I would rate zero stars of I could. Beware! Do not go through the nightmare I went through. In my experience, Solomon overpromises and is very shady. I reviewed details of my house and requirements for my move with him 3 weeks in advance. I communicated and sent pictures the week before and confirmed the start time, size of truck, and number of men. I was quoted 5 hours for my move with 3 men. The day of the move his guys showed up 3 hours late and with a smaller truck than what was quoted. Several excuses of why the truck rental place didn't have the truck available and they had to drive from Casa Grande. This is not my concern; my concern was that we were already starting very late. Solomon said it didn't matter about the size of the truck since two trips would be needed anyway. After two trips and 10.5 hours, they still had not removed all the contents of my house. I had to rent a trailer and hire another worker the next day to finish the job. The entire move started off poorly and continued to go downhill throughout the day. Even though the guys were nice, they were not efficient, and loading the truck took much longer than expected. After 10.5 hours, everyone was exhausted and just wanted to be done, even though the job was not finished. A week before the move, I wrapped most of my furniture to prevent problems and even though my off white couch was covered with a sofa cover and additionally wrapped with plastic over the cover, it showed up at the new house with black stains on both sides. My other couch and love seat showed up with rips and tears. Furniture was placed in the new house without hardware, doorways were damaged in the new house, no beds were set up, etc. The worst part was the damage they did to the stained wood staircase and walls of my old house. I was set to close with buyers on the old house, and everything had to be delayed due to the damage repairs and removing all the things they left behind. The additional cost didn't come close to the $400 I held out the night of the move, so I could go over all the damages the next morning. In my opinion, Solomon is very shady as he requested payment to be made to his girlfriend's Venmo account. At 11pm and extremely exhausted from the events, I paid all but $400. He said he wished he had known the move wasn't going well, so he could have done something. Again, this is why I think he is a dishonest person because throughout the day I had texted several times saying I was very concerned because it was taking so much longer than he quoted. He was completely trying to cover his a**. I sent several pictures on the damages and informed him he owed me money for the damages and of course, no contact at all from him since this notification. No communication between time of booking and the move date. My move was scheduled for 8-10am, the truck showed up at 11:30 with no updates on their end concerning the massive delay. The two workers were pleasant however one was very low in work ethic/productivity; the move could have been completed sooner otherwise. This employees low work ethic seemed to be known by the company (sounds like he was newer?). I personally moved more than this guy who I was paying. No discount was offered in response to the delay. They handled the items decently, my couches were rolled around a good bit and got really dirty. Nothing broken (that I've found so far). Business owner was easy going to talk to, I enjoyed speaking with him. Life continues to show: you get what you pay for. read more

I was even able to add a stop no problem, and they went above and beyond my expectations. Great value and they are worth every penny. On Thurs I found out I got the apartment I had been waiting for and set out looking for a move on Sat, (2 days away). These guys beat everyone else's prices, texted me when they were 40 min away, packed up all my stuff and met me at my new place. While they were hauling my stuff up the stairs we got to talking and come to find out they're locals, as in we all 3 went to Westwood H.S. in Mesa, (a few decades apart). I just needed a few items moved from a thrift store one mile away that does not offer delivery. After getting quotes for $400+, which I could not afford, I started to panic. Solomon was very quick to respond to my initial inquiry, and gave me a great price. He was able to get his team out on the same day. I received a call when they were on their way, and then again when they were just a few minutes away. They took great care in packing everything into the truck, transported to my house, and unpacked exactly the way I asked them to. I am so grateful that Solomon was able to do the smaller load rate. Scheduled a move with a few stops before final destination at an office located on the 2nd floor. Elevator availability and fire door stairs one flight up to the office. Confirmed move with Soloman a week out and understood that he was a start-up company looking for a good review. Well, unfortunately a day that was scheduled to start at 9am didn't get going until 11:51am. Delays with a truck?? One of the guys was at the first stop for an hour waiting for the truck to arrive. Uhaul truck that we could have gotten to the first stop at 9am ourselves arrived just shy of 3 hrs post the scheduled time. The 3 guys who handled our move were nice enough but clearly did not have much moving experience or knowledge. Some of the bookcase backs were broken and a desk was dinged during the move. Shame on me for not verifying if this company is insured. We would definitely file a claim. We will not be using this company again. Really poor planning by a starter company. No tie down straps, dolly, blankets, etc. These are basic moving supplies that companies provide that just weren't there. Wish them luck with their endeavors. read more

Amazing! The price was crazy good and they were a little late but there and were work horses. Young guns trying to get their business going and I'm telling you these guys have it going. Only one small damage and not anything crazy on our furniture and I'm super picky. If you are doing a local move especially please contact them first! They held true to the costs.
