Element's prices were very competitive, he could come on the day I wanted, and Gary was friendly and professional on the phone. So I decided to go with him. He called the day before to confirm, showed up on time (this is very important to me), and he did a great job! I needed 5 rooms and a couch cleaned. He used the wall bumpers, cleaned up excess water, and the carpet and couch all looked fantastic! Plus, there was no residual chemical smell that lingered. The house just smelled fresh and clean.
