Since their quote was almost half the price (!) we decided to give them a try. You wonder if paying less means inferior service or other problems. That wasn't the case at all. Communication was great. Eric and Miguel showed up right on time (one of those dreadful 110° Phoenix heat advisory days) and worked quickly and carefully. We were very happy to have found this company and are pleased to say they'll be our local movers going forward.

I needed to get my household goods out of their storage quickly to stop the situation from getting worse. Just-In Time Moving was gracious enough to fit me into their schedule last minute. Their office was communicative, their estimate was thorough and clear, and the final bill matched what they estimated. The crew showed up on time, communicated throughout the day, and was professional, careful, and kind. This was not a simple move. They had to unload my furniture and belongings from storage crates, unwrap items that had been wrapped by the prior mover, take care with everything, rewrap my furniture, load it, transport it, and unload it into my new storage unit. They completed the entire job in 7.5 hours. By comparison, the prior mover had tried to bill me 16.5 hours for the move into storage alone. Just-In Time Moving did a fantastic job, and I am extremely grateful they were willing to help me on short notice. After the experience I had before them, their professionalism, clear communication, and honest billing meant everything. My advice to anyone hiring movers: read all reviews carefully, do not take online ratings at face value, check whether the company is listed with moversaz.org, review BBB ratings, and read how the company responds to 1-star and 2-star reviews. I wish I had done more research before hiring the first company. I am very thankful I found Just-In Time Moving when I did.

Just to see, I spent a day calling around for quotes. Some places wanted nearly $300/hr plus a long laundry list of hidden fees, and I thought there was no way it was worth it. But the last company I called was Sterling Interstate, and wow--what a breath of fresh air. We had already dealt with a lot of stress while closing on our first home, and we just needed a reliable team to cross the finish line. The moving industry doesn't always have the best reputation, so I was praying they'd be good--and they turned out to be the absolute best. Not only is their hourly rate very fair for the quality of work, but they also don't hit you with random fees. My husband and I had our home 95% packed and stacked, leaving them to navigate moving everything down a flight of stairs and prepping/packing the larger furniture. Since this was our first time hiring movers, we were blown away: they wrapped and packed everything like it was going cross-country! Even knowing it was only a 15-minute drive, they took zero chances with damage, and everything arrived completely untouched. I am terrible with names, so I've already forgotten the exact crew who came out, but they were AMAZING. On a brutally hot and humid July day in Arizona, they hustled nonstop for 6.5 hours. They took necessary breaks, but they worked so hard, all while cracking jokes with us and keeping the mood light. By the time they left, it felt like saying goodbye to old friends. Pro tip: If you hire movers in the AZ summer, please be kind--offer them cold water, sports drinks, and maybe some Rice Krispies Treats to keep them going! They saved us so much time and left us with the energy to unpack and settle in half the time it would have taken on our own. We are so thankful we went with Sterling Interstate. The movers in AZ had known this was broken because the leg for the dresser was wrapped in plastic and shoved under the tarp covering the dresser. We were never informed that it had been broken. We filed a claim, since this was a brand new dresser and it's unsafe to have in our baby's room. We were denied because we did not inform the movers it was broken before they left the premises in AZ, but to know it was broken we would have had to been able to inspect all the furniture in the truck which is impossible to do when it's loaded. Plus, if the movers knew they broke it, we should have been notified by them. Getting a response from our claim agent takes multiple follow ups, where they tell me the same information and do not answer any of my follow-up questions, despite telling me to reach back out if I have any questions. Moving is always a stressful time, and now we have the added stress of trying to receive some compensation so we can replace furniture that was knowingly broken.

