Nick, our salesman from Arizona Turf, who is AWESOME, reached out to…read moremy husband to see if things were fixed and my husband relayed his conversation with the owner, Chris to Nick. Nick actually offered to pay, out of his pocket, to fix the problem. This morning Chris, the owner showed up at our home and fortunately our landscaper, Brian of Water Wise, who is also AWESOME was also at our home doing some work. Bottom line, our landscaper is fixing and Chris from Arizona Luxury Turf is covering the cost, which turns out to be about $50.00. Whether the leak was there prior to the Turf installation or not our landscaper could not say for certain, but Chris ultimately did the right thing and for that I'm very appreciative. The quality of work was great, even our landscaper who has experience in artificial turf agreed, AZ Luxury Lawns did a great job! They started out strong but in the end fell short. We live in Morrison Ranch where artificial turf is now "OK" under certain specifications and approval. AZ Lawns did our neighbors lawn and it looked beautiful so we reached out to Nick of AZ Lawn for a quote and design. He provided everything we needed for our HOA approval. Our HOA did request a larger space around our tree and Nick drew up the revised illustration which got approved. The installation was well done, however, they did not install around our tree based on the "revised" illustration, they installed based on the first illustration. My husband did tell Nick that if the HOA says anything we will need him to reinstall the area around the tree. The REAL problem is with our irrigation cap offs. We have 2 out in front, which get capped because we no longer need the sprinkler system. (but can be uncapped if in the future you ever need your sprinkler system again). One is capped and no issue, the second is leaking. My husband called Nick about coming out to fix the problem, so Nick referred my husband to the owner of the company, When my husband spoke with the owner, he REFUSED to have anyone come out and fix it!! The job is not complete until all aspects are done correctly. I can live with the incorrect installation around the tree but I can't live with a leaky sprinkler cap and it is because of Nick's response to NOT fix it, I would NOT recommend him or Arizona Luxury Lawns.I

Jake, Jorge, and the entire team were fantastic from start to finish. As remote owners, dependability and communication were extremely important to us. They showed up when they said they would, did what they said they were going to do, communicated with us constantly, and most importantly, finished the project on time. Anyone who has done a major construction project in the Valley knows how rare that can be. Communication was top-notch throughout the entire project. They responded quickly whenever we had a question, request, or change and made managing such a large project remotely much easier than we expected. Cesar, the Project Manager, came out on both install days and again at the end to walk it with us. Israel led the crew and checked in with me throughout -- he actually spotted a sprinkler leak before any work started. They leveled the soil first, so the grade came out smooth and even. Two things stood out. They left us a spare patch of turf in case we ever need to repair a section. And the cleanup was immaculate -- you genuinely could not tell there'd been a crew tearing up the yard that morning. Communication was the best part. Email, text, phone, in person -- always knew what was happening and when. No complaints at all.

I planned on a 30 minute interaction but it was actually 2 hours. During that time they provided details to myself and my wife about the work to be done, created a blueprint of the job and provided a quote. The job included removing a tree stump, rerouting drip system, along with installing turf and pavers. We scheduled for the following week and the delivery of materials and work went according to plan despite rain the night before the job was to begin. Tim was available throughout the process and replied to my texts quickly. The 5-6 guys that did the work interacted with us professionally and worked hard to get the job done in 1 day! According to my research the pricing was a bit on the high side but the quality of the materials and labor was worth it for peace of mind. Once the job was completed Tim scheduled a walk through and personally came by and checked the work and sat with me to answer questions and provide tips on how to maintain the turf. But I didn't find out till later when the planter box was all flooded like a lake and overflowing like a river to the street. I found the broken PVC right where I instructed his worker to plant an agave fior me. When I told Isaiah's TFH Landscaping that his worker broke the sprinkler line, ISAIAHs said he would send the worker over to do the repair in a couple days which Isaias said was Tuesday, the worker never showed up. When I called him to say the worker never showed up he said he would come in a couple days and he personally will come and be there. Well Isaias never showed up. What's worse is he used to answer the phone on the first ring and was "always there for me" and even said "You know I am always here for you and I answer the phone". But after he didn't show up two times he wasn't answering the phone anymore .... ever. I left many, many messages telling Isaias I was disappointed that not only does he not show up to do the repair that his worker broke, but he deliberately is ghosting me for weeks. He sees from caller ID it is me calling for him to repair something he damaged (I sent pictures of the hacked irrigation pipe in the hole where the agave got blown outta there from the broken line), so he deliberately does not answer the phone ever again to BE THERE FOR MEEEEE, like he told me previously. That deserves 1 Yelp star. So you think I'm going to do business with him if he doesn't even answer the phone ever? Someone told me "because they don't get paid to repair their mistakes and have to take time out from already paying jobs to go to a job that doesn't pay. I never spoke to Isaias again because he didn't care to come back ad fix the broken pipe his worker hacked to pieces. That deserves 1 Yelp star don't you think? I have a new landscaper who has many solid 5 Yelp stars, and so far he has shown up every time I needed him, right on time, even when he squeezed me in. But I have no experience if he will show up to fix something he didn't do right, because nothing like that has happened so far.
