to just give me a new one that does work. They wanted me to pay for it. I said it didn't work why would I pay for another. They asked a manager but couldn't get an answer. After 25 min I just purchased another. I don't have time for horrible customer service. I came home and called the manager and they apologized but no refund. I don't care about the $24, it's the really poor customer service. Horrible

Some reviewers have complained about dirt in the rock, and to be fair, there was a little dirt (more like rock dust that was the color of the rock. I wish I'd taken pictures for perspective, but it was only a tiny annoyance for a moment. After the fact, it was a big zero burger that made complaining reviewers seem unreasonable and uber-picky.
