I hired Paulina for a deep clean after some renovating. First of all, she was able to fit us into her schedule with short notice, which I appreciated since I was under a deadline. She named a quote and a time. She told me she would text when she was on her way since sometimes afternoon traffic can delay the time they arrive, I understand this and appreciated the text to let me know they were on their way. They had professional equipment and supplies and came in, reviewed what I wanted and then worked very hard for the next 4 hours! I use to clean houses professionally and my home is very clean, my standards are high AND I am very picky.... They get 10 stars from me. Not just for the quality of work, but the professionalism, kindness, communication and price. Don't let the jerks who complain about everything dissuade you from trying them out, they are fantastic, who leaves a 1 star review because someone was running a little late? Geese, get a life! I will be using them once a month for a deep clean, finally I feel like I have found exactly what I have always wanted in someone to clean my house, and believe me, I have had house cleaners for over 40 years, I base this opinion on experience and facts. Thanks Paulia, I can't tell you how wonderful it feels to have my entire home sparkling clean! read more

I've been using Saenz Cleaning service for almost 4 years now and I couldn't be happier. Paulina and her crew do a great job. They are flexible which helps me out a lot. And most importantly they are reliable. If you're looking for an excellent cleaning service. Saenz is the one! read more

Wouldn't use any other service!!! Paulina and her staff are on time, professional and no nonsense when it comes to getting the job done! I have 3 hairy dogs and a hairy cat and they get my place looking incredible! Always on time with great attention to detail, this is the only cleaning service anyone will ever need! read more

Have used Paulina & her team for 6 years now! They do a great job and are easy to work with relative to schedule adjustments and/or cleaning requests when they arise. I will continue to use them! read more

We have consistently used Paulina and her team for the last four years. Paulina insures everything is done exactly as you requested. Pauline and her team are completely trustworthy, so much so that she has a key to our home so that she can enter when we are at work or traveling not only does she do our home, she also takes care of our extended family as well as our business. We are so grateful for her services. read more

We used these guys for a move out clean. One word: AHHHHMAZING! On time, friendly crew, and so so so thorough! Will definitely be using them again. I waited to write a review until we knew if we would get our deposit back...which we did! Thank you guys! read more

We had a dirty rental after tenants moved out. Paulina and her crew did a deep clean from top to bottom. Excellent job, professional, and reasonable. I was very happy they could clean the rental on short notice, because we had new tenant moving in a few days later. Definitely recommend Saenz Cleaning for your cleaning needs. I will use them again for sure! read more

We had Kerry clean our apartment last night for the first time and couldn't have been more impressed by her timeliness, thoroughness, quality of work. Not a spot was missed! She cleaned our hanging light fixtures and even pulled out our huge fridge to clean behind. Quite a step up from the last maid company that arrived 2+ hrs late and did a mediocre job at best. If you're unimpressed with maid companies who skimp on service and arrive late, switch to 6 Kids Cleaning Service. I'll definitely be using Kerry again in the future! read more

The best! Amazing work. Thank you! I've never had anyone be more thorough. My condo looks so much better. The second time Saenz Cleaning cleaned my condo was okay but I wasn't as happy as I was the first time they cleaned. There were 5 people who cleaned the first time and two people the second. They used products on my black kitchen sink and on granite countertops that streaked. They charged three times as much as they did the first time, yet didn't clean as many rooms. They did, however, clean up some broken glass on the floor. When I contacted them to let them know my disappointment, they told me no one else would charge less. This wasn't true as I have found other cleaning services that are much less expensive. Even so, I would choose a cleaning service who charged the higher price if they acted like they cared about me as a customer and didn't discount what I said. read more

Paulina and her team are the only cleaners I trust to get my Airbnb units spotless. They are SUPER reliable and professional, always getting the job done on time and even going above and beyond whenever I need anything extra. She has rearranged her schedule at the last minute to fit me in, worked around guests who don't check out on time, and texts me to let me know when she's done, among many other things. I've tried other cleaners in the past and no one else compares! read more

Saenz is the best. We were a real problem client. Had to change schedules and even asked for work on SuperBowl weekend. Not a problem for Saenz. Outstanding work. The buyers of our home were comlpetely happy with the work. And when additional projects pushed them two hours beyond their projected deadline, they did the work fast and hung in to finish the job despite it being our fault. Can't go wrong with Saenz. read more

Hired for a move-in cleaning. Great service, punctual, friendly, and flexible payment options (I was able to pay via Venmo after coming home from work and reviewing job quality, hours after the work was completed). read more

Pauline and the entire group of wonderful ladies have done a super great job on our 4200 square foot home. The first time out they did half of the deep clean and two weeks later the rest. I am OCD on housecleaning but my back and ankle surgeries have put me out of commission. I am amazed at their professionalism! They even emptied out my paper shredder.....wow! The house is spotless, smells great and I have never been more thoroughly satisfied with their work. They are now cleaning my home on a regular schedule. SUPER! AWESOME! PROFESSIONAL! read more

Paulina and Kerry did an amazing job at my house! I wish there was more then 5 stars! Keep up the good work ladies!! read more

So far, so good. Best pricing I have found in the metro area and Saenz still does a great job. In fact, they've done a better job than some of the $120 jobs I have paid for, which is more than double. How so? They listen to my requests and follow through. read more

A horrendous experience. Paid $250 for 2 women cleaning empty house for 2 hours. That's $62.5 per hour. They cleaned the bathrooms, kitchen appliances, mopped and vacuumed. No dusting of window sills or anything else. No wiping of any cabinets or draws. Only accept cash so I had to drive 10 miles to pay and reclaim my house keys. Called them based on positive yelp reviews - I think most are fake. My regular cleaning lady is about $20 an hour and has taken 6-8 hours to clean the same house. read more

