The corner column of my block wall was damaged, leaving the wall unanchored with no support. I sent the pics to New Generation Block Fence and received an estimate for fixing it. Appt was made & I was texted to advise me exactly when Simon Cruz would arrive. Simon arrived when promised, said he would return the next day, and on Sat morning they were there as promised. I can't say enough great things about this company! They were prompt, responsive and affordable! I contacted them needing a new rear double gate and they were able to give me a very competitive price (including composite material, not wood) and have the work done much faster than any of the other companies that I spoke with. The gate they installed looks great. Because our cinder block was not filled with concrete, they had some trouble with the anchors they used for the hinges. However, that was not their fault and they even extended the warranty on the gate for an extra year- 3 years total. I don't know if any of the other companies were offering a warranty at all! NGBF built a fence and gate for my backyard in NE Phx. They constructed 76 ft of 6 ft tall grey block (4x8x16) wall and a 15 ft steel tubing and wood plank rolling gate. The quality of construction was excellent and the price was very competitive. The foundation digging, concrete mixing and pouring and wall assembly was completed in three long hot days (July 2024). My inspections throughout the construction process produced only a few minor findings that were immediately addressed. I needed to widen my side gate to accommodate my UTV. They got back to me right away and gave me a fair and honest quote. The workmanship was amazing. I chose to reuse and widen my existing gate instead of getting a new gate, but they made the exsiting gate look like a brand new wider gate. They constructed two new pillars and installed the gate.
