Lee did a great job with the installation into our pavers. His workmanship was excellent and he made sure everything was completed properly and efficiently. Rob, the salesman was very professional and went above and beyond what most sales professionals do. He took time to answer all questions, explain the process thoroughly, and ensure complete satisfaction. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. read more

We're first time home owners and pool owners, so we had a lot of questions about installing a pool fence for our toddler. Lucas came out to our house before we moved in and measured the space, giving us a few different options and recommendations. On the installation day, Enrique helped us decide on the final location and did an amazing job. Definitely recommend these guys! read more

Had Phx pool fence set up a mesh fence around my pool to keep my dogs (and little kids) safe. Looks great

Phoenix Pool Fence installed a pool fence for me this morning. Both the gentleman who worked on the installation were polite and professional. They cleaned up after they finished and explained how to make adjustments if needed to the gate. I am very satisfied with their work! The side story: I have a turtle that needs to make its way back-and-forth from her pond area that is located on one side of the fence, to the other side where she hibernates or occasionally just hangs out. They measured the turtle before installation to adjust the height of the gate. After installation they brought her to the gate to make sure that she would fit underneath. I was watching from inside when they did the final measure, they were really gentle with her and I could see them smiling at her. Very cute! read more

We were nervous about getting a pool fence due to aesthetics and initially were thinking about installing a (more expensive and less practical for spontaneous swimming sessions) removable cover, but after seeing the huge number of 5 star Yelp reviews about Phoenix Pool Fence we decided to give them a shot. We're glad we did! The fence looks so natural in our yard, segmenting the area off into a pool area and a kid-safe yard. The team was very professional, suggesting an ideal layout for the fence and showing up in a timely fashion, and it only took one week from our initial call to finalized product. The black mesh looks great- you can see through it to the pool, and it looks quite classy compared to other pool fences that I've seen. The cost was also extremely reasonable - my husband had discussed a DIY fence but I'm glad we hired professionals. Highly recommend this team! read more

Lucas was such a pleasure to work with--super responsive, professional, and kind throughout the whole process. We had just bought a new home, and the pool took up most of our backyard. I was worried a fence would make the space feel even smaller, but Lucas came up with a perfect design that keeps our toddler completely safe and still leaves enough grass for him to run and play. The quality of the work is excellent, and the whole experience was five stars from start to finish! read more

We were put on the schedule and had our pool fence installed quickly. The fence seems very sturdy and safe. Would recommend!

I requested a quote from Phoenix Pool Fence for approximately 30-40 ft of new fencing and 2 days later I get a response that they are "unable to service". Then proceeds to lie and say that he hit the wrong button. Well let me tell you, being a manager that operates on Yelp, you can't just hit the wrong button. There's a couple of more options to hit before you send it to the customer. We are in the middle of a remodel so I suspect the pictures I submitted for the quote made it look like a s*** job and instead of inquiring or having any kind of conversation just said not interested. It's nothing special just 40 ft of fencing with two gates to be installed new. Contempt attitude and clearly operates with ego, doesn't care about customer service. read more

We had Lucas and his team out to secure a small play yard for our 2 year old lab and his soon to be new puppy sister . They did an amazing job at a very reasonable price . They were also punctual ( showing up at 5:45 am as planned) and cleaned up after completing the job. read more

We could not be happier with our experience with Arizona Pool Guard. Before I even gave birth, I knew we would need to get a fence installed around our pool. Of course, my husband and I dreaded it because who really wants one? Lucas and his crew made it all very easy for us. They dropped by for an estimate and we decided to move forward with them after have another company out for an estimate. We just felt more comfortable with Lucas. We got on the schedule pretty quickly and when he was out here, I was told it would be a few hours. Honestly, it took an hour - maybe even less. Our dog, who normally likes to go skinny dipping without us isn't too happy about the fence around his pool. Thank you for making this experience painless for us! read more

Thoroughly satisfied with Phoenix Pool Fence, would highly recommend. Almost a year ago I found Phoenix Pool Fence on Yelp. Lucas and Joey came out promptly for an on site estimate and made a good first impression. When my family was ready to move forward with installing a pool fence I got back in touch. Phoenix Pool Fence was able to get me onto their schedule a few days later and honored the original estimate. The actual installation was a smooth process. Lucas and Joey were on time, reviewed what they'd be doing to confirm our needs, brought all the tools and materials needed, and worked efficiently. The fence is sturdy, looks great, and meets all the specs. Lucas and Joey explained how everything works, answered all our questions, and are willing to stand behind their work. Great job guys! Thanks so much for your help. read more

Great company! Could tell from the start that Joey and Lucas have integrity, and are very knowledgeable about their products and service. They're driven too...quick to reply, at my home the next day (Friday) for quote, back the following Monday to take out the rusty iron fence and put in the new fence. Their pricing is very competitive and there's zero upselling, In fact, they talked me out of spending more on a taller fence because we didn't need it. They have an impeccable attention to detail. In fact, they sent me a video explaining what they did, and the ins and outs of the fence (adjusting the gate, removing panels, etc). They took the time to answer all my questions after the project was complete. If you're looking for a high quality company using high quality mesh fence products then you should choose Arizona Pool Guard. read more

We use Yelp all the time for many projects around the home. Some businesses don't even call you back even with inquires, voice mails and texts. Not this company!! We called several companies and checked their reviews. Arizona Pool Guard had the best reviews as well as the best price. Lucas and Joey were amazing!! We just moved here from Cali and someone recommended them. They were both professional and efficient. They got their first thing in the morning and were done by 11 am. I couldn't recommend these guys enough. We just bought the house and needed a pool gate up asap to keep our littles safe and they were able to work with our timeline and make it happen. I felt they were just as concerned at keeping our son safe as we were. What a great team. Definitely recommending these guys to friends and family!! read more

I needed a pool fence installed for the grandkids. Phoenix Pool Fence was one of three companies I called to get an estimate. I immediately received a return call from Joey. (Communication with the other two places I called was inadequate which to me is a red flag when it comes to customer service.) Joey from Phoenix Pool Fence got back to me right away. Within a few days he came to the house for a free estimate and spent time going over some fence placement options as well as showing me exactly what he'd be installing -- an aluminum fence with sturdy mesh and two self closing gates. ( I had read about fiberglass posts but in the intense Arizona sun this didn't make sense.) Joey and his partner Lucas were able to install the fence quickly within the next week. These guys did a great job installing the fence and the price was to me very affordable. Worth every penny for the pool safety. I would definitely recommend these guys with two thumbs up! read more

Would give zero if I could. I scheduled an estimate with Lucas after checking entering all specifications regarding aluminum fencing and speaking to their scheduling team to clarify that the website information was correct that they offered what we were looking for. I then talked to Lucas regarding the appointment and he also said that he could do an aluminum fence, only to receive a call from him during the appointment window to hear "Oh we only have aluminum posts and mesh fence' when I asked the why does your website say different and did your scheduler tell me that you could do an aluminum fence? Then Lucas hung up on me, no apologies, no professionalism, no show for the appointment. Guess his time is worth more than mine!! read more

Luke was extremely responsive via text and very friendly! Since we are not occupying our property yet due to renovations, I did not get to meet Luke in person; however, he was extremely communicative and detailed every step of the way.
