Phoenix Pool Fence had a super quick response time and install! I am a first time mom and was worried about being able to get a fence installed quickly; they made the entire process easy and simple. They came out to give me a quote and once I accepted, they came back with all the materials. Within a few hours, the work was complete. They were extremely friendly and responsive! Of course, my husband and I dreaded it because who really wants one? Lucas and his crew made it all very easy for us. They dropped by for an estimate and we decided to move forward with them after have another company out for an estimate. We just felt more comfortable with Lucas. We got on the schedule pretty quickly and when he was out here, I was told it would be a few hours. Honestly, it took an hour - maybe even less. Our dog, who normally likes to go skinny dipping without us isn't too happy about the fence around his pool. Thank you for making this experience painless for us!

Phoenix Pool Fence installed a pool fence for me this morning. Both the gentleman who worked on the installation were polite and professional. They cleaned up after they finished and explained how to make adjustments if needed to the gate. I am very satisfied with their work! The side story: I have a turtle that needs to make its way back-and-forth from her pond area that is located on one side of the fence, to the other side where she hibernates or occasionally just hangs out. They measured the turtle before installation to adjust the height of the gate. After installation they brought her to the gate to make sure that she would fit underneath. I was watching from inside when they did the final measure, they were really gentle with her and I could see them smiling at her. Very cute! read more

We were nervous about getting a pool fence due to aesthetics and initially were thinking about installing a (more expensive and less practical for spontaneous swimming sessions) removable cover, but after seeing the huge number of 5 star Yelp reviews about Phoenix Pool Fence we decided to give them a shot. We're glad we did! The fence looks so natural in our yard, segmenting the area off into a pool area and a kid-safe yard. The team was very professional, suggesting an ideal layout for the fence and showing up in a timely fashion, and it only took one week from our initial call to finalized product. The black mesh looks great- you can see through it to the pool, and it looks quite classy compared to other pool fences that I've seen. Lucas was such a pleasure to work with--super responsive, professional, and kind throughout the whole process. We had just bought a new home, and the pool took up most of our backyard. I requested a quote from Phoenix Pool Fence for approximately 30-40 ft of new fencing and 2 days later I get a response that they are "unable to service". Then proceeds to lie and say that he hit the wrong button. Well let me tell you, being a manager that operates on Yelp, you can't just hit the wrong button. There's a couple of more options to hit before you send it to the customer. We are in the middle of a remodel so I suspect the pictures I submitted for the quote made it look like a s*** job and instead of inquiring or having any kind of conversation just said not interested. It's nothing special just 40 ft of fencing with two gates to be installed new. Contempt attitude and clearly operates with ego, doesn't care about customer service. read more

Great company! Could tell from the start that Joey and Lucas have integrity, and are very knowledgeable about their products and service. They're driven too...quick to reply, at my home the next day (Friday) for quote, back the following Monday to take out the rusty iron fence and put in the new fence. Their pricing is very competitive and there's zero upselling, In fact, they talked me out of spending more on a taller fence because we didn't need it. They have an impeccable attention to detail. In fact, they sent me a video explaining what they did, and the ins and outs of the fence (adjusting the gate, removing panels, etc). They took the time to answer all my questions after the project was complete. These folks are fantastic. I was looking to get three quotes for a pool fence and they were the quickest to respond & be available for a quote, quickest to be able to install, and best value. They were able to come out within 5 days of me wanting to move forward while the other companies were going to take another month or so to complete. Lucas and Joey were there for the estimate and install, and they were friendly, puntual and effective. They came around 6:30am and had the fence finished by 8am! I needed a pool fence installed for the grandkids. Phoenix Pool Fence was one of three companies I called to get an estimate. I immediately received a return call from Joey. (Communication with the other two places I called was inadequate which to me is a red flag when it comes to customer service.) Joey from Phoenix Pool Fence got back to me right away. Within a few days he came to the house for a free estimate and spent time going over some fence placement options as well as showing me exactly what he'd be installing -- an aluminum fence with sturdy mesh and two self closing gates. ( I had read about fiberglass posts but in the intense Arizona sun this didn't make sense.) Joey and his partner Lucas were able to install the fence quickly within the next week. These guys did a great job installing the fence and the price was to me very affordable. Worth every penny for the pool safety. I would definitely recommend these guys with two thumbs up! read more

