They cleaned up after they finished and explained how to make adjustments if needed to the gate. I am very satisfied with their work! The side story: I have a turtle that needs to make its way back-and-forth from her pond area that is located on one side of the fence, to the other side where she hibernates or occasionally just hangs out. They measured the turtle before installation to adjust the height of the gate. After installation they brought her to the gate to make sure that she would fit underneath. I was watching from inside when they did the final measure, they were really gentle with her and I could see them smiling at her. Very cute! read more

We are in the middle of a remodel so I suspect the pictures I submitted for the quote made it look like a s*** job and instead of inquiring or having any kind of conversation just said not interested.
