This month we needed someone to do a crosstown move for our son. Two Men's quote was extremely high so I researched a bit and found the stellar reviews of Just-In Time Moving. Since their quote was almost half the price (!) we decided to give them a try. You wonder if paying less means inferior service or other problems. That wasn't the case at all. Communication was great. Eric and Miguel showed up right on time (one of those dreadful 110° Phoenix heat advisory days) and worked quickly and carefully. We were very happy to have found this company and are pleased to say they'll be our local movers going forward.

Just-In Time Moving truly helped me out of an emergency situation…read more I had originally hired another moving company, Not Your Husband Moving, and ended up in a terrible situation where I was billed for more than double the estimated hours for the move into storage and the move was not completed as originally estimated. I needed to get my household goods out of their storage quickly to stop the situation from getting worse. Just-In Time Moving was gracious enough to fit me into their schedule last minute. Their office was communicative, their estimate was thorough and clear, and the final bill matched what they estimated. The crew showed up on time, communicated throughout the day, and was professional, careful, and kind. This was not a simple move. They had to unload my furniture and belongings from storage crates, unwrap items that had been wrapped by the prior mover, take care with everything, rewrap my furniture, load it, transport it, and unload it into my new storage unit. They completed the entire job in 7.5 hours. By comparison, the prior mover had tried to bill me 16.5 hours for the move into storage alone. Just-In Time Moving did a fantastic job, and I am extremely grateful they were willing to help me on short notice. After the experience I had before them, their professionalism, clear communication, and honest billing meant everything. My advice to anyone hiring movers: read all reviews carefully, do not take online ratings at face value, check whether the company is listed with moversaz.org, review BBB ratings, and read how the company responds to 1-star and 2-star reviews. I wish I had done more research before hiring the first company. I am very thankful I found Just-In Time Moving when I did.

The movers in AZ had known this was broken because the leg for the dresser was wrapped in plastic and shoved under the tarp covering the dresser. We were never informed that it had been broken. We filed a claim, since this was a brand new dresser and it's unsafe to have in our baby's room. We were denied because we did not inform the movers it was broken before they left the premises in AZ, but to know it was broken we would have had to been able to inspect all the furniture in the truck which is impossible to do when it's loaded. Plus, if the movers knew they broke it, we should have been notified by them. Getting a response from our claim agent takes multiple follow ups, where they tell me the same information and do not answer any of my follow-up questions, despite telling me to reach back out if I have any questions. Moving is always a stressful time, and now we have the added stress of trying to receive some compensation so we can replace furniture that was knowingly broken.

I had a move planned I originally hired them for but then I had problems with my lease where I then had to move back to my old address. Tim and his staff were very gracious in being able to help me twice in essentially the same week for both moves I had, going to and from the same locations. I appreciate him and his company for their help and I plan on reaching out if I ever end up having another domestic move here in the future! As a side note, he charges/quotes based on the furniture you have over hours of service. I found this to be cheaper than other companies out there (especially if you just have one room of furniture like I did) so he's really nice for smaller moves like mine and I recommend him as well because of this. He even helped my mom take an old TV stand to consignment for us which was very much an appreciated favor of his company with the original job and furniture that I had with him.

