We are so pleased with our new pool fence. Our 12 year old dog fell in the pool twice so we needed a fence fast. Ernie came out on Sunday and had the fence installed in a few hours and he did a great job (in 110 degree heat!). Thanks to Arizona Pool Fence, Lucy won't be going for any more unplanned swims! read more

I highly recommend this company. Rob came out and gave us a quote and was very informative. We had reached out to other pool fence companies as well. We chose Arizona Pool Fence because of Rob. He went the extra mile for us. He made the entire process very easy! We now feel so much safer having a pool fence installed for when our new granddaughter comes over every week. We waited for a month to review our installation, wanted to make sure things were good. Plus with the ability to update our review in case something fails with the product in the near future. We can always come back and change it. So with that said: As of today, Sept. 14th, 2021 We are very happy with our fence. Coming into this, we have already had experience with the safety fence. In our previous home we had one installed. So we already knew what to expect, and knew the quality of the fence being installed. Arizona Pool Fence checked all the boxes: Very friendly Decent price (in line with the other quotes received) Professional, Even though it rained the day for installation, they were still able to make it in and have it installed. They were not worried about getting wet, they were just concerned that the quick crete would be able to dry. Well, everything worked out, and they did an amazing job. Our first fence at our previous house was installed for the thirty foster kids we took care of. This fence was for our two grand babies. Life is precious, please do not hesitate if you are thinking about installing a safety fence. read more

We just had Arizona Pool Fence complete a mesh pool fence installation on our property and it is FANTASTIC!! What a great company to work with. Rob was our sales rep. He was prompt in visiting us, spent time to explain the mesh system and advised us on what we should do. We had wrought iron fencing that was rusted and we were considering having it repaired until Rob came out for the free estimate and clearly offered us options in an honest and clear manner. We were never pressured to "sign on the dotted line" and his advice was spot on!! Installation was handled by Oscar Velasco and this man is a professional. Very friendly and showed up right on time at 7 am on installation day. We had almost 200 feet of mesh fence to install in this 110 degree heat. He told us he would be on the job until finished. There was alot to do and he handled it all himself with quality workmanship and a happy face. He didn't finish until 6:30pm! Nearly 12 hours in the heat making sure our new fence was installed perfectly! I would not hesitate to recommend Arizona Pool Fence to anyone....QUALITY AND CLASS FROM START TO FINISH!!!! Adding my pool fence was one of the best decisions I've made for my home. his fence was to protect our dogs from the pool. Both dogs are Doxies and only required a 2 foot fence, which helped to preserve the uncluttered view of the yard. My elder dog has has gone blind and with a doggie door installed in the house, it was just a matter of time. It was time to take action. Arizona pool fence came out to discuss the project and offer various options. I There was a wait for the actual install, which couldn't come soon enough. Lee came out right on time and discussed the final plan. He went right to work. In just a few hours we had a fence. I can tell that Lee is a person who Prides himself for good work. With my professional background, I want the job to be done right! And it was... The materials are good quality and the system well thought out. I really like being able to remove the fence if access is needed. Thank you Arizona Pool Fence! read more

Beautiful, galvanized sturdy iron fences were installed for my pool on April 6,2024. Ernie who came out on the weekend is professional and extremely knowledgeable about pool fence including giving the advice for the best workable fence line for the property that is not so simple to figure out. I am so very thankful that he took the time to explain why the fence line he recommends will work the best. After installed, I can clearly see why. Ernie puts his passion in what he does and foremost, he is darn good!!! I value Arizona Pool Fence and Ernie very much! Ahhh...my beautiful fence to look at and gives me peace of mind. I will start off with the installer did a great job on installing the fence, friendly and on time. Work was good, company tactics - not so much On the other hand, the other reviews here on yelp that are all negative and being hidden for some reason, are accurate. The estimate I got had a total on it and a price written near the door hinge area. To my understanding and others, it was here are you selected options and here is a total. That is not the case. I brought it up to the company and they said they are line items, but nowhere on the estimate did it have line items - but more like I mentioned, options and a total When the fence was being installed he told me they don't do the door, someone else from the company would - so I called to find out when that was happening, they said I never scheduled it. Well, to my understanding I didn't know I needed to but had paid, so why I would call to schedule was frustrating enough. They also scheduled to have someone come out to do the door and had no mention of payment over the phone. It wasn't until I called later and asked to confirm it was paid for, they said no, that is a separate charge. So basically they were going to come do the work and then hand me a bill and say I had to pay it before they would leave... No thanks. After being talked to like I was dumb, saying "So mathematically you would owe this", I cancelled the door work and plan to do it myself. Save myself 150$ to move a lock and door knob. read more

This company gets 5 plus stars! Dylan was great to work with! The time frame was exactly what they told us! The workmen were professional and courteous! We had a really good experience with Arizona Pool Fence! The estimate was about what we expected to pay for the fence and the end result looks great! Our pool was built very close to the patio door and we were worried a fence would look bad. We have a little one starting to crawl though, and his safety trumps backyard aesthetics. I was happy when all was done that it really looks great. It exceeded my expectations. Anthony was the one who came out to install the fence. He was professional and did an excellent job walking me through how it works and how to remove the fence if necessary. read more

