I hired Paulina for a deep clean after some renovating. First of all, she was able to fit us into her schedule with short notice, which I appreciated since I was under a deadline. She named a quote and a time. She told me she would text when she was on her way since sometimes afternoon traffic can delay the time they arrive, I understand this and appreciated the text to let me know they were on their way. They had professional equipment and supplies and came in, reviewed what I wanted and then worked very hard for the next 4 hours! I use to clean houses professionally and my home is very clean, my standards are high AND I am very picky.... They get 10 stars from me. Not just for the quality of work, but the professionalism, kindness, communication and price. Don't let the jerks who complain about everything dissuade you from trying them out, they are fantastic, who leaves a 1 star review because someone was running a little late? Geese, get a life! We had Kerry clean our apartment last night for the first time and couldn't have been more impressed by her timeliness, thoroughness, quality of work. Not a spot was missed! She cleaned our hanging light fixtures and even pulled out our huge fridge to clean behind. Quite a step up from the last maid company that arrived 2+ hrs late and did a mediocre job at best. The second time Saenz Cleaning cleaned my condo was okay but I wasn't as happy as I was the first time they cleaned. There were 5 people who cleaned the first time and two people the second. They used products on my black kitchen sink and on granite countertops that streaked. They charged three times as much as they did the first time, yet didn't clean as many rooms. They did, however, clean up some broken glass on the floor. When I contacted them to let them know my disappointment, they told me no one else would charge less. This wasn't true as I have found other cleaning services that are much less expensive. Even so, I would choose a cleaning service who charged the higher price if they acted like they cared about me as a customer and didn't discount what I said. read more

A horrendous experience. Paid $250 for 2 women cleaning empty house for 2 hours. That's $62.5 per hour. They cleaned the bathrooms, kitchen appliances, mopped and vacuumed. No dusting of window sills or anything else. No wiping of any cabinets or draws. Only accept cash so I had to drive 10 miles to pay and reclaim my house keys. Called them based on positive yelp reviews - I think most are fake. My regular cleaning lady is about $20 an hour and has taken 6-8 hours to clean the same house. read more

She got back to me just as quickly via text to answer my questions prior to scheduling the cleaning. Some furniture was still covered with tarp (we forgot to remove) and she clarified with me what I wanted done.