Just to see, I spent a day calling around for quotes. Some places wanted nearly $300/hr plus a long laundry list of hidden fees, and I thought there was no way it was worth it. But the last company I called was Sterling Interstate, and wow--what a breath of fresh air. We had already dealt with a lot of stress while closing on our first home, and we just needed a reliable team to cross the finish line. The moving industry doesn't always have the best reputation, so I was praying they'd be good--and they turned out to be the absolute best. Not only is their hourly rate very fair for the quality of work, but they also don't hit you with random fees. My husband and I had our home 95% packed and stacked, leaving them to navigate moving everything down a flight of stairs and prepping/packing the larger furniture. Since this was our first time hiring movers, we were blown away: they wrapped and packed everything like it was going cross-country! Even knowing it was only a 15-minute drive, they took zero chances with damage, and everything arrived completely untouched. I am terrible with names, so I've already forgotten the exact crew who came out, but they were AMAZING. On a brutally hot and humid July day in Arizona, they hustled nonstop for 6.5 hours. All of the big name interstate movers turn down small sized interstate moves. I must have called 12 different movers; which included the well known companies and some of the smaller ones. The local companies are happy to take your business for intrastate moves; but not interstate moves. I was concerned when no contract was required by Brandon. However, this guy can be trusted to perform what is agreed upon with just using text messaging. He is also very careful with fragile pieces; taking great care in delivering them in one piece. Some movers suggested shipping our boxes. However, this is not an inexpensive option. Plus ,unlike Brandon, who carries your boxes out of the unit and into your destination ( we have three levels ); the usual shippers require delivery to the store and drop off at the eventual destinations front stoop. My experience started with a phone call, shout-out to Colton (or Caleb? either way, Customer Service MVP), who explained everything like I was booking a penthouse instead of a storage unit. When I showed up a few days early, there was a tiny hiccup (we'll blame Mercury), but by the end, I was a part of the Tempe Choice family. Access hours are great (6 a.m.-10 p.m.), it's secure, clean, and easy to pull up, unload, and move on with your day. So yeah... First of all, this is not some retaliation on behalf of one person. Gary's behavior I witnessed should have his company shut down. (Cue the family, friends, and his own team now saying otherwise based on his own reviews on here...) It is not okay to damage people's property and have the audacity to come into their home and insult it and them because it is not brand new anyway. There was no I'm sorry, what would you like for us to do to make this right upon entering the home. The first thing that was said was "this is disgusting" regarding a mattress that no, was not brand new, but was not your company's to disgustingly damage and take matters into your own hands with, followed by raging at my sister who was totally traumatized by all of this. Based on my experience of being unprofessionally hit one of the movers who requested my number twice making me very uncomfortable (I don't think my age was considered), and the belligerent, highly unprofessional, mean attitude I saw from Gary, the owner, quite frankly I fear them even knowing where my sister lives. I'm glad I have that on the record somewhere. They are that ruthless and unprofessional. My sister had an actual job she missed out on that day so that they could make right the damage they'd caused to her property. He lied and said he "just got a text" she'd sent two hours ago, making him an hour late for their scheduled appointment. I didn't want to leave her alone with them, so I witnessed and also had to make my own arrangements for all of the excuses, including, "I'm in the area anyway, I'll be right there." Yet all Gary could do was yell at her for wasting his time, when he'd brought a whole team just to stand there and berate her - yeah, I'm so sure you cancelled a move that day for that. Professional upholstery cleaners are appalled by the techniques Gary's company used without her permission, lying and saying they had professional, safe devices. My only job was to let them in to my sister's home while she was still moving from the other house, and I got blamed for the stupidity of what occurred on behalf of Gary's company, by his company. When they came back to assess and discuss what had happened (was supposed to just be Gary, but apparently he needed his posse for additional intimidation techniques because God knows they did nothing else), I was putting her things away and had to run to her side and intervene when Gary started yelling at her to smell her mattress, which stunk from being doused in RESOLVE, not her. When she tried to point out the fraying in some areas, it was denied that the area was touched even though it was still wet. It does not get cleaner than my sister, and I can't think of too many people who have perfect white pillow top mattresses. It just does not get lower or more insulting than that. Talk about wasting someone's time, morons. I witnessed Gary even saying that's what she gets for using Thumbtack - um, my mother and my mover from Thumbtack was amazing. Wrapped everything, clean respectful, did not repeatedly use my bathroom before I could even use it yet, walked around with me to ensure my satisfaction once they were done. Guess what? Considering space differences - Gary only needed to move bedroom contents for my sister, which his guys did not wrap and carelessly handled based on some scratches and chips - she paid more given her generosity before she realized how badly her things had been disrespected. Brothers and friends could've done the job, but we thought these people were professionals as they'd advertised (please don't be fooled by their self proclaimed "accolades" - they are not true or deserved one bit.) They've offered nothing to rectify this mess, from nastying up her mattress, to damaging it further with unapproved by the owner "cleaning" techniques, and not being able to sleep in her home until a professional upholstery cleaner could get all of the Resolve residue out of her mattress so she can safely and comfortably breathe on it and her room can smell normal again.She gets to come up with all of this out of pocket. Nevermind it was turned into sandpaper with pieces of it all over the brillo pad of a sponge used to clean it, but it's not new so how dare that upset her. All that was offered once BBB was mentioned was Gary having a buddy come into her home but she "needed to give him some time" - who would be so stupid to let such irresponsible, dishonest, and downright mean people back into their home? Shame on you, Gary. And for even admitting yourself that this experience was deserved for anyone being naive and on a budget enough to hire your company. read more

