5 Stars - Outstanding Fireplace Service in Paradise Valley and Scottsdale!…read more I recently moved into a home in Paradise Valley, Arizona, and needed help pairing a fireplace remote. After contacting three different fireplace repair companies in the Scottsdale and Paradise Valley area, I was frustrated that each wanted to charge over $100 just to come out, without even knowing whether they could fix the problem. Then I called Keith at The Trusted Tech, and what a difference! Keith answered my call on a Saturday morning and patiently walked me through pairing my fireplace remote and locating a hidden wall switch I didn't even know existed. Within minutes, my fireplace was working perfectly! The best part? Keith helped me over the phone at absolutely no charge! He saved me money, time, and a tremendous amount of frustration. It's refreshing to find someone who genuinely cares about helping people rather than just collecting a service fee. If you're looking for honest, knowledgeable, and reliable fireplace repair, fireplace installation, or fireplace troubleshooting in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, or the Phoenix area, I highly recommend Keith at The Trusted Tech. He's earned my trust and my future business. I won't hesitate to call him again for any fireplace service needs. Five stars for exceptional customer service, integrity, and technical expertise!
