Just to see, I spent a day calling around for quotes. Some places wanted nearly $300/hr plus a long laundry list of hidden fees, and I thought there was no way it was worth it. But the last company I called was Sterling Interstate, and wow--what a breath of fresh air. We had already dealt with a lot of stress while closing on our first home, and we just needed a reliable team to cross the finish line. The moving industry doesn't always have the best reputation, so I was praying they'd be good--and they turned out to be the absolute best. Not only is their hourly rate very fair for the quality of work, but they also don't hit you with random fees. My husband and I had our home 95% packed and stacked, leaving them to navigate moving everything down a flight of stairs and prepping/packing the larger furniture. Since this was our first time hiring movers, we were blown away: they wrapped and packed everything like it was going cross-country! Even knowing it was only a 15-minute drive, they took zero chances with damage, and everything arrived completely untouched. I am terrible with names, so I've already forgotten the exact crew who came out, but they were AMAZING. On a brutally hot and humid July day in Arizona, they hustled nonstop for 6.5 hours. They took necessary breaks, but they worked so hard, all while cracking jokes with us and keeping the mood light. By the time they left, it felt like saying goodbye to old friends. Pro tip: If you hire movers in the AZ summer, please be kind--offer them cold water, sports drinks, and maybe some Rice Krispies Treats to keep them going! They saved us so much time and left us with the energy to unpack and settle in half the time it would have taken on our own. We are so thankful we went with Sterling Interstate. I don't even want to think about moving again, but it's a relief knowing exactly who we'll call when the time comes. 10/10 recommend!

Jeff and his crew (Roy, Matthew & Aidan) came up with a solution for me that was very workable. They came out 2 days before the move and completely loaded up a U-Haul. They came back 2 days later with their truck and loaded up the balance of my property, moved both trucks to my new location and unloaded both. These guys worked like dogs, but very efficient and friendly dogs! They were extremely careful with my stuff, and the only thing that got broken was a piece that I transported myself. I should have let them do it. They came in under what their original time / cost estimate was. All of the big name interstate movers turn down small sized interstate moves. I must have called 12 different movers; which included the well known companies and some of the smaller ones. The local companies are happy to take your business for intrastate moves; but not interstate moves. I was concerned when no contract was required by Brandon. However, this guy can be trusted to perform what is agreed upon with just using text messaging. He is also very careful with fragile pieces; taking great care in delivering them in one piece. Some movers suggested shipping our boxes. However, this is not an inexpensive option. Plus ,unlike Brandon, who carries your boxes out of the unit and into your destination ( we have three levels ); the usual shippers require delivery to the store and drop off at the eventual destinations front stoop. Movers didn't shrink wrap the mattress, didn't unscrew nightstand legs which are now broken, and the tv stand is damaged because movers asked to add items inside even though I had it empty. Their way of helping was refunding $150 to get a temporary mattress from Walmart and told me the claims department would be in touch in 3-5 business days. In the end they only compensated me $900 despite the thousands of dollars of damage. In addition to the damage, one of the movers the company set up for the CT delivery made inappropriate sexual comments to me while I was alone (I'm a young female). Do not use them!

Judy realized they didn't have a 3rd unit and called several other local storage facilities in an attempt to help me locate one. When that didn't come to fruition, Judy emptied the unit they use to store their items for the facility and rented that to me as well. The place is clean and secure. Easily accessed. Her positive attitude is contagious. She helped me with my storage needs. She was very thorough. She walked me through the property. The property is very nice. It looks brand new and extremely clean. It is centrally located, and unlike most climate controlled facilities. That one is actually cold inside. One of the things I noticed while touring the property was Renee knew all the renters that were on the property by name. I thought was wonderful. Throughout my three visits to the property to Renée was on site. One thing I will mention is being a store manager. I seen her personally with the cleaning cart and gloves on cleaning storage units cleaning as well as the facilities. As a manager myself, I thought her leading my example was amazing. She also checked on me to make sure I was doing OK because it was hot outside while unloading my U-Haul unit. She's very hands-on. She has a great personality. This store facilities is a very lucky to have her. I would highly recommend the facility based off of how clean it is, how well kept it, it's very centrally located in Phoenix. And of course, because of Renee.