The crew that showed up to do our move was prompt and very professional. They showed up at exactly 8am. Even going as far as calling me to confirm at about 730. Just a courtesy to let me know they were on time and would be here at the previously scheduled time. The crew that showed up did such a great job. The attention to detail was like no company I have ever used before. They wrapped all of my furniture with pads and shrink wrap. I felt good knowing that even with a little bit of a drive to the new house my things were safe and secured. Nothing was damaged. That's saying something because we went from a one story house to a now place with a basement. This crew moved my 1000 pound safe like they do it all the time. Even put it exactly where I wanted it to go. They didn't complain one time that I heard. They worked for a solid 9 and a half hours with no real breaks. I don't feel like this crew was trying to milk the clock for extra time. All three of theses gentleman never stopped moving the entire time. We even bought the guys pizza and they wouldn't take a lunch. Ate on the go. I'm writing this review to not only say I found my mover. If I ever have to move again that is. The company was top notch as far as the owner Gary making the booking and scheduling pretty streamline and super easy. To the fact that they only charge one flat hourly rate. I spoke to another company that said they would be a fee to have to go downstairs. These guys just did it. I want to give a huge shout out to Dominic the crew lead for making everything happen with as little stress as possible. Gary called my husband to bail him out of a move Tuesday evening around 8pm. My husband agreed and Gary asked us if my husband could use his money on hand to drive up to Galup New Mexico with my car since my husbands vehicle is not working, and drop it off there to get his truck which his previous driver got a dui and was in jail, along with other employee conduct issues. While I was hesitant, my husband and Gary were good friends. Gary agreed he would reimburse my money to my husband upon arriving the next morning. Since then my Husband returned this Sat after Gary abandoned him, never paid us, and it took me $600 more to get my husband home and pay for his trucks gas for his move. I tried calling and he screamed his head off at me and said he has no money. My husband got placed in hospital due to being severely dehydrated, and lucky to be alive. He has a kidney transplant, which Gary knows and his body is severely in rejection since his kidney is enlarged. I cried so hard when he got home after seeing his condition and kidney area. You are a monster Gary! How dare you scream at me when you stole our money and we barely have any. We used our bill money. I have hired professional movers for my mom and you sir are a scam! I was going to hire you after my husband suggested to use you to move my mom again, but not after this. What kind of man are you? I will see you in court and shame on you! According to my husband you told him the night of that if he gets pulled over, to tell police he is helping move a family member. So are you trying to commit fraud with insurance or break a law? We heard about All You Need Moving from a family member who interacts a lot with them at the storage company she works at. There was a lot of good communication leading up to it. They arrived slightly early, and they began loading the truck. It was clear that they were trained in good practices as they began handling furniture and other items with care. Glass items were carefully wrapped, and they were making great use of the truck space towards the beginning. As we neared the end unfortunately, they got sloppy in loading, caused scratching to some wooden furniture, and refused to take the gas dryer despite the owner saying they could. Despite these issues, Gary, the owner did make it right with us after discussing the issues with him. We received an hourly discount, and got a refund on the time the second trip took. The next day, he sent movers to take the dryer to our house, at no cost to us. And the lead member of the team sent to us who caused most of the issues is no longer with the company. While the experience the day of was rough, we would still recommend this company as Gary seeks to resolve problems and has made changes to avoid similar situations in the future. read more

