Hector was great; his pricing was comparable to other companies, but his communication was great from his initial estimate. With his initial estimate he sent pictures of different carpet options in my price range. Once I was ready with the install he proactively communicated with our painters to coordinate everything. He wasn't money hungry, very straightforward with a calm demeanor. He also warranty his work which was greatly appreciated, because previous installers did poor work that required repairs later. read more

Hector was great. He gave a courtesy call to allow me time to leave work, showed up on time, and was done within an hour. Super happy with the repair. My older dog decided to shred the carpet on the first stair, luckily we had a piece of remnant carpet With just a little padding needed added back in, so it was an easy fix for Hector. Awesome service! We needed the carpets stretched and cleaned in a new home purchase. Valley Carpet Repair is officially my go to carpet company! I worked with Hector back in April when I was buying and selling a property. For the new house, we wanted to have the carpet padding replaced prior to moving in. Hector was easy to schedule with and came out for a consultation. Great communication and he was right on schedule. For the home I was selling, we needed the carpet stretched and cleaned and also needed an area rug cleaned. Everything looked AMAZING! I was worried that I would need to replace the carpet but it looked almost new. I can not recommend them enough. read more

I recently had the carpet and pad ripped up in one bedroom for a plumbing repair under the house. The carpet was cut by the plumber so it wasn't especially smooth or straight. VCR reseamed the carpet flawlessly! It looks amazing and you can't see where the cut was done. They also added pad to a couple warn areas, put the closet door back in place and vacummed the stray carpet fibers before leaving. Additionally VCR didn't give a half day window of when they might show up like many companies do. They said they would be at my house at 11:30 and the job would take about an hour. They arrived a few minutes early and finished on time. Pricing was lower or similar to quotes the insurance company quoted. I will definitely recommend VCR in the future. read more

Thank you fellow Yelp reviewers !! These guys were awesome right from the start. Friendly, kept in communication, on time, did the job right. I wanted all indoor/outdoor carpet installed in a garage, hardly anyone else would do it. I accidentally over ordered the amount I needed. No complaints on their end. They helped me return the huge amount of leftover. Also did a Flawless installation and were pleasant the whole time. Couldn't be happier. Would gladly use them again if needed. read more

On a day filled with various service and delivery appointments that mostly fell short, Hector exceeded all expectations with his professional demeanor, exceptional quality of work, and his very reasonable pricing. He fixed things that we didn't think could be fixed after our puppy did his best to destroy it. I couldn't recommend him more! We for sure will be using him in the future! Thanks Hector:) read more

We had two carpet repairs done to our stairs that our puppies had chewed all the way down to the wood. I called and Hector scheduled us quickly and gave us an excellent price. Hector was awesome! Instant communication, GREAT PRICE, friendly, professional and QUICK. They came out same day for the measurements and installed the carpet literally the next morning! I am so happy. I checked with 4 different companies on quotes and decided on Valley Carpet. Super communicative and the carpet looks great!! Lifted the stain i was worried about.

Great job, thoroughly stretched and cleaned my living room. Very pleased with the prices too. Would use again if I wasn't moving away!

I would very much recommend VCR (Valley Carpet Repair and Cleaning). We had Hector. He was prompt, polite and did a good job re-stretching our carpet. We purchased a home in Scottsdale that had carpet that bubbled up. We had one carpet stretcher out and it bubbled up again. When looking for carpet stretchers many are very picky about moving furniture that is too big for lay people to move. Hector had "sliders" that he used and was happy to move large furniture or work around these. Also, he used a power stretcher rather than a "knee-kick device". That device seemed to do a much better job. read more

I highly recommend this business. Hector did an excellent job from start to finish. He communicated very efficiently when I asked for a quote. He showed up on time and gave me options on how I wanted the repair done. My carpet was torn from my cat. After he completed that project we had another one we asked him about and he was able to complete that one as well. The work Hector did is top notch and money well spent! read more

I will not hesitate to call them again should I need carpet repair and cleaning services. read more