They just don't accept plastic or glass bottles here. This place looks like a dump but the customer service is very fast and efficient. Most of the workers here are Spanish speaking so hopefully you can make out what they tell you. My Spanish is Sykes rusty so I only understood 5% of what they said. All in all, this was a pleasant experience. Obviously, you're not gonna get rich by recycling anything but it does give you some pocket change to maybe buy a lottery ticket or two. I don't recall what the exact redemption value was for bringing in your unwanted cans for cash but I got around 50 cents for maybe 1.5 lbs of soda cans. Almost enough for a $1 lottery scratcher. The workers here will unload your trunk for you and weigh it all and than give you the proper amount of money. Fast service and you don't even need to lift a finger besides opening your trunk that is. I'm from Hawaii and back home, you can actually pay a utility bill or cell phone bill with your recycling money. Not here in Phoenix, it's a totally different process here so I'm gonna start trashing all my recyclables instead. Hope this helps my fellow planeteers!!

Awesome group of people! I am beyond impressed with them. I originally was supposed to have a different company help me with my move this last Saturday, and they dropped the ball completely. I called these guys at 4 in the afternoon, and they, while they were on their way home for the day, agreed to help me move my stuff with just a pickup truck and several feet of string, haha. We hired Moving by Professionals to help us move into a new apartment. They openly communicated throughout the whole process, letting us know when they would arrive. Strongly recommend hiring Moving by professionals. They are professional, very quick and really nice guys. Instead of explaining policies clearly, they implied I was trying to "cut corners," suggested waivers for damage caused by their process, and generally spoke to me like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. Experience in an industry doesn't give you a free pass to be rude. There are plenty of movers who can protect furniture and communicate respectfully. I'd recommend choosing one of them. I'm updating my review after the owner's public response, which contains several inaccuracies and omits important context. Unfortunately, that response further demonstrates the exact issue I experienced: dismissive, defensive, and unprofessional communication. For clarity, this was a potential move within the same apartment complex, from one building to another. I reached out with questions about logistics and whether a truck was required for such a short relocation. At no point did I ask the company to arrive "unprepared," skip protective equipment, or endanger my belongings. I asked clarifying questions -- that's it. I was repeatedly told "yes" regarding bringing a truck, but instead of a clear, professional explanation, the responses quickly became condescending and assumptive. My intent was repeatedly mischaracterized as trying to "cut corners," lower costs improperly, or force unsafe practices, none of which I stated or implied. Those assumptions were made about me, not based on anything I requested. The tone of the messages escalated unnecessarily. I was spoken to as though I was being unreasonable for asking questions, and the conversation included sarcasm and "lol" responses. Regardless of how common a business practice may be, professionalism still matters -- especially in customer-facing communication at the very beginning of an interaction. Because of that tone, I decided not to move forward with this company. The job never progressed beyond messaging because I no longer felt comfortable proceeding. That decision was mine, based on how I was treated -- not because the company declined the job. After I left my one-star review reflecting that experience, the situation escalated further. The owner repeatedly contacted me through messages and then called me directly, despite no service ever being rendered and despite the matter already being over. I was then accused of trying to harm the company, questioned for having few prior reviews, and personally insulted by having my "ignorance" referenced. That continued contact and personal commentary was inappropriate and crossed a clear boundary. To be very clear: * This review is not retaliation for being refused service. * Reviews are not limited to completed jobs -- they also reflect customer interactions and professionalism. * I am not responsible for a business's "livelihood"; I am responsible for sharing an honest account of my experience. A company can have years of experience and prior positive reviews and still mishandle a situation. This review reflects my experience from start to finish, including the communication before any job was booked and the behavior afterward. Unfortunately his business practices left me with no choice. I decided to hire Priority One to help with my move after learning more about Brandon's inspirational story. He started his own local company after his daughter was born a few years ago. Brandon was professional to work with along with the two kind gentleman he sent to my apartment to help with the actual move, hence the 2 stars. The two guys were hard working as they moved all of my belongings from my apartment, to/from the moving truck, and into my new house. They even removed my three TVs from the wall including the mounts which was very convenient. However, I regret not turning on the TVs immediately after they were moved to my new house! This was a very expensive and hard lesson to learn because I splurged on my 65" Sony Smart TV last year for ~$2500. I turned on the TV expecting to watch a movie a few days after the move, only to see the entire screen RUINED! I immediately called Best Buy because the TV was less than a year old, and there was faint hope that they could help. I updated Brandon via text message and he responded with concern and seemed willing to work with me towards a fair resolution. Best Buy's technicians arrived a few days later who informed me that the TV is a total loss, because the screen was ruined due to impact with an object while in the moving truck. Brandon screens his calls and refused to answer any of my multiple phone calls since. The Best Buy technician even tried calling and left a message explaining how and why the TV is a total loss. I tried calling Brandon every day for a few days with no luck, which is quite unfortunate because his business has so much potential! I want to support Priority One, but I simply can't because now I have a large paper weight with no recourse for a fair resolution. Thanks for moving my stuff, I guess.

