After an initial communication issue I was very satisfied with the work Gary did on my couches and area rugs. The pricing was reasonable. After my initial list of items to clean, I added a couple lore items and he was able to accommodate to the cleaning. I like it's a local family business. read more

Gary is a great guy and wonderful business owner. HE IS ALWAYS on time for his appointments. Once he starts the job her is quick and very thorough. Gary is fabulous and our tile is ALWAYS spotless when he leaves!!! I love the his process better than some!!!

Gary Throckmorton and his daughter, Amy, are an impressive team and offer outstanding results combined with exceptional personal courtesy. This is what professional home service looks like. I will gladly invite Element Carpet Cleaning into our home for our next carpet cleaning visit. And here's a bonus: It is inspiring to watch a father/daughter team work as effectively and seamlessly as they do. In times when generations are often portrayed as at odds, they demonstrate exactly the opposite. Clean carpets, great work, and a highly satisfying experience with people who clearly take pride in their work? That's a combination I can use more of--and will! Competence and character of this caliber is not universal (sadly) in the home service arena. I am grateful to have found it in Element Carpet Cleaning. You will be, too! read more

This is not the first time I have used Element Carpet Cleaning. They have been my go to company to clean my carpets and tile for the past few years. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I had them out yesterday to clean the carpets in my bedrooms, tile/grout throughout the house, and a few chairs. Gary did an amazing job! Not only is he very thorough and reasonably priced, he is someone I trust. He came during the middle of the day while I was at work. A family member let him in and left him to do the job. Gary locked up and texted me when he was done. I came home last night to clean carpets, tile, and chairs. He is prompt, fair, honest, and good at his job. I highly recommend him and Element Carpet Cleaning. read more

This is the 3rd time we have had him to clean our carpet. He does a great job (again) highly recommend him.

I just had Gary at my home today to clean the bedroom carpets.....since only 2 rooms in my home have carpet, I always feel like I should be able to just rent a machine and get the work done myself WHO AM I KIDDING........NO WAY could I have made my rooms look , feel and smell as fresh and clean as Gary made them.......the carpets look new again ( and they certainly are not) and I am one happy person! See you again in a few months or so...........it will NOT be 6 months again Great work and OUTSTANDING pricing read more

Gary and his crew cleaned the tile and grout in our home and did an excellent job! When we bought this ten year old home a few months ago, the floor looked like it had never been cleaned. When Element finished, the result was amazing! The floor was a much lighter color! Lol. They also cleaned the light-colored grout to perfection. We were pleased and will use them again in the future. read more

Had element carpeting for 2nd time from last year did a great job again. Very nice guy

I emailed the owner and got a great response time. He was one of the most friendly people I have had dealt with. He is very flexible and rapid with his service. I needed my house cleaned up and he cleaned my place the next day. Spectacular job I will say! Apart from quality service and excellent customer service. He gave a great explanation afterward with the carpet cleaning, what to use, where the worn spots were at and what to watch out for. Will reccomend to anyone in need of carpet cleaning! Thanks Gary for the outstanding work and ethic! read more

We highly recommend Element Carpet Cleaning. I emailed Gary and he gave me a quote which we thought was reasonable. We scheduled him for a Saturday and he was right on time and ready to work. Once he saw the carpeted area and the 2 chairs w/ottomans he lowered his price, since his quote was based on what we told him vs actually seeing the job. So he is also very honest and has integrity. He did a great job and our carpets are clean!! We are very happy with the service we received. read more

My wife and I are very pleased that we decided to have Element Carpet Cleaning come into our home to clean our carpets. Gary, its owner and operator, was very polite and professional. He gave a fair quote and suggested an additional protectant since we have pets without being pushy at all. After he was done, the carpet throughout our home felt better on our bare feet than it has in a very long time. I recommend this company and will be using them again. read more

I called Elements to get a quote on carpet cleaning for a rental that our lease was up. I spoke to Gary. He listened to me rant about the landlord wanting me to have the carpets professionally cleaned. He was very polite, courteous and very accommodating on scheduling. He showed up on time and was super professional. The carpets look like new! I'm confident that we will now get our deposit back because of Elements. Gary was able to remove some very tough stains. I found Element Carpet Cleaning through Yelp, and I was impressed by the great reviews. I called a total of 3 places, with Element being the last. Element's prices were very competitive, he could come on the day I wanted, and Gary was friendly and professional on the phone. So I decided to go with him. He called the day before to confirm, showed up on time (this is very important to me), and he did a great job! I needed 5 rooms and a couch cleaned. He used the wall bumpers, cleaned up excess water, and the carpet and couch all looked fantastic! Plus, there was no residual chemical smell that lingered. The house just smelled fresh and clean. He also followed up to make sure I was happy with everything. Gary is very professional and polite, is thorough and detail-oriented, and I'm so glad I picked Element to do my carpet cleaning! read more
