He came up with a perfect design, and added to what we asked for to make it look 10x better than what I thought it could. GEORGE: The ball immediately got rolling and we met with George, who would be our project manager. Personable, professional, communicative and detail oriented when it came to managing the crew and checking on the quality of the work they did. ALEX: Alex was the lead of a four man crew that came and conquered our side yard. Easy to speak with, and very approachable. They went above and beyond to make it perfect, moving rock from back to front yard to redistribute into areas that needed it, making an attractive pattern with the pavers, and directing his crew well. From meeting a sales rep, to project completion (including me having to obtain HOA approval) the took only 3.5 weeks! Very happy, also knowing that this comes with a warranty! I had a sales representative come out for a paver estimate, and the whole experience just wasn't great. It was a very small project My project was only about 345 sq. ft., and I was quoted around $10,000 before tax, which felt extremely high for the size. The representative also showed some unprofessionalism. They came twice to my home the first time to make measurements and then an hour later he came back. He asked to come inside my home, stayed for more than 45 minutes even though I indicating I would not be making a decision on the spot. He continued pushing for a $1,000 deposit right then and there. I asked for at least 24 hours to think about it, but he kept stalling instead of respecting my time. I eventually had to ask him to leave. Overall, not the experience I expected, and I wouldn't recommend this company based on how my consultation went. The high pressure sales tactic and the unprofessionalism made me not want to buy from them. read more

I had their salesperson, Anthony, to my home on 4/8 where we spent 1.5hrs walking my yard and going over the vision for updates including 3 pergolas, synthetic lawn, pavers, and more.... not a small, low budget investment! We ran out of time so booked a follow up meeting for 10:30a on 4/15 to review quote and his drawing of the yard. Leading up to that day, I received multiple texts and emails from the company reminding me of the appt. Anthony ended up no-showing for the appt. Thinking I'd hear from him the next day, I waited and waited, nothing - so I called their office last week and told the receptionist what had happened. She said she'd get an urgent message to the GM and have him reach out. As of today, 4/30/26, still crickets. Seems like their organizational skills are horrific being I'm not the only one leaving similar feedback. Good thing is, they aren't the only paver, yard designer, out there! read more

If you want to be yelled at and berated on the phone by their foreman, this is the company for you. If you tell the sales person/engineer what you want done to your patio and he says , "Sure we can do that." and it never gets done correctly, EVER!!! Not enough EVERS!!! This is the company for you. If you want an actual fire pit measured and leveled improperly and eventually has to be scrapped because nothing was done correctly. This is the company for you. If you want to be told your job will take 5 days tops, and then turns into 3 months because of such irreparable incompetence, non-communication, and zero leadership. This is the company for you. Unfortunately, they had to cut my 8,000 dollar professional turf because they couldn't figure out a straight line to save their lives. The workers hired by System Pavers threw their beer bottles and food into a big trash bag and left it overnight on the front of my property. The javelinas loved that. Ripped apart the trashbag. There's nothing like having to pick up beer bottles, food, and trash off your driveway the next morning. It's has now been over seven months since I first notified system pavers about an error with the interest rate, it's also been over four month since I wrote a review about their error and still nothing has been corrected, no phone call or email saying we have resolved your situation, just an email saying we are going to investigate this situation. What terrible business ethics for such a large business. If this is how they operate their business over a small clerical error, I would hate to see how they operate over large situations, problems or issues. Avoid this company, it's not worse the cost. Avoid using if you appreciate customer service. We started our paver/outdoor kitchen project with System Pavers back in December 2023 and were told it would only take "around 2 weeks" which we immediately knew was unlikely. We received very little communication and updates from our project manager. Had multiple days we would be told the crew would show up at 8am and they would actually show up around 1pm with lunch they stopped for on the way and ate in our backyard. Here we are in June and the project has still not been completed and we go weeks without hearing from SP until we reach out to them or they ask us to sign off on completion for a project we're not fully happy with yet. read more

A sales rep from System Pavers knocked on my door one day, and - as it turns out - I was looking to get bids for a pathway up my backyard hill. Their sales manager Dan came by the following day (WOW!), and gave me a bid that turned out to be well within the range of the other bids I received from solo landscapers I've used in the past. Because I needed the quality of work to be high, so that the pathway was safe (and warranteed), I went with System Pavers. O...M...G...: what an amazing experience. The team arrived the following week right at 8 a.m. Monday morning, they worked solidly for four days, and at the end of the four days I had a GORGEOUS hillside pathway. I was impressed from the start with Chad who spent hours drawing up and designing what we had in mind just on the initial consultation. Next we met George who got into the nitty gritty of the job on what needed to be done. Meaning that this 1940's house had some trouble areas that needed attention in regards to laying out the pavers, and structural posts for our awnings/patio covers. George was excellent in facilitating what options were available and communicating with the crew doing the job. Working with this company was tough. In the end, they made it right, but it was really a rough project. They had to redo things several times as the workmanship was not good after the initial round. They did make it right in the end, so I want to give them credit for that, and I certainly appreciate how they took care to get it redone. Had a kid drop a door mailer and seemed legit. I caught him walking away. We set up a time for a visit from the company to measure and give a quote. The gentleman that showed up "him- hawed" around a little didn't speak much of the pergola project I wanted, only measured length on my deck not width. Said he'd give me a quote the next day. I waited 2 more days after that, then replied to the customer care email I recieved telling them i never received a quote yet. The next day the gentleman called and said I'd be getting my quote that day. It's a week later now, still no quote or call. At least call and say your too busy or my money is garbage....something is better than nothing. read more