I've moved several times and hired local companies over the years due to work relocations....I have to say, this was the best service from start to finish!! The first call in to Chloe I was impressed with her knowledge and kindness, she was confident her team could handle my move and the booking was smooth. The price was right, no hidden fees. Austin and the teams (yes, we had two huge trucks and a 3500sf house to pack) arrived on day of move and were clean, courteous, very careful with our stuff....yet fast. They didn't dawdle like others I've hired - they got to it and handled business. Time is of the essence when you're paying ppl by the hour. So I was thrilled they got started quickly and knew exactly where to start first! They packed for us because we were on a tight timeline. Everything was handled exactly how they said and it was the best unload on the other end I've done yet because they were ORGANIZED! When you speak to one of the representatives, they will act like they are here for you and be in your corner. Joann Wistoski, I am speaking about YOU. When we needed you, you completely ignored me. You're not as good as people say they are. Also, customer service? Yeah if there is such a thing with this company. They take hours to answer your call. Moving along, when the guys picked up our boxes and furniture, they told me they would deliver it the following week. WRONG. We waited THREE WEEKS! (Side note: These guys will nickel and dime you any way they can) Unacceptable. I am writing my review as they bring up our boxes in as we speak. We saw our boxes destroyed. We wrote FRAGILE on them and one box was completely destroyed. Unacceptable. They call themselves a 5 star company? Pfft. They are a 0 star company. But here's the catch everyone.... EVERY MOVING COMPANY IS THE SAME... pick your poison on who you go with.... I am literally sick to my stomach and shame on you "ALL PRO MOVING COMPANY". What an embarrassment. My advice?? Sell everything you own before hiring a moving company and then just start over.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST. I booked Allpro movers the week prior to our move. This was a Tuesday…read moremid-January move, so it was no big deal. When i called, the price was $160 more than advertised. I booked regardless. The time was perfect. Then, 20 minutes before arrival, they began texting a new price, nearly double the original quoted price. When i asked them to itemize the charges, they did not show up! They did not answer calls or texts. This was a small move, bedroom set, dining table, couch, and 12 small to medium boxes. The apartment was 1st floor. Luckily, it was not a busy time of year, and i found amazing movers who were honest and hardworking. Price was about the same, but i was not lowballed at the initial call. I am now thankful that Allpro didn't show up.

Update, he just emailed me after I sent him a formal notice, warning him to not harass me or contact me any longer as I will file an injunction for harassment. I took a screenshot and posted it. Not sure if it went through, he just called me insane. This is the kind of man that calls himself an owner of a business. Look back at past reviews of how he has gaslighted people. It is so awful that he charges people for this kind of so-called service. He harasses, intimidates, and even calls people names, including my son who he says it won't go well for and if he doesn't remove... And threatens. I am going to have to call the local sheriffs department now. It has escalated beyond just money and broken items.

The booking process and security deposit was easy. The day of the move, the movers, Eduardo and Jamal, contacted me to let me know they were on their way and loaded and unloaded the truck quickly and efficiently, without causing any damage to my belongings. B Line was a good value for the money, especially considering how expensive in general it is when you're doing a move from one city to another; would definitely recommend.

We agreed on and I haven't heard a word from him since also to make the matter even more exciting my king size bed that got broken from being wedged through doorways and down hallways and had sustained a crack along the side support finally completely cracked and broke off so now I nearly new hardwood king size bed is ruined updated picture below. It is unfortunate that your actions caused you to lose your business. You could've paid and honored your own contract. We gave you months and months and months and you never did. It sucks to suck.
