JM was a great company to work with! They completed our job ahead of schedule and on budget. Despite the smaller yard size, the job we had done was pretty rough: * Removing 2x lrg. oleanders, an existing fence and 2-4 inches of topsoil, all through the downstairs of our townhome. (e.g no alley or 'back gate' access) * Then, installing a block fence and grading the remaining yard space. Just like the removed material, all the CMU block and installation material for the new block fence had to come in through the downstairs. JM showed up when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves each day and were very professional. In the end, the job was completed exactly how I asked, and the messes were cleaned. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and referred them to my HOA for some misc repairs we needed. read more

Jordy and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. He had great communication throughout the entire project, he was professional and very knowledgeable about everything we asked. He wasn't bothered by my questions along the way and always explained everything. My wife and I could not be happier with the work that he did. We had our driveway extended over to in front of our RV gate,we did a pad behind the RV gate for our trash cans and then a sidewalk that extended down the side of our house to the turf in the backyard. He quoted us for concrete and pavers and we went with pavers. The finished product looks phenomenal. Pictures do not do justice. The price we were quoted we were very happy with, so much that we didn't even try to get a quote from anyone else. Very well priced. Do not look anywhere else. Let Jordy be your first and last quote. Jordy did such a great job that we will be using him again to landscape the other half of our front yard. Can't wait! read more

Their pricing was reasonable & competitive. We plan to use them again for any future work for our front yard. read more

Here is what he had to say...I called JM Landscaping Pros and they responded promptly with a fair estimate. The crew did a great job and the clean up was excellent. They left everything very clean and neat. While they were there, I asked about some concrete work I wanted done. They stayed the extra time to complete the work I requested. I was pleased with this work as well, and I was glad they were willing to get it done that same day. Thanks JM Landscaping Pros! read more

We got two puppies to keep us busy during the Rona Lockdown and needed grass I a hurry. Dogs were not liking walking around in the rocks to take care of business. We got a paver driveway on the side of the house and an area of grass for the dogs. Everything went great. Lowest quote and earliest start date. Great value for quality work. Job was finished quickly with great communication throughout the whole process. read more

I received contact from Jorge and was given an estimate after sending pictures and even provided my address to get things moving but never heard back after that. This was even after multiple attempts of me asking trying to establish contact and get the job going. Moving on the to the next to find someone more reliable and dependable than JM concrete pros. read more

WOW! What a great crew and what a beautiful job! Watching these guys work is poetry in motion. Professional, courteous, fast, and precise. Needed my driveway and back patio extended, old gate taken out and support columns demolition. Monday they prepped and took out the gate and columns. Transferred old gravel to the other side of house where I had nothing but mud. I have made a mistake about the width of the project. When I realized my mistake I have called and even after an entire day of prepping they were back to fix my mistake with a smile on. Tuesday they have poured the concrete and finished everything, including raking the rocks out. They were all done by 11:30 on Tuesday. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Out of all the quotes I have collected on this project, they were the most professional, knowledgable, and the best price out of all of them. Thank you JM Landscaping, job well done! read more

So happy they were able to come out and do this right before Thanksgiving. More room for folks to eat outside!

I requested a quote for a small patio pavers project. The got back to me quickly, but their reply was basically "We are busy" and nothing else. We live in San Diego but own a 14 unit apartment complex in Phoenix. When one of our units needed to be remodeled, we got several estimates to clean up and landscape the backyard. Jorge was responsive and easy to schedule quickly. We met him in person once where we were in town and he gave nice, practical ideas for the yard that worked with our budget. His price for cleanup, pouring concrete and adding gravel was extremely competitive especially for being licensed, bonded and insured. He was professional and responsive the whole time and got the work done in a timely manner despite the rain that threw off his whole schedule. We really appreciate his service and how he made it easy to work with him from long distance. We will continue to use him for the rest of the units that need landscaping work. read more

I had a small repair done by JM Landscaping Pro to a cinder block wall at an income property I own in Tempe. The repair was done professionally and in a timely fashion. The billing was slightly delayed and I needed a receipt for an insurance claim, but the owner, Jorge, interceded and resolved the issue and was very apologetic and made a concession on the invoicing. I would use their services again. read more
