I was quoted $120 "based on the condition," which seemed high but I agreed, assuming it was due to some dog urine pee. On the day of the RESCHEDULED appointment, the technician arrived over 30 minutes late. I had clearly stated & even sent photos of the -- 2 stairway entrances that need to be cleaned. The technician acted surprised & said he didn't have time to do both (after being 30 minutes late?? ) As for the actual cleaning? The dog urine stains were still visible, and basic foot traffic looked untouched!! he was in & out in under an hour and the results were underwhelming. Paying $120 for a single staircase and no results, I truly regret hiring this company & wish I could get a refund or at LEAST a discount for cancelling and being over 30mins late??