Our mesh fence was installed yesterday by Chad Jr. and we could not be more pleased! We just purchased our home and the landscaping/design of the yard was not exactly built for a fence. With two kids a fence was a no brainer, but we were concerned that the fence would take away from the beauty of the yard, however Chad Jr did such an amazing job- going above and beyond to make sure it looked right and we love it. Also, I want to mention that our original consultation with Rob was great- we were yet not living in town at the time, but he met with a family member at the house. I instantly thought he was awesome when he knew we were away and text me a photo of a package that was at my door! Rob gave his best advice on location of fence ect and updated me with photos. Im really glad he recommended a brown fence because it looks great! Thank you!! read more

Update: 4/24/2019. I received a call from Anthony (installer) in advance when he was on his way here. He arrived, and was very professional and personable. Within a couple hours the work was done, and looked great. He walked me through steps on removing and putting back in the fence when needed as well as other aspects of the equipment and how to use it properly. Overall my experience was fantastic with AZ Pool Fence and would highly recommend them to anyone. read more

This company doesn't care about safety. They install crummy quality. It broke immediately, this is why they only take cash or check, no recourse. They will not come fix the broken gate that they poorly installed or the sprinkler line that installer broke. They showed up on time for sales pitch, but late for install. Nothing good to say they lie, they are rude after sale. Run fast away from this company read more

I called to inquire about door lock and fence installation for my newly built pool. My main concern was that the work be up to Queen creek code standards. They assured me that the work would be up to city code standards. I Agreed to pay and moved forward with the project. When the city inspector came out to complete the inspection he failed the inspection because he noticed a barrier was not properly secured. I notified the company and had them come back to complete the work they had originally agreed to do. Once the work was completed they charged me an additional fee for having to come out to rectify their mistake. I was not happy about this and I called the AZ Pool fence Manager to express my concern. She said pay the fee and made up a lie, stating, "Queen Creek had changed the code after they completed the job". I called the city of Queen Creek (Mike Williams) to verify and confirmed she was lying. Most companies I work with understand situations like this and will gladly fix the issue free of cost, especially when its an error on their end. be sure you read the fine print about any warranties they offer. Its not free. They will try to squeeze every penny out of you as they can. I don't recommend anyone use this company because of their shady business ethics. They lie and customer support is awful. We will not be using them in the future. read more

Great company! With a personal history of working in a pediatric emergency department, I have seen my fair share of drownings that could have been 100% avoided if safety precautions had been put in place. It's a harsh reality. As a new parent myself who purchased a home with no pool fence, I contacted this company and requested an estimate sooner than later as my own little one is already crawling. I am not going to take any chances with my kids no matter what developmental stage they are in. I think a pool fence is always better installed sooner than later. In fact, I wish it was a "thing" to add pool fence installments as a baby shower gift. Can you tell I'm passionate about this subject!? AZ pool fence was a great experience from start to finish. They sent someone out to provide a free estimate and thoroughly explained the process. I really appreciated how they took the time to listen to my vision and answered all of my questions. After that visit, I felt really comfortable moving forward with the installment. The gentleman who came to install the fence was very professional and kind. It took him only a few hours to get everything set up. The results were exactly what I envisioned (if not even better). Not going to lie, I did have a slight "cringe" moment before the installment thinking the pool fence would hinder the view of my landscaped backyard. It's a small price to pay for safety. I ended up choosing the desert sand mesh fence and it actually blends in beautifully! I love that the mesh fence is durable, the perfect height, and the best part is that it's also easy to remove if I am having an adult pool party or needing to get work done inside of it. The icing on the cake was that this company was also able to fix my sliding glass patio door which has had multiple issues and had been permanently stuck. I had previously contacted another company who came out and stated they had no clue how to fix it. This door was a mess, totally jammed with wires stuck inside everywhere. AZ Pool Fence was able to send a pro over who was able to fix the sliding door in no time. It works perfectly now. I am very happy with my pool fence and sliding glass door! Everyone from this company was so friendly, clean cut, prompt with answering all of my questions, and was able to go above and beyond making sure everything was properly installed and in place. I highly recommend their services and have told all of my neighbors about them as well. read more

A belated thank you to Gina and the rest of the Maloney's crew for installing a pool fence for us this past May. It wasn't until recently when I realized I hadn't written a review, but I can't say enough kind words about our experience with this company. Our infant was crawling before we knew it and we needed to safety-proof our house and get a pool fence up quickly... from my first phone call inquiry, Gina came out within 24 hours to meet with us, show us samples, and offer to allow us to see the work they'd done for a neighbor around the corner. She was professional and confident in the quality work they provide, and with good reason... they do a wonderful job. We were completely satisfied with the work they did and while on the pricey side, it was worth it for us to use Maloney's Pool Guard for the peace of mind knowing that our family and guests are now safe in our yard / around the pool. The yard now has a mesh pool safety fence with a lifetime guarantee, and even though we're moving, I feel good knowing that the yard is safe for future tenants and/or owners. I highly recommend Maloney's to anyone looking for a pool fence! read more

