Sonoran Moves was fantastic! Adrian and Deondray called me to ask if it was ok if they showed up early (which was much appreciated) and they were very quick with loading and unloading the truck. They also took care to wrap all of my items to ensure they were undamaged, and came prepared with covers, plastic wrap, tape, and anything else you might need! These guys are the most unprofessional and unreliable group of guys. I've spoken to Grant and the supervisor and they both sound pretty young. I spoke to Grant about the move on the phone and had to correct him 3 times about the time as we wanted a late move. I was not comfortable with their $75 deposit because he seemed really absent minded and definitely not professionals but they are located near the area of our move so he wasn't going to charge a trip charge. He sent the contract and again had the wrong time specified and my son and I had to reach out 3 separate times to ask them to correct and they said they would right away and never did. Now I have to rush to find other movers as I can't trust these guys to even show up. Basically teenagers trying to start a business and not reliable. read more

Great team! They unloaded my 26foot uhaul for my 4 bedroom 2 story house. The team of 3 (super nice guys) handled my belongings carefully and did all the heavy lifting so that I could focus on other aspects of my move in day! I loved that they made sure every box was put where I wanted and at the end of service they had me walk around the house and see if anything needed to be moved or adjusted. First, I would like to give Grant the owner, Kudos for always answering my text, phone calls, and emails. He was very accommodating. definitely a hands-on guy who's employees speak very highly of him. That says a lot. I moved a few days ago on July 26, 2025 My movers names were Adrian and Corey. They showed up on time and ready to work. They were professional. worked very hard, got the job done in a timely manner without any damage to my property. I had a recent knee injury, so I needed to rest my knee with ice on it throughout most of the process. if they had a question, they came and asked me, the last thing they took out of the property was the recliner, how thoughtful. And when I got to my new residence, the first thing they put in was the recliner so that I could get off my bad knee. Super nice hard-working guys, I so much appreciated Adrian and Corey.. I booked my move two weeks in advance and followed up two days before the scheduled date. He said he'd confirm within a few hours, but I never heard back. My calls & texts went unanswered, and eventually, they stopped going through -- pretty sure I was blocked. It's really disappointing since I've used him before without any issues. We called from California requesting to get the contents of our daughter's 1-BR condo loaded onto a 20' U-Haul truck to be driven long distance out-of-state by ourselves. I did my research, called 4 or 5 movers and chose Sonoran Moves because of of Grant's responsiveness and the best overall cost for the service. I never used a mover before but had only heard nightmares. This was by far the one of best overall experiences I have had with any service industry, and I owned a contracting company and had many services in my life.
