We've found that sometimes "follow-up" is the best way to judge the quality of a service business,…read moreand these guys rate 10 Stars for that. The initial job to regrout our bathtub/travertine wall joint was a little pricey but looked OK, with good sealing of the new grout. But a couple days later we noted a slight discoloration on the travertine tile above the grout line. I spoke w/Logan, who arranged IMMEDIATELY to return to check that. While at the house he was apparently not entirely happy with the (wide) width of the grout joint, so he insisted, in addition to a clean-up of the travertine, on doing a TOTAL DO-OVER of the whole job. Pretty impressive, and it looks way better than initially.

He arrived on time and even did a little sample cleaning in one of the most highly trafficked areas of our kitchen. He sent the quote over within the next day or so and followed up asking how the sample turned out. We weren't in a rush to get it done as it can be a process to move all the furniture around, so I put it on the back burner for a couple weeks and then reached back out to schedule. They arrived when they said they would and promptly got started. Our tile hasn't looked this clean since we built the house! They initially got down on their hands and knees and scrubbed the grout by hand. I think this is where a lot of companies cut corners and claim just steam cleaning will do the job because the last couple of times we had our tile cleaned, the grout didn't come up so clean.
