I've recently learned that Gary is a perfectionist and was on the search for some very specific materials that were difficult to locate. That same day Gary was at our house, reviewing the plan, making sure everyone was on the same page and most importantly he offered a sincere apology to my husband and later that week apologized directly to me which I really appreciated. Within an hour of my original review we also received a call from Jessica. She spoke to my husband as I listened closely. She was devastated with our experience and made it clear that they did not stand for any unfair treatment and all their customers matter. We had 4 quotes from different companies and not only was Turf Sellers the cheapest, but Michael was extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly, responsive and the list goes on. They had an opening literally the next week after we got a quote, but unfortunately our HOA took 3 weeks to approve our request and Turf Sellers had no problem changing the date. With 2 dogs, I wanted to purchase a high enough quality item, even if it means more money. So I also went to their retail location to re-review choices. I was impressed that they listened to my needs and budget again, and recommended a mid price "dog friendly" turf and didn't up-sell me. There were some hiccups with the installer, which is a separate entity, but Michael was great in helping to resolve the issues. Just one piece of advice. Be sure the installer shows you any unused remnants before they leave so YOU can decide whether to keep in case of future patches. As my yard is irregular, I had to pay for excess turf and knew there would be left overs. Again, Turf Sellers helped to rectify this issue and my yard looks FANTASTIC. After a last minute change of venue to our home for our son's graduation party, I was left scrambling to square away the backyard. After years of having a great looking lawn in the front and back yards, the shade from the trees and the Valley's "wonderful" hard water won out and destroyed them. Procrastination on my part (as well as lack of time) resulted in having nothing to look upon but dirt. After checking out several turf retailers, I was at the point of giving up because I wasn't in the place to pay over $1,000 for artificial turf nor had the time to do all the prep work needed for high priced turf. Then I came across Arizona Turf Liquidators and stopped in there yesterday. I was met by Jessica who explained she and her boyfriend Michael owned the business and that they are distributors of artificial turf as opposed to selling liquidated inventory obtained from other vendors (they are actually changing their company name so not to give the impression they are selling discontinued products). Jessica is very knowledgeable about the turf they offer and more importantly for a young businesswoman, she actually listened to me about my needs. Although she showed me several options, she suggested one of their least expensive turfs knowing I just wanted to put it right on top of our dirt yard with minimal preparation. She gave me installation tips and later emailed instructions to me. Michael arrived from an appointment and cut exactly the amount of turf I needed and got me loaded up and on my way. No upselling or pressure sales to upgrade to something other than what I selected. I was able to install the turf in about 6 hours and our yard is now set for the party. Not only does it look great, my wife and son love it. So do our 2 dogs who were rolling and playing on it as soon as I rolled it out. I highly recommend Arizona Turf Liquidators and look forward to doing business with them again this Fall as with their great service, products and pricing, there is no excuse for not putting down one of their premium turfs in our front yard.
