I have 2 BIG Dogs (great Dane and german Shepard), 2 children and a husband that leave messes on the carpet and my microfiber sofa. Our carpet was looking so bad I just wanted to replace it. I really didn't think cleaning it would make it any better. I also didn't sit on the sofa any more when I was in our living room. I would sit on the leather recliner. The sofa was just gross with stains and mess from the kids spilling food and the dogs rubbing up agains it. I decided to give them one last cleaning before deciding if I was replacing them now or not. Well, Gary came and I couldn't believe how CLEAN they turned out. Not only is the carpet clean but its soft again. It used to feel hard and matted and it looked dusty and grey. Now its a vibrant brown again and its not matt down. you can actually see the pattern in the carpet. The sofa is amazing!!! It was originally camel color and it had become grayish with a lot of drool and food stains. Its perfect now! What I really liked the most is that Gary arrived on time, he did an amazing job, he used special corner bumpers to protect my walls, he didn't leave any wet spots on my stained concrete floors (they get very slippery), he cleaned up quickly and then was gone. Then next day he sent me a text asking what i thought and if I was satisfied with how they turned out. The price was very reasonable and considerably less than what it would have cost me to replace 4 rooms of carpet and a large sectional! I contacted Element Carpet Cleaning after reading rave reviews on the Nextdoor app. We're new to this side of town, and recently moved into a rental that had clearly NOT had the carpet cleaned when the last tenants moved out. We needed a VERY deep cleaning, especially on the carpeted stairs. Gary has this entire process nailed. First of all, I didn't have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment. Secondly, the arrival window he gave me was only an hour, instead of the ridiculous 5-6 hour window you get from some guys. I got a reminder email a few days before my appointment, and he texted when he was on his way. He was friendly, really knew his stuff, and got down to business promptly. There were no heavy perfumes, and the old original carpet in this rental is absolutely spotless. I couldn't be happier with the work he did, nor the very fair pricing. Since moving back to the valley a few years ago we have used a handful of carpet cleaning businesses without great success, we have had to replace carpet left too wet, had we think sewer water used to clean our carpets to high dollar prices to not able to remove stains.