Would give zero if I could. I scheduled an estimate with Lucas after checking entering all specifications regarding aluminum fencing and speaking to their scheduling team to clarify that the website information was correct that they offered what we were looking for. I then talked to Lucas regarding the appointment and he also said that he could do an aluminum fence, only to receive a call from him during the appointment window to hear "Oh we only have aluminum posts and mesh fence' when I asked the why does your website say different and did your scheduler tell me that you could do an aluminum fence? Then Lucas hung up on me, no apologies, no professionalism, no show for the appointment. Guess his time is worth more than mine!! read more

Arizona Pool Guard is highly recommended in my book. We were desperately in need of a pool fence to protect our grandkids and APG came through. They not only had a fast response time to my quote request but was able to stop by the next business day to provide us a quote. Usually I take a couple of weeks to get quotes and make a decision but I felt confident immediately. They were able to come back the next morning and complete the installation! American made with a lifetime warranty. Retractable for those times when a fence is not needed. We now have protection that can be removed temporarily if need warrants it. He responded to my quote request quickly, was able to come out and measure our yard, and have a quote for me that I felt was fair within a few days. Since we are not occupying our property yet due to renovations, I did not get to meet Luke in person; however, he was extremely communicative and detailed every step of the way. These guys were awesome. We were referred to Luke and Joey by our pool builder, and they were friendly, professional, prompt, and knew exactly what they were doing. The price was competitive and never changed from what they originally quoted us, which was nice. We had to ask for a rush installation (last minute pool inspection) and they showed up at 6am to get it done for us, with zero complaints or anything. Very happy with the end product too, especially with how transparent it is (sort of like a window screen). I'd highly recommend them. read more

They had two fencing companies who I lined up to do estimates and then I also picked two off of Yelp. Aldo Fabrication was not one of the PORA recommendations and was the lowest bid by far... and I initially had concerns thinking if I went with them, I might suffer from the old adage "you get what you pay for". That's not to say it wasn't expensive, because it was, but the other three were quite a bit higher. My contact was Jessica. I had two ideas for how to place the fence in my backyard. She completely understood my vision and measured accurately for each idea. She let me know that they would be super careful about utilities and have a locator come out to make sure we were safe. I was also concerned about my sprinkler lines because I do not have a plat showing where any they are. She assured me they would use care when placing posts. Jessica and every who worked on my fence at Aldo Fabrication did everything as promised in a very timely manner. The fence is beautiful and sturdy and they obviously did not cut any corners at all. Both gates swing open easily and latch securely. After the fence was installed, all weld marks and caps were painted and scratches were touched up. There is just nowhere that could've been improved upon. I'm literally blown away how the other three companies I requested estimates from are charging one and a half times what Aldo Fabrication charged to build this fence. Aldo request requested half of the cost of the fence upfront and the other half at completion and upon my complete satisfaction. They also offered a discount for cash. Finally, my neighbors remarked how the fence builders were as quiet and unobtrusive as possible. I found them to be very friendly and polite. The fence is EXACTLY what I wanted at a very fair price... and not a single elusive sprinkler line was hit! Thank you Jessica and Aldo Fabrication!

We had an AZ Pool Guard fence installed in 2011. We would have lost some access to our yard if we used a traditional iron fence. They were able to install a fence that wrapped around our pool. We felt much safer having a pool fence, while also keeping our yard easily accessible. Part of our fence was damaged near the bottom by either landscapers or an umbrella base. Joey Alu came out from AZ Pool Guard and he was able to quickly fix our pool fence. He had a new piece installed and made sure we didn't have any other concerns, all at a very reasonable price.
