We had a 2 man team & Frank explained they are there to help us with anything! There were a couple of items we didn't need and had to dispose of which Frank & his team handled without hesitation. Afterwards, they unloaded to our new spot and again made sure everything is where we needed it & made sure we were settled before leaving. I would highly suggest TK Logistics to family & friends! I plan on using them again in the future.

Frank and his team are professional and highly diligent ensuring that we were taken care of. I highly recommend TK Logistics!

They did a great job helping move our furniture, including getting beds, large cabinets, office…read moreequipment, and a ping-pong table up/down stairs from the old to the new place. They even helped with disassembling some furniture and were very detail-oriented, such as making sure to put the screws and smaller parts in plastic bags attached to the larger pieces. Despite extremely heavy rain and wind on the day of the move, they were able to do everything quickly and efficiently, even making a second trip to pick up what we couldn't fit in the truck initially. They were very receptive to any adjustments in where we wanted things placed, and were overall very punctual, communicative, and hard working!

I basically was moving from a studio to an apartment, but a studio that was literally packed to the gills with art. This was the best moving company I've ever used. They HUSTLED! They took apart my insanely heavy bed and reassembled it on delivery. They were careful with my fragile art and had me packed and on the road in 50 minutes. It was only five away, so easy to compare packing/unpacking! The move was completed in 2 hours and 15 minutes--and it would have been faster if I hadn't moved into a complex with an old, slow, small elevator. They had to bring up that heavy bed four flights of stairs. They were fast, nice, and did I mention they hustled?? Will definitely use them again. Great value, conscientious of time, and even brought back an old family heirloom that had gotten hidden under the moving blankets. A valuable service at a very fair price--and they accept zelle! Thank you!!

Andy, the owner, was absolutely wonderful to work with and I couldn't give him enough praises. We had a bit of a difficult time with the apartments we were supposed to move into, and we ended up having to go with another apartment complex and Andy was so helpful in getting us rescheduled. Nick and Rich were our movers, and they were awesome. They quickly and carefully got our furniture wrapped and loaded along with our other belongings and before you know it they were unloading our last load of belongings into our new place. I couldn't say enough good things about these guys, so friendly and extremely hard workers. If you're looking for a moving company, please go with Moveaholics. Really give my hats off to Andrew, Michael & Bama for making my move so easy! One of my girlfriends…read moregave me a referral code which took off a bit of the hourly cost + the truck cost. I received a follow up email fairly quickly the same day I sent a query for a quote. Andrew reassured me that I wouldn't need to sign any paperwork, do anything further with him as our email chain confirmed my appointment. Friday morning of my move rolls around and I'm put into a bit of a tailspin because my internet/tv provider needed to be at the new house earlier than expected. Michael & Bama called me shortly after to confirm my apartment [moving from there] location to begin packing. When I explained the sudden change in plan needing to meet the internet/tv provider at my house, they told me it'd be no problem to meet me there, chat, and pick up the keys to begin packing & moving. The guys were super sweet from the beginning and made me feel at ease just handing them my apartment keys and directions for the correct unit. By the time I came back, they were mostly done [in an hour, whoa!] and were getting down to some of the more heavy items. Lucky for me and them, I don't own a lot of things and they had a really big truck, so only 1 trip was needed. We came upon a problem with some of my furniture not fitting into my front door, so the guys took apart my gate with precision [and put it back together as neither of us had bolt cutters for the lock] and quickly got the furniture in and door back assembled. They made the move so much fun and stress-free. I estimated about 3 hours of work total for my budget, and that's what it came to. I was able to pay over the phone with my card, and received an email receipt a few minutes after payment was processed. Definitely worth looking into them for your moving needs!

Jay & his co-worker (can't recall his name) were very professional and hard working. They arrived on time, got right to work, and finished the job in the amount of time I requested (2 hours). They were courteous when bringing items into my apartment and wanting to place items where it would be most convenient for me to unpack. I had an awful experience with the company who packed my items into the moving trailer. While unloading the trailer, Jay & his co-worker took pictures of the poorly done job by the other company for me, as well as which items the other company damaged, which I really appreciated. Their price was also competitive compared to other moving companies in the area, and I felt like they did an excellent job for the money I paid. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else in the future! In case this review doesn't convince you enough to hire them, they are a BBB accredited business with an A+ rating.

If you enjoy being talked down to, this might be the company for you. Asking reasonable questions…read morewas met with sarcasm, "lol"s, and a condescending lecture about their 20 years of experience -- as if that excuses unprofessional communication. Instead of explaining policies clearly, they implied I was trying to "cut corners," suggested waivers for damage caused by their process, and generally spoke to me like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. Experience in an industry doesn't give you a free pass to be rude. There are plenty of movers who can protect furniture and communicate respectfully. I'd recommend choosing one of them. I'm updating my review after the owner's public response, which contains several inaccuracies and omits important context. Unfortunately, that response further demonstrates the exact issue I experienced: dismissive, defensive, and unprofessional communication. For clarity, this was a potential move within the same apartment complex, from one building to another. I reached out with questions about logistics and whether a truck was required for such a short relocation. At no point did I ask the company to arrive "unprepared," skip protective equipment, or endanger my belongings. I asked clarifying questions -- that's it. I was repeatedly told "yes" regarding bringing a truck, but instead of a clear, professional explanation, the responses quickly became condescending and assumptive. My intent was repeatedly mischaracterized as trying to "cut corners," lower costs improperly, or force unsafe practices, none of which I stated or implied. Those assumptions were made about me, not based on anything I requested. The tone of the messages escalated unnecessarily. I was spoken to as though I was being unreasonable for asking questions, and the conversation included sarcasm and "lol" responses. Regardless of how common a business practice may be, professionalism still matters -- especially in customer-facing communication at the very beginning of an interaction. Because of that tone, I decided not to move forward with this company. The job never progressed beyond messaging because I no longer felt comfortable proceeding. That decision was mine, based on how I was treated -- not because the company declined the job. After I left my one-star review reflecting that experience, the situation escalated further. The owner repeatedly contacted me through messages and then called me directly, despite no service ever being rendered and despite the matter already being over. I was then accused of trying to harm the company, questioned for having few prior reviews, and personally insulted by having my "ignorance" referenced. That continued contact and personal commentary was inappropriate and crossed a clear boundary. To be very clear: * This review is not retaliation for being refused service. * Reviews are not limited to completed jobs -- they also reflect customer interactions and professionalism. * I am not responsible for a business's "livelihood"; I am responsible for sharing an honest account of my experience. A company can have years of experience and prior positive reviews and still mishandle a situation. This review reflects my experience from start to finish, including the communication before any job was booked and the behavior afterward. Unfortunately, the owner's public response and continued contact only reinforced my original concerns. I stand by this review. I have also left documentation below.
