For the past decades I've lived in the Valley we've always used Two Men and A Truck when we move…read moreand they do a perfectly fine job. This month we needed someone to do a crosstown move for our son. Two Men's quote was extremely high so I researched a bit and found the stellar reviews of Just-In Time Moving. Since their quote was almost half the price (!) we decided to give them a try. You wonder if paying less means inferior service or other problems. That wasn't the case at all. Communication was great. Eric and Miguel showed up right on time (one of those dreadful 110° Phoenix heat advisory days) and worked quickly and carefully. We were very happy to have found this company and are pleased to say they'll be our local movers going forward.

I hired movers from this company who originally had a 2.0/5.0 rating. I had the worst experience. I…read morewas quoted $415 for a 2 bedroom with one bed, no dressers, the other room was used as an office. I was quoted a minimum of $415 which included 3 hours and a $40 surcharge. First, the owner never sent me a written quote. They were fast; however, one of the movers whose name was Miles, scared me by yelling to the top of his lungs out of frustration because he couldn't get the bed together because he had all of the screws tightened and anyone who puts together anything would know bit to tighten the screws all the way until those screws are in the correct holes and then you screw them in. I went in the room to give him that tip but was scared the entire time he was in my house due to his behavior. Then when they got done, the paperwork showed that I was being charged an extra hour of travel time when my move was less than 15 minutes apart and I was told that they needed to stop at Walmart to get T-shirts. I made the payment in full along with an additional $60 because I just believe in tipping and always have, besides the other guy was excellent. Great customer service and he was friendly the entire time. Any way, I went through the contract after they had left and noticed that there was nothing in the contract that stated that I would owe a 1 hour transportation fee now was I ever told this verbally. So, a day after the move, I sent the owner a message and he proceeded to go back and forth with me. However the most disturbing message was the one below verbatim: "I'm so sorry you're so broke that you can't pay the movers for a move that they did well for you. Send me your address. I'll bring you cash next week. I would love to meet you." This company is way to green and they need to learn some customer service skills before doing business with the public. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

Jay & his co-worker (can't recall his name) were very professional and hard working. They arrived on time, got right to work, and finished the job in the amount of time I requested (2 hours). They were courteous when bringing items into my apartment and wanting to place items where it would be most convenient for me to unpack. I had an awful experience with the company who packed my items into the moving trailer. While unloading the trailer, Jay & his co-worker took pictures of the poorly done job by the other company for me, as well as which items the other company damaged, which I really appreciated. Their price was also competitive compared to other moving companies in the area, and I felt like they did an excellent job for the money I paid. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else in the future! In case this review doesn't convince you enough to hire them, they are a BBB accredited business with an A+ rating.

They even helped with disassembling some furniture and were very detail-oriented, such as making sure to put the screws and smaller parts in plastic bags attached to the larger pieces. They were very receptive to any adjustments in where we wanted things placed, and were overall very punctual, communicative, and hard working!

I requested a quote to relocate our office and was initially sent an estimate based on two hours of moving time with one truck. When I submitted everything for payment and was ready to sign the contract, the price suddenly increased to nearly THREE TIMES the original estimate. On top of that, I scheduled an appointment and they were a no-show. I spent the entire week going back and forth through email trying to get clear answers, only to be left without a mover and now behind schedule relocating our office. This was a business move with deadlines, and I relied on the information and scheduling they provided. The lack of communication, changing estimate, and missed appointment created an unnecessary mess for our office. Just a heads-up to anyone considering using this company: get EVERYTHING confirmed in writing, including the final price, before depending on them for your move.

Short and sweet:…read more HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Great movers, great communicators, very accommodating, reasonably priced, and their mission is something to get behind!! The deets: Took me a minute to write this as I've been unpacking.. but couldn't keep my experience a secret because I want to see this business thrive!! I was probably one of the worst clients.. I called late to schedule, I asked to move our "move time" like 4 or more times.. my house was not as organized as I had hoped.. I almost forgot to tell them about a room until they were already almost half way done... ‍‍ never a frustrated peep coming out of them..instead they were nice, accommodating and super understanding. I'll spare the details for the changes.. moves are stressful enough, but they made it so easy!! The guys showed up right on time and even gave me a 15 minute courtesy call to let me know they were on their way! They move quick and when some embarrassing things happened (to me) they were kind and told me no need to apologize.. they were here to help me. Super reassuring considering the situation I was in! The weather wasn't the best and they protected my things.. wrapped dressers so the drawers didn't go flying.. put a moving blanket on the ground so things didn't get wet.. like I said, these movers were AWESOME! They help me set up my bedframe at my place and get things in quick.. even up flights of stairs! Was also super impressed they bring 3 guys to the job! I think that's what made it go so quick - great teamwork!! Was debating on whether to share: but it truly stands out on why you can TRUST this moving company: I had to dip out for an appointment and again.. SUPER accommodating! I'll spare the details.. but the point is, they will work with you! Don't know if they saw me as a problem child, but I wouldn't have known with how nice, efficient, and good at what they do!! The last thing I want to call out and another reason why you should definitely hire them: their mission!! I offered them something to drink.. energy drink??no ma'am, we don't drink that.. and shared how they came to be and what John Volken Ranch is doing for those that need help/guidance to thrive in the world. Teaches them hard work, team work, and how to live a clean/good life! I hired them because there are so many spammy companies out there and the reviews and the photos looked legit.. the cost helped too! What I didn't know was their mission and the difference they are making in these men's lives - it's AMAZING!! And if I can help get more people to use this company, then I'll feel like I've done some justice and hopefully reduced the pain I was for the move. Thanks guys! Wish I could remember their names (shaved blonde hair - ring leader and the MOST accommodating - thank you! Appreciate you telling me y'all's story.. Probably helped me from breaking down in tears; strawberry blonde, used to do tech/software - here if you have any questions! And the new guy.. didn't say much, but was super nice and a hard worker!) Appreciate yall!! And BEST OF LUCK!!