They came back 2 days later with their truck and loaded up the balance of my property, moved both trucks to my new location and unloaded both. These guys worked like dogs, but very efficient and friendly dogs! They were extremely careful with my stuff, and the only thing that got broken was a piece that I transported myself. I should have let them do it. They came in under what their original time / cost estimate was. As a side note, he charges/quotes based on the furniture you have over hours of service. I found this to be cheaper than other companies out there (especially if you just have one room of furniture like I did) so he's really nice for smaller moves like mine and I recommend him as well because of this. However, this guy can be trusted to perform what is agreed upon with just using text messaging. He is also very careful with fragile pieces; taking great care in delivering them in one piece. Some movers suggested shipping our boxes. However, this is not an inexpensive option. Plus ,unlike Brandon, who carries your boxes out of the unit and into your destination ( we have three levels ); the usual shippers require delivery to the store and drop off at the eventual destinations front stoop. I used NewView Moving for a move from Mesa to Magma Ranch (Florence). While other companies wanted to begin charging me once they left their facilities, NewView didn't start the clock until they began the moving process. Corby and RJ were exceptional in how they handled my belongings; I've made numerous moves throughout my career and always had something damaged or marred, but these guys were extraordinarily careful with ALL my belongings. Not One piece or item was damaged or marred! On top of that, Corby and RJ were hustling like the house was on fire; they saved me money by being so fast in loading the truck. The total move time to load the truck, drive to the house, and unload the truck was 3.5 hours. Corby and RJ; you guys were great. They even offed a Veterans discount. Everything from start to finish was perfect. I contacted Marcus for a quote. He scheduled to come to my house the next day. Went through the entire house, took pictures of every room and got me a written quote by end of day. I scheduled for them to move me out of our house, then they held my things overnight and moved us into new house the next day. All of our crew was professional and you could tell they had all been doing this along time. They wrapped everything that needed, took apart all beds, etc and took great care with our items. They were fully done moving us out of a 4000 sq foot house in 4 hours. The next day went just as smoothly even though they were given a huge roadblock because of previous residents. My family was in a bind and we needed to find a mover rather quickly. The owner of NewView Moving responded to my inquiry right away and he explained what his company could do for us. He was transparent with his pricing and accommodating with his schedule. Marcus explained that he has full time, screen and trained employees, not random laborers off the street. This set our mind at ease. We researched other movers but didn't feel as comfortable with their operation. The movers showed up on time, and we couldn't be more pleased. They were efficient, courteous, and showed great attention to detail in how they wrapped and stacked our furniture. Absolutely no complaints. This is the 1st time we ever hired movers and we know so many people that have hired movers and had a bad a bad experience. That was absolutely not the case with these guys. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable about every question we had before we hired them . Then during the move we got two great guys , Peter and Brandon who were very respectful ,polite and took care of every piece of furniture as if it was their own . They managed to get all the work done within the amount of time we hired them for and went above and beyond for their service. We had NewView Moving unload 2 26' trucks for us. It was 110 degrees that day and we were so worried about them! They didn't complain once and were in very good moods even though we were their third move of the day. Our closing on our house didn't go through on the day/time it was scheduled and we had to reschedule the movers 3 times. They were very nice about it and were ready as soon as we were. The only complaint I have is that they have a minimum charge of 3 hours and it only took them 2 hours to unload our trucks. But they had quoted us 3-4 hours so we were prepared to pay that anyway. Craig, Mario, and Josh were superb!!! They called to let us know they were on their way the morning of our move, and arrived on time. As a team they took the time to follow and listen to what items were moving either to our basement or upstairs before our renovation project began. They carefully packed our kitchen and wrapped our pictures and furniture pieces. Then they moved all of our items, furniture, and boxes, with great care!!! Our basement is very organized with space to move around and access all items. They were very nice, friendly, and professional. We will ask to have them back when our renovation project is complete. NewView Moving was great! They called before showing up and were on time. They did a quick walk through and started moving our boxes and furniture. We had a list of items to go with us and items to stay for trash. They hustled and packed that truck like a puzzle. I didn't believe they could fit so much, but they did!! They also wrapped the glass and Tv's and packed them carefully...Nothing was broke or damaged. This company is without a doubt the best moving company! Between their dash pricing and AMAZING customer service they are truly exceptional! RJ and Felix made quick work of what my wife and I would have spent all day on moving heavy furniture into a storage container. Not only did they maximize the space in the container, they also shrink wrapped all the furniture to ensure that it wouldn't get scratched! NewView Moving moved our families home from a rural home where they lived for almost 40 years. Clint, R.J, Robert and Marcus traveled a long way to get there and they worked very hard, not stopping until it was finished. They brought extra boxes with them, because even though we thought we were ready, we were not. All the guys were polite and respectful. New View Moving did a fantastic job. From the quote to setting the move date to moving us. They packed us the day before and prepped everything and staged it to load for the following day. They arrived on time both days. Load the second day with just 2 guys, Alex and David, they loaded in 2 hours and unloaded by around noon, did some finishing up of putting the bed together and helping us with the TV. His crew did a superb job of packing up everything in the entire apartment.Nothing was broken during the move. They came prepared, walked through the house and gave me an approx. estimate on time and money. Instead of explaining policies clearly, they implied I was trying to "cut corners," suggested waivers for damage caused by their process, and generally spoke to me like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. Experience in an industry doesn't give you a free pass to be rude. There are plenty of movers who can protect furniture and communicate respectfully. I'd recommend choosing one of them. I'm updating my review after the owner's public response, which contains several inaccuracies and omits important context. Unfortunately, that response further demonstrates the exact issue I experienced: dismissive, defensive, and unprofessional communication. For clarity, this was a potential move within the same apartment complex, from one building to another. I reached out with questions about logistics and whether a truck was required for such a short relocation. At no point did I ask the company to arrive "unprepared," skip protective equipment, or endanger my belongings. I asked clarifying questions -- that's it. I was repeatedly told "yes" regarding bringing a truck, but instead of a clear, professional explanation, the responses quickly became condescending and assumptive. My intent was repeatedly mischaracterized as trying to "cut corners," lower costs improperly, or force unsafe practices, none of which I stated or implied. Those assumptions were made about me, not based on anything I requested. The tone of the messages escalated unnecessarily. I was spoken to as though I was being unreasonable for asking questions, and the conversation included sarcasm and "lol" responses. Regardless of how common a business practice may be, professionalism still matters -- especially in customer-facing communication at the very beginning of an interaction. Because of that tone, I decided not to move forward with this company. The job never progressed beyond messaging because I no longer felt comfortable proceeding. That decision was mine, based on how I was treated -- not because the company declined the job. After I left my one-star review reflecting that experience, the situation escalated further. The owner repeatedly contacted me through messages and then called me directly, despite no service ever being rendered and despite the matter already being over. I was then accused of trying to harm the company, questioned for having few prior reviews, and personally insulted by having my "ignorance" referenced. That continued contact and personal commentary was inappropriate and crossed a clear boundary. To be very clear: * This review is not retaliation for being refused service. * Reviews are not limited to completed jobs -- they also reflect customer interactions and professionalism. * I am not responsible for a business's "livelihood"; I am responsible for sharing an honest account of my experience. A company can have years of experience and prior positive reviews and still mishandle a situation. This review reflects my experience from start to finish, including the communication before any job was booked and the behavior afterward. Unfortunately, the owner's public response and continued contact only reinforced my original concerns. I stand by this review. I have also left documentation below.