Child safety pool fence installed on March 25, 2020. Installer left multiple small screws, sharp rusted equipment, and several small choking hazards behind. Discussed concern with salesman and subsequently owner Tim Maloney. Was initially offered full refund with removal of fence. I agreed to terms and then owner said he "changed his mind, and would put a lien on my property if I tried to get a refund." He subsequently yelled profanities at me and refused to offer any refunds. Second owner Gina called back and did not apologize for situation and refused to refund. I respectfully asked for a partial refund for having to clean up the safety hazards myself and having my daughter at risk of choking or other injury by their negligence. After filing report with BBB owners called me "crazy" and lied about interactions. They did however admit that the installer had to get home early. I can only assume that is why the yard was not cleaned properly. Instead of sending someone else to finish the project, they felt leaving the hazards behind was more appropriate. If you want a company that states they are a "safety" company, but doesn't care about leaving behind child safety hazards, or a company that offers refunds and then when you accept they state "they will put a lien on your house," or a company that will yell profanities at you... this is your place. read more

We bought a pool net from them a year and a half ago after our dog slipped and fell in the pool. It's not the easiest thing to get on and off, but it works way better than a fence for our yard layout. And it gives me great peace of mind to know my dogs and my kids can safely play in the yard. It's sturdy. The guy laid on it after installation and he didn't even touch the water. We've had to call them twice for maintenance. Once, because some of the hooks rusted. They came out and replaced them with no issues and no more rusting. And just now they came back out because a critter chewed a hole in the net while we had it stored. They repaired the hole, and it's good as new. Would definitely recommend the net as an option for people who can't have a fenced pool, and would definitely recommend this company for their good product and customer service. read more

Very poor communication, Bait and Switch!!!! They will nickel and dime you over every little thing!!!!! Received a bid from AZ Pool Fence for a fence install on a new pool build. Sales associate came out and gave me a quote. I called back when ready for the install and advised that I was going to do the option for a fence that met code inspection requirements. We agreed upon the price, and I made a deposit for the install. Everything went to schedule, and the installer came back the next day to run a simple bond wire for code. It was only at this point was I told there would be an additional charge for running a ground wire. I was then informed it would be $6.25 a foot, and since he could not find a bond wire close to the pool deck itself would, needed to run an additional 50ft back to the pool equipment. I did not agree with this and asked him to tail the wire off at the fence where he had already installed it. When I received a call from the company for final payment, they informed me that there would be an additional charge of $122 for the 18 feet they installed on the fence. When I voiced my displeasure about being nickel and dimed for simple #8 gauge copper wire, I was met with attitude that I was told of the charge. Just for comparison, you can buy #8 copper wire at Home Depot for $260 for a roll of 350 ft. My argument is this: if you knew this was a code install, why was the wire not included in the price, and why was I never told about the up charge until the fence was already put in? Poor communication, and terrible customer appreciation by the front office. read more

I called Arizona Pool Fence to set up a free quote. The person was super helpful and informative, so I was looking forward to our meeting. Meeting day rolls around, I rearrange my schedule so that I can be available when Rob (I believe that was his name) gets here. My appointment window was 3-5pm. At 5:30, still no sign of him, no call to let me know what is going on. At 5:45 he shows up, when I answer the door, he is unapologetic and says "Boy.... you're a sight for sore eyes"..... really, hitting on me? Anyways, I let him know that my appointment window was between 3 and 5, and that it is now 5:45, I had rearranged my schedule and that now is no longer a good time. He was still unapologetic, said, "This happens sometimes, usually people just wait".... um... no. He asked if I wanted to reschedule, at no point did he apologize for being late, or for not calling. I will not be calling Arizona Pool Fence again. read more

Incredibly happy with our pool fence and installation. It's no wonder two people recommended them to me. Prior to install they communicated well via email. They were never pushy as I took my time collecting other quotes and moving back to AZ. I found that for a four foot fence for a very large pool they were well priced. We were told by multiple companies that because of our travertine pool deck we wouldn't be able to have a fence, we could only use a net. As a house we use our pool so frequently that having a net was super disappointing to us, we wanted function AND safety. The day before install Oscar, who installed the fence, called to coordinate his arrival. He was on time. He completed the job quickly and it was executed very well. Not a single crack in our travertine either! We went with the desert sand color to blend in with the tile a bit and four feet tall. Looks awesome! Definitely not the eyesore I was expecting. I would highly recommend this company for your fence AND Oscar for your installation. read more

Maloney's Pool Guard recently installed a Pool fence around our pool. This company was wonderful to work with in all phases of the planning and install.
