Competitive pricing, very responsive and professional. I was able to get on the schedule for carpet cleaning very easily. Anthony was punctual and very nice. He worked hard, went above and beyond by treating extra rugs for free, completed the job efficiently and I'm very happy with the results. Took less than an hour and a half for two rooms, a walk-in closets, a storage closet, 2 flights of stairs and rugs. Would definitely recommend and use again! read more

I used AArizona cleaning to get rid of some smells from puppy ownership and he did a great job. Was prompt with responses, was able to get me scheduled the next day, and worked quickly. Carpet is looking and smelling great. He also cleaned a mattress for me and it turned out great. On top of all that, their prices are very fair and i wouldnt hesitate to use them again. read more

Asked for a quote from several people. Anthony responded quickly and was very communicative. Offered next day service for cleaning 4 bedrooms two area tugs and a couch. I was not at home, so nanny let him in. Sent messages re: service and areas where spots couldn't be removed entirely (expected). Price was fair and comparable to the other quotes. I'd highly recommend him for service. read more

We tried to reach out but kept getting voicemail and then it said your number was disconnected. Tried to reach our via text with no response. You mentioned the sofa would lighten up once dried but we still have tool marks that we can't seem to get rid of. read more

Anthony is great! He was super easy to work with and has a wide variety of service times which makes it very easy. He is meticulous and took his time, even checking with a black light to make sure there were no surprises. The quality of the work is amazing and I love that he gives a flat, fair price instead of throwing in up charges after arriving. We will definitely use AArizona cleaning again! read more

I scheduled an appointment for Friday (8/15) at 9 AM, but Anthony was a no-show. I called him to follow up, and he had assumed that our appointment was scheduled for 10 AM. In addition, he mentioned that he needed to go to the store to buy more cleaning product, but I already had another appointment scheduled at 11 AM, so I was forced to reschedule this cleaning. We reschedule for today (8/21) at 9 AM, and he was a no-show, AGAIN. I texted him to confirm but he never responded to my message, so here I am writing a review about the poor level of professionalism and organization. I value my time, so I do not appreciate the lack of commitment. read more

This vendor was a no-show after I confirmed an earlier start time. :( It was a shock.

Anthony did a wonderful job. My carpet is only a year old and had a painter/power washer related issue: water forced under a door and staining the carpet and needed that stain gone! He responded right away & scheduled me ASAP! While here, since there is a minimum fee, he used his black light and we discovered there were some Frenchie issues as well. So he cleaned those areas and explained how to clean any future spots with white vinegar and recommended a steam cleaning pet vac in order to immediately address any future issues. Anthony works diligently, expeditiously and even cleaned some area protective pieces i use at my front door and exiting my kitchen area. I recommend him and his company and will use again in the future for carpet areas and to do my tile and grout. Thank you Anthony! read more

Anthony did an excellent job on our carpets. Had a bit of of an issue with dog odors and therefore hired Anthony to see if he could help. Searched for a carpet cleaner who use rotating brushes they responded that they do. Then the day of..an hour n a half before appointment I get a message, "I'm going over the file notes and it seems maybe our cleaning method was Mis communicated, we utilize VLM (low moisture) it uses a rotating pad with brushes on it and absorbs all the soils, the shampoo is applied right before extraction. It does not utilize steam, I just want to make sure we are on the same page "... Well they don't use the rotating brushes! So unprofessional, I moved all the furniture out of the room and get a message an hour and a half before my appointment with this bullsh*t!? read more

Super fast response, scheduled within a couple days and carpet looks amazing!! Thank you so much!

I have a property in Paradise Valley and needed to get carpet and upholstery cleaning for a showing the following day. I reached out to all the vendors in the area but received Anthony's response first but I didn't have to look any further. From the beginning of our conversation, he was responsive and understanding of my needs. I provided him with all the information Sunday night (yes, Sunday night and I am currently in Los Angeles during this time), and hit him with "...but can you show up tomorrow to get it done for a showing the following the day?" No worries! He gave me the estimate and I provided the information to my partner who was actually in Arizona with clients during this time. It worked out for all of us. The earliest was in the late afternoon which I accepted and scheduled. Monday afternoon I followed up with Anthony and confirmed with him. By the time I finished this review, he's probably finished with the work at the house. (Just kidding!! He completed the work and everything looks absolutely brand new! We had upholstery, carpet and curtains in the Master Suite cleaned/steamed and are extremely happy that we went with Anthony and his crew. I would definitely recommend Anthony's Arizona Cleaning Services to anyone of my friends and colleagues. Anthony was punctual and very courteous, as well as friendly. I will be reaching out when I need assistance on cleaning of other properties when it becomes available. Thank you once again to the great job at our home! read more

After a communication mixup, Anthony (the owner) responded by coming out himself to do our job so we didn't have to reschedule. I haven't often let my living room area rug get so awful but lately my one dog has just taken to making it an absolute mess. I let it get really bad and that's completely on me. However when I reached out for a quote and needing it cleaned, Anthony was super quick to respond and was amazing at letting me know he was on the way. When he got here, he was a little surprised with how bad it was (and I'm embarrassed to say that yes, it was bad. It was beyond me being able to clean it myself. ) but he let me know for a little extra, he would happily make it look like new again. We agreed that I will call before it gets that bad next time but I'm hoping there's not a next time for this mess. I'm hoping that if I reach out to Arizona Cleaning, it's for an easier clean. Thank you so much Anthony and thank you Arizona Cleaning for making my rug look amazing again! read more

Moving is stressful but when you have less than two weeks to do it all on your own, it is debilitating. Left with a garage full of crap, I called a couple of places for two separate services. Anthony's Arizona Cleaning Services does it all so within 2.5 hours all of the junk that cluttered the garage was gone. Anywhere else would have charged way more but three truck loads later at $320 per haul, the cost was less than $1K! Just two honest guys making life a little easier for the rest of us.
