You must be honest, detail oriented, know your capabilities and your product inside and out, be familiar with local codes, and know how to schedule your work. I recently decided to install a new swimming pool, which requires a fence. The project was over budget from day one and in an effort to cut costs I decided to hire my own pool fencing contractor. Luckily, I came across Emerald Fence Co and the owner Robin. Robin is old school, like me and being a retired General Contractor I can be a pain to deal with. Emerald Fence Co are pros, from planning, permitting and building the fence Robin and his team did a fantastic job. Plus I saved about 4 grand on my overall pool budget.
