I scheduled an appointment for Friday (8/15) at 9 AM, but Anthony was a no-show. I called him to follow up, and he had assumed that our appointment was scheduled for 10 AM. In addition, he mentioned that he needed to go to the store to buy more cleaning product, but I already had another appointment scheduled at 11 AM, so I was forced to reschedule this cleaning. Anthony did a wonderful job. My carpet is only a year old and had a painter/power washer related issue: water forced under a door and staining the carpet and needed that stain gone! He responded right away & scheduled me ASAP! While here, since there is a minimum fee, he used his black light and we discovered there were some Frenchie issues as well. So he cleaned those areas and explained how to clean any future spots with white vinegar and recommended a steam cleaning pet vac in order to immediately address any future issues. Anthony works diligently, expeditiously and even cleaned some area protective pieces i use at my front door and exiting my kitchen area. Searched for a carpet cleaner who use rotating brushes they responded that they do. Then the day of..an hour n a half before appointment I get a message, "I'm going over the file notes and it seems maybe our cleaning method was Mis communicated, we utilize VLM (low moisture) it uses a rotating pad with brushes on it and absorbs all the soils, the shampoo is applied right before extraction. It does not utilize steam, I just want to make sure we are on the same page "... Well they don't use the rotating brushes! I have a property in Paradise Valley and needed to get carpet and upholstery cleaning for a showing the following day. I reached out to all the vendors in the area but received Anthony's response first but I didn't have to look any further.
