EDIT to their response: I never claimed they were overpriced, their prices are average, maybe just slightly on the higher end cause I ended up paying $80 less with the other company I hired. Also, the Ozone treatment was always scheduled for Sunday because as discussed with the owner, the unit needed to be empty for 24 hours so people and pets had to be relocated which needed planning ahead. Last but not least, the claims that I requested wall cleaning or mattress service added last minute are just not true. In fact it was the owner that suggested the mattress had pee stains but I had already ordered a new mattress days before, so why would I want to pay to clean the old one. Makes no sense.
