His price is competitive, but it's the quality of his work and his professionalism that keeps me coming back. He recently polished my tired travertine floors. I didn't know that was even a thing. He filled the many pits that developed over the years and the floor came out better than when we installed it. He takes pride in his work and always wants to be sure I'm happy with the results. Love doing business with this local professional.

I also expected a trip charge or pre treatment upsell. I was expecting to spend around $50 which I though was more than fair for a 10 minute job. Chris sent me a new estimate once the job was booked for $85.00 total. I contacted Chris and he told me I was just angry he didn't want to do my job for $30.00. Very unprofessional. Spoke badly of other carpet cleaning companies that use the bait and switch. I guess they don't do it as good as Chris because even he believed he's not doing the same. He told me the original quote was supposed to say $35.00 which is still way off of the $85.00.

Aaron is incompetent. He was nice at first but his standards are very low. I wanted him to clean…read moreone tiny room of carpet and it seemed like it was too much for him, he was very winded. After he left I noticed the carpet was very wet and squishy but because I usually always clean my own carpets, and never had a professional come in, (I'm immune compromised and don't wear shoes in my home - this one room was where I kept my cat's litter box so it kind kind of a bit much for me to do on my own) I thought maybe it was normal and he did say it would take 6 hours to dry. I also never noticed any steam coming from the machine so I highly doubt he even used hot temperature to disinfect like he said he would. Fast forward to 12 hours later... the carpet is still wet and deep underneath the padding and the whole room smells like musty wet dog... I immediately tried my best to dry it and opened the window even though it's scorching hot outside and tried using a wet vac over it multiple times to get out the moisture. He's only been in business for a few months and had no idea he was all the way from Peoria when I'm in Mesa. Now I need the carpet completely removed and have A remediation company decontaminate the room since now it has mildew and microbial growth which is going to cost me $2000. When I told him about the issue he offered to put antimicrobial spray on it or remove the carpet. WHY DIDN'T HE JUST DO IT RIGHT? He needed to suction the water up more. Everywhere I looked online says that unexperienced technicians will do this or ones with cheap or faulty equipment and do not suck up enough water leaving you with this mildew problem that you may need to tear out the carpet, so be careful with professional carpet cleaning!!!! I asked him if he was insured he said yes but refuses to give me his license number or his insurance information. and is now ignoring me. He was quick to cash the check though. DO NOT USE THIS GUY. He's a one man show, he has no workers. Don't end up like me with a nightmare. Look elsewhere.
