I had two bedrooms done as well a set price. When i made an appointment the kid didn't show up so I had to call to find out he was having some issue. He came out and spent around 35 to 45 minutes prepping the equipment. He was in and out in 15 minutes. He went over the wool rug quickly. I asked him about the coffee stain and he said those are hard to get out. I had a guarantee so I called back and asked to come out and to try and get the stain out. Again he was late. He said again those stains are hard. Stain is still there. I realize that coffee stains are hard to get out but I don't think any extra effort was attempted.