I worked with All You Need Moving in February of this year. My move was from Mesa to Florence Arizona. From booking to completion of the move, the team was responsive, courteous, careful, professional and even fun. Gary returned my calls right away, booked my move seamlessly and answered my questions. The team (Sean, Frank, and Anthony) - were TOP notch. I had to run at the last minute to get a TV box and it took forever. They just carried on with the move and were very trustworthy. They also recognized I had a lot of high-end furniture and belongings and handled them with the utmost care. They also went above and beyond and fixed a bed that was not assembled properly the first time. I also found their rates to be extremely reasonable. Ive known Gary a long time and it's sad I have to leave such a review. he stole my money and left me for dead in a move. I now have to file a police report! I also have to sue him now to recover thousands I am out due to him leaving me stranded in Colorado he screams during the entire moves at employees and lies constantl. I would not recommend him and he is not a professional or even close. Just look at his equipment and non existent tools and most employees break your stuff in your house. Seen it all. What a nightmare. You should be ashamed Gary you didn't even care I'm losing my kidney transplant because of you. I hope you get arrested for the crimes you committed against me and you are a coward for yelling at my wife after ripping her off nearly $1,000. I can't imagine why you think you can do this, but we are going to sue you for all you have if I lose my kidney!! read more

I am moving to Washington and I purchased 13 feet of a ABF U-Pack-It trailer. Once the trailer arrived and I took a look inside, I was worried that I wouldn't be able to fit my house within the designated space. I was on a strict budget and I was not willing to purchase more trailer space nor willing to get rid of more stuff (I had already donated most of my furniture). When my hired labor from All-You-Need-Moving arrived, I was still skeptical and stressing about the situation but within a couple hours things were looking up. They spent the time and energy to pack the trailer using every inch of space to get the job done. After only a few hours they not only fit my whole house in the space, but took less time than estimated. I was very relieved that I was able to remain within my moving budget. Recommended from a friend who had used All You Need Moving's services before, I contacted Gary and his price was very fair, his response was immediate and I got on the schedule the first phone call. The communication up to the move is concise and much appreciated. The crew of 3 were on time, did a quick walkthrough with me to discuss what goes (Everything in my case), asked about fragile items and then went straight to work. These guys worked constantly 3 flights up and had my apartment out in 2 hours. I did have everything packed. Upon arrival to my new house they took direction very well and had my items unloaded very quickly. Do yourself a favor and hire one of the best in the business. They treated my items better than I would have. I will definitely call them first if I ever need any moving services again. read more

Best of the best! This company has moved me twice now and has never let me down. It was incredibly easy to schedule everything and they were always flexible if things needed to move around a bit. Everyone I've met with All You Need Moving is very polite and professional. The guys did not waste any time moving my things and never once had anything negative to say. Some of my furniture wasn't easy to maneuver in the door but they found a way to make it work. Another small business that blows all the big name corporations out of the water! This company also doesn't require a minimum time like the other companies do. Most of the other companies I researched started at 2 hour minimum with all kinds of additional fees such as distance, number of bedrooms, ect. This is my go to moving company and I will continue to use them! read more

I have used all you need moving two more times since leaving this review and my experience has only gotten better. These gentlemen are respectful, fast and will not crack or break a thing. The answer to any question is always "yes" and they are truly willing to do anything to make the moving experience better. It's obviously very physically taxing work but you can't tell with how up beat and great these guys are. It's always "how are you, what can I do for you, did you think about how you'd want to pack ____". If I didn't think of it, they did. Moving companies are tough because you never know who you are going to get. These guys remind me of a brotherhood. A family owned business that cares a lot about doing a good job. I have moved 4 times with them! read more