My first experience with Saenz Cleaning was amazing and professional. My inquiry was responded to within an hour by Kerry and after clearly communicating expectations for a post new construction home cleaning (that we already moved into) I was given a price and set an appointment. Today Kerry and Paulina showed up on time, were communicative and efficient. Our home is two story and everything had dust on it. I had moderate/realistic expectations and they exceeded them. I left midway through the cleaning and had no worries about leaving them alone. When I arrived home this evening I was beyond happy. I immediately text Kerry and have requested a bi-weekly cleaning moving forward. This is a small business to support, hardworking and reliable. read more

My house had fallen victim to bachelor-level neglect, dust, dirt, and 3 adorable dogs who shed like little buffaloes. I was absolutely blown away by the level of cleanliness and organization they were able to achieve! Very easy to work with, extremely accommodating, friendly and professional. I can relax now that I see my home is in such good hands. read more

Kerri and her team did a great job. I had them come for a deep clean before I listed my house. Highly recommend them. Reasonable prices too. Thanks! read more

We hired Saenz to do a post renovation cleaning of our house, focusing on dust removal on furniture, bedding and fixtures. Paulina kept me apprised of their arrival time, and came with three other cleaners. They did a thorough, efficient and very professional job - the floors and furniture are sparking, and everything else is finally dust free! The price was fair and I will definitely call them again for any other major cleaning jobs. Highly recommended. read more

Paulina was very prompt to respond to my quote request for post construction cleaning (plumbing issues). She got back to me just as quickly via text to answer my questions prior to scheduling the cleaning. Some furniture was still covered with tarp (we forgot to remove) and she clarified with me what I wanted done. The floors were very dusty with random areas that still had to be retiled and she did a good job cleaning the inconsistent flooring. She takes several methods of payment (cash, check, Venmo and Zelle). She reached out afterwards to confirm I was happy with the service. I will definitely hire her in the future. read more

I would give 6-stars if I could! My house is spotless and coming home to a freshly cleaned home was the best feeling! Everything from under the bed to the tops of ceiling fans is perfectly clean. These ladies are amazing and sooo friendly, your house will be in great hands! read more

All these reviews are correct! Kerry is awesome. She beat everyone's quote, she was super friendly, and my house was immaculate! I'm so happy to have found her and now have regularly scheduled cleanings. I have recommended her to all my friends as well. read more

Kerry saved the day! We were bringing a sick child home from the hospital and asked her to only clean with our products and equipment. I contacted her via yelp on a Sunday and she responded within minutes. She was at my home the next day and worked HARD scrubbing and killing germs without the complication of bidding the job first. She is a professional, hard worker you can trust. I can not say thank you enough to her for helping my family have a sterile environment my child with a compromised immune system to come home to. If you have cancer and need a clean environment call Kerry. She will listen to your needs. read more

We just moved to the area from CA & I called around to have deep cleaning done. I was able to speak to Carrie who was so friendly & accommodating to my schedule. She and lady she brought with her (sorry forgot her name) did an excellent job! It was great to come home to such a super clean house. They don't charge by the hour &/or cleaner which felt more reassuring to my wallet. I think they are priced very competitively. Can't wait for the next cleaning! read more

Outstanding job at a last minute home cleaning. Bathroom so clean I don't even want to use. Very punctual and professional. I will definitely use again and recommend to my friends. She literally responded with a quote in minutes. Can't say enough good things! Thanks! read more

I just had these two ladies clean my house yesterday and they the absolute best experience I've had with house cleaners! They do a great job and are respectful of the home owners. The house always smells like cleaning products when they're done (which always deserves an A+) but what sets this service apart is their awareness and gratitude granting them excellent customer service skills. I would recommend Kerry and Paulina to anyone. read more

I'm very happy with the work that Paulina and Kerry did at my house! They were efficient and thorough and left everything sparkling! The price was very reasonable and I'm pleased that they'll be returning monthly! read more

Super efficient, affordable, friendly team knocked out a pre-family visit clean for us and did a terrific job. We'll definitely use Saenz again. read more

This company is very unprofessional and not at all reliable. I scheduled a move out cleaning a week ago with Saenz Cleaning and they never showed up. I attempted to call and text them the day before and the day of at least 10 times requesting a confirmation but never received a callback. This company is a joke. If you are attempting to get your house cleaned and it is time-sensitive, definitely don't waste your time with this company. read more

Kerry and Paulina did an amazing job! We had a deep clean and wow. The baseboards look freshly painted and the house looks and smells great. We chose Saenz Cleaning based on reviews and we couldn't be happier. So glad to have found such a great service after searching for a month. I would recommend them to anyone and we will be using them from now on. read more

My house has never been this clean. My boyfriend and I are SLOBS and she came in and made it way cleaner than it has ever been. Cleaner than the day we moved in. She organized everything and did it way faster and better than I ever have. I am so impressed and amazed. My closet, my kitchen, my house was totally out of control. She is wonderful and professional. I'm going to keep using this service ! read more

We are really happy with this team. They've been to our house about four times now, and we appreciate their cheerful attitude and good work!

Kerry and Paulina did an excellent job. They were professional, friendly, trustworthy, and thorough. They worked diligently, and left my house looking spotless and smelling amazing. Both of them were easy to talk to, and asked great clarifying questions to make sure I was happy with their work. I would not trust anyone else to clean my home. read more

Today Kerry and Paulina did my first deep cleaning in preparation for weekly service. They worked very hard for about five hours, and the end results were amazing. I'm now sure that I made the right decision in hiring these ladies to take care of the cleaning of my house. They showed up at exactly the appointment time we had chosen, and looked both professional and ready to tackle my house, which they did. I'm so pleased with the results. I'm looking forward to a long and happy relationship with these lovely ladies. They really deserve more than five stars! read more
