CitrusGo is now added into my personally approved companies offering their services. I spoke with them via Yelp and sent pictures of the Used couch I had bought for my vacation home in Arizona. I didn't want a new couch and when I had went to pick up the couch that looked much better online, I didn't want to leave and start the search process over so I bought it and knew I would need a good upholstery cleaning company. CitrusGo did not disappoint with pricing and schedule. I reached out on a Saturday and they were the only ones who could offer their service by Monday. Their tech arrived 15 minutes earlier than the appointment which I was glad to see. He was very professional and quick. He pre-treated alllll the stains and began cleaning shortly thereafter. There was grease stains, dirty finger stains and the worst... Marker stains from the previous owners children! He got 99% of them out and only two small ones remained, but he tried his hardest. They weren't in a obvious place so I had no issues with them staying there. The couch smells better, looks like new and I couldn't be happier. Keep up the great work!

We've all been there...renting and dealing with the Rug Doctor only to realize a few weeks later…read moreyou should have had someone with professional tools who knows what they're doing help instead. That's my story and how I found Stephan. I've TRIED to do everything on my own including scrubbing all of the grout with baking soda and vinegar, to renting Mr. Rug Doctor to clean pet stained carpet all to save a few bucks. Each adventure took tons of time, caused spousal fights (you know what I'm talking about), and the results just weren't worth it. Stephan has been our flooring savior since, and I'm not joking. We've had him clean our grout and carpeting (both installed and area rugs) multiple times and each time is perfect. And spoiler alert - it will cost you a fraction of what you think it will. So save the $100 you'd spend on the Rug Doctor, save the chiropractic and massage appointments after weeks of scrubbing grout and give him a call. He'll become an annual visit in keeping your flooring beautiful like he has been for us.

At 2:26pm after trying to call them, I finally got a text saying, "We can't go today," no apology or explanation. Okay?? i rescheduled 07/24 after Diego took 3 days to reply . I was quoted $120 "based on the condition," which seemed high but I agreed, assuming it was due to some dog urine pee. On the day of the RESCHEDULED appointment, the technician arrived over 30 minutes late. I had clearly stated & even sent photos of the -- 2 stairway entrances that need to be cleaned. The technician acted surprised & said he didn't have time to do both (after being 30 minutes late?? ) As for the actual cleaning? The dog urine stains were still visible, and basic foot traffic looked untouched!! he was in & out in under an hour and the results were underwhelming. Paying $120 for a single staircase and no results, I truly regret hiring this company & wish I could get a refund or at LEAST a discount for cancelling and being over 30mins late?? Between the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and cleaning results, I would not recommend them. ‼‼‼‼ SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY

He was pleasant and professional, yet charming which is tough to pull off. Hats off to him. I suspect he is very handsome. Their on-site technician Elian was friendly and and also professional (and handsome). He was quick, courteous, and knowledgeable about his work. I felt very at ease with him in my house and for that alone, 5 stars. The services were well priced and they fit me in to their schedule asap even though I made the appointment last minute. They even called to say they could come earlier (as requested if possible). I was able to get my last day of moving finished up even sooner than I hoped and deserved given I had procrastinated to the literal last minute. 10/10 would recommend. I love a company with a family and "real people" feel and this one certainly has that. I'll be in touch with them likely next year when I move again. I figure Brian owes me a coffee so I'll be back to collect.

Found this fantastic business on Yelp and decided to give them a try. The rep reached out, got my info, and set up the appointment. Their rep provided updates every step of the way, making this a stress-free and VERY simple process. We have a big house so I know it'll take time to get everything done correctly. When the cleaners realize they couldn't finish it within the initial quoted time frame, the rep called and ask if it's okay to extend the cleaning time. This is true customer service and an honest business practice! I have now found my favorite house-cleaning provider and will setup reoccurring services with them to keep my house clean.