I can honestly highly recommend All You Need Moving. They are hard workers, didn't break anything, didn't nick anything (furniture OR houses), had a great attitude even when I changed my mind about what room I wanted something in. They are professional and on top of all that they were very reasonably priced. We moved 4 months ago with a different moving company and what a difference when you get a good moving company. All You Need Moving did a far better job. Gary takes real pride in his company and it shows. He makes sure everything is done right. Seriously, if you need to move use these guys. Gary and his crew were incredibly fast and well worth the money. During the quote process Gary was very responsive and answered all my questions very thoroughly and made sure I had all the information I needed ahead of time. They showed up on time and got straight to work and I couldn't be more satisfied with how well they took care of all of our belongings. They even finished faster than I was quoted initially. I'm not planning on moving again any time in the near future but if I do these will be the guys I call to get the job done again. read more

My friend recon this company. I couldn't be happier! My last move was a complete nightmare, so I shared that information with Gary, the owner, and he gave me his best three guys. These guys worked their butts off and took such great care of all of my belongings, wrapping every piece of furniture in moving blankets and plastic. I had zero damage and the guys were so polite and efficient. They didn't complain once about the two flights of stairs they had to climb/desc with each load. I would definitely use them again and I'll be referring all of my friends who will be moving! read more

Can't say enough good things about All You Need Moving. Recommended by Ocotillo Tile so that they could move all of my furniture into the garage to prep for a whole house tiling and remodeling project. First crew that came out to load everything into the garage (Anthony, Mike and Luis) were professional, courteous and fun! They got the job done in two hours! The second crew that came out to move all of the furniture back into the house were equally wonderful. Anthony, Matt and Daniel were organized and professional. Gary and his crew were absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs help moving. Everyone was very professional and courteous. There were no hidden fees or additional charges, everything was exactly what I was quoted. They were very fast and were constantly moving stuff out until the trailer was full and then unloaded the entire trailer in approximately 30 minutes and drove straight back to the other house to pick up the 2nd load. This company is fantastic because of Ken, Kyle and Cruz ( I hope I spelled his name correctly). No scratches on my antiques but I always do the wrapping of them myself. Still, I have had other companies scratch my furniture because they were not careful. Not Ken, Kyle and Cruz. Great guys to work with. So personable. They were so great that we would almost consider moving again just to have them move our furniture. After moving my first time with my buddies we didnt do such a great job so I hired two men and a truck and they did a terrible job handling my furniture my second time moving. My 3rd time moving I had given up and called All You Need Moving and they had given me a relief feeling that they know what they are doing. They were profesional over the phone and in person. They really helped me out last minute. they figured it out and got me on with my way with in the time frame I gave them. All You Need Moving is the real deal. Moving can be stressful when dealing with unskilled movers, but with these guys you can rest assured. They aren't your typical rent-a-truck movers.. They own all of their own equipment and can move just about anything, anywhere, including vehicles. I hired 2 guys to move several heavy pieces into a 3rd story apartment. I wasn't sure if it was even possible but they did it with a smile on their faces! These guys helped me out a lot!! Once I got out of the service I needed to find a moving company willing to move all of my stuff out of storage for a reasonable price. After talking to Gary Crosby he made sure all of my belongings made it home safe and cut me a great deal. All these other companies charge an arm and a leg but they got it done right and cheap! Roof leak was right above the china cabinet, and the wall was bubbled and cracked all the way down to the floor, so I knew the water was under the cabinet and in the carpet for at least 5 days. All the other HomeAdvisor movers quoted me $250 minimums and UP for this 5 min moving job. When Brandon heard my plight, he too had a minimum, but agreed to send his men after they finished their job, because my house was on their way to go to Tempe. He quoted me $75. I said I'll TAKE IT. I was so relieved someone could come in 1.5 HOURS. Brandon called me later and gave me a better time frame. It was more like 2.5 hours later, but they CAME and in five minutes, moved the cabinet from the water damaged carpet and wall. Cabinet was so damaged that brown "mulch" from the rotten disintegrated particleboard fell from the bottom when they picked the cabinet up. We were all appalled, and were examining how soft and crumbling the saturated particleboard was, but I think it can be fixed. Carpet was all stained brown too, but I know someone who could clean that up too. I am SOOO HAPPY Light Brothers bent his rules to accommodate me and resolve my problem within HOURS, and for $75 cash. Thank you so much Brandon and Travis !
