No one would come & then this amazing company agreed to come! My carpets came out amazing, you would never know my dog destroyed it hours earlier. The next time I used them was to clean my apartment, because I was moving out. I was able to give my list of requirements the complex gave. They did such a fantastic job that I got my deposit back. The experiences I had with them are amazing & consistent (they deliver quality service every time) that I won't use anyone else. Anytime I need professional cleaning for my apartment/home (I'm renting) I will only use them! I sent them to my mom when she asked for a recommendation, that is how amazing they are! They are an awesome family owned business, who are just really cool people, so caring, honest, and their prices are great!

They had professional equipment and supplies and came in, reviewed what I wanted and then worked very hard for the next 4 hours! I use to clean houses professionally and my home is very clean, my standards are high AND I am very picky.... They get 10 stars from me. Not just for the quality of work, but the professionalism, kindness, communication and price. Don't let the jerks who complain about everything dissuade you from trying them out, they are fantastic, who leaves a 1 star review because someone was running a little late? Geese, get a life! I will be using them once a month for a deep clean, finally I feel like I have found exactly what I have always wanted in someone to clean my house, and believe me, I have had house cleaners for over 40 years, I base this opinion on experience and facts. Thanks Paulia, I can't tell you how wonderful it feels to have my entire home sparkling clean!

It seems there were multiple surfaces that were not cleaned at all, my kitchen and bathroom mats were left in random locations in the home, and the general condition is nowhere near what I would expect from a professional cleaning. Giving two stars for the professional and communicative customer service team who worked around issues with the cleaner not attempting to enter the home when it was unlocked and having to return later that day, but the actual cleaning services provided by this company are definitely lacking.
