We can not say enough great things about this company. Four very respectful young men showed up to move us on a 110 degree day. I was concerned about our brand new carpet getting dirty during the move, especially on the stairs. They took the time to cover the stairs and hallway to protect it and I even saw them remove their shoes a few times to be extra careful. They also inquired about our blind dog and the new stairs - very thoughtful! They hauled away an old washer/dryer at no extra cost and moved/hooked up our existing ones, also recommending an adapter we needed to fit the new house. We needed movers to move from one office space to another. Both moves were from 2nd floor offices with elevators available (passenger elevators). Approx 4 1/2 rooms of furniture (couches, desks, bookcases, lamps, etc). A lot of prep before movers arrived with personal items boxed up ready to go. The move was about a 1 mile distance. Patrick arrived a little late but we received a heads up apology call at the scheduled time. Patrick was friendly but professional. He jumped in and began shrink wrapping the file cabinets and blanketing furniture. Joshua arrived a little later and together they made it all happen smoothly and fairly efficiently. We, 5 of us, took many boxes, framed art, & smaller personal items in our personal vehicles. The move was estimated at 3 hrs by phone. In actuality it took about 4 1/2-5 hrs. Instead of an extra hour or so added onto the cost we were told that there was an additional fee for the truck rental. Reasonable charge given the service and no additional fee for the extra time. Seemed very fair. REAL plusses- communication start to post move (thanks Angie) fantastic; Patrick and Joshua wore masks the entire time; everyone was very respectful not only with our belongings but of us; follow-up offerings (if we needed furniture moved afterwards they were willing to come out at no charge); Patrick was very helpful at our new office working with all of us to arrange the large pieces of furniture to our satisfaction! Without question for your next move support this young company! They understand the stress of moving and go more than the extra mile to relieve some of the stress. You won't be sorry. I needed some really heavy doors taken from my garage in Fountain Hills, as well as some old paint and spray cans. I told her what I needed done, but that I was not in any hurry, and they could come out when they were nearby, since my job was not that large. Angie called today to tell me they were doing a job just around the corner, and asked if it would be convenient to come by to pick up my stuff. She and Patrick arrived when they said they would. Patrick was able to carry each door by himself! They weighed over a hundred pounds each! The prices are reasonable. The service is excellent. Such a great experience! I first had dealings with Angie who is such a delight. She was very thorough and transparent when providing a quote. She communicated well and always felt like I was in the loop. Then they showed up right on time as anticipated. They were all very personable and took fantastic care of my belongings. The Heavy Heroes did a fabulous job moving all of our furniture. We have a lot off cherry wood furniture which is expensive and cannot be replaced. They were so great about placing the furniture in the exact spots in the room where I wanted it, so we did not have to do anything after they left. Our house was in very good order. Also, there was no damage to any of the furniture especially the heavy pieces we had - our village display cabinet and our grandfather clock.
