We had an excellent experience with Junk King in Phoenix. Scheduling our appointment was easy, and when we needed to reschedule, the process was just as simple. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process, so we always knew what to expect. The crew arrived early within the scheduled arrival window, was very friendly and professional, and treated our property with care and respect. They did a fantastic job clearing out our garage and removing several pieces of furniture. Everything was completed quickly and efficiently, and the entire process was much easier than we anticipated. I would highly recommend Junk King to anyone needing junk removal services and would definitely use them again in the future. read more

While I didn't go through with the service, I give them a good review due to the ease of scheduling, showing up on time and being very professional. The only reason I didn't do the service is because my load was so small I likely shouldn't have even called in the first place. You can schedule your consultation online and they will come out and give you an estimate. They come prepared to take anything and you don't have to commit. I appreciate the guys trying to see what they could do for my small load as far as cost. read more

We removed some very large Bougainvillea bushes in our daughters back yard in Tempe on Sunday night. Very difficult to work with. I called Junk King on Monday around 10:00 am to see if they could come and remove everything as well as a few other items. They were here by 1:00 and Mr. Moss, Ron Ron and Zion were so very helpful and professional. I will certainly use their services again. And will ask for these 3 awesome men. read more

Posting a review on behalf of my mother, Debi in San Tan Valley. I hope this is for the right location! She wrote down names but missed the exact location for Junk King. Daniel and Jaden (sorry for any misspellings) came by to haul away my mother's old bed, and they did an excellent job. They worked quickly and were kind and friendly. They even placed her new bed on its frame - something that would have been dangerous for her to do alone. Thank you so much for taking such great care of her! She specifically mentioned that she had a really pleasant conversation with them while they worked, and that's one of those small details that can mean a lot for clients in retirement communities. We both really appreciate it! read more

So after much back and forth with my husband regarding how to get rid of gravel in our backyard, i requested quotes through Yelp. The team (i.e Lupe) at Junk King responded almost immediately. Once i was ready to actually have people come out for a quote (again back and forth with husband -he thought he could do the job alone) Junk King was out the next morning to give a quote. Ish and his crew were friendly and professional when calling to let me know they were on their way. They were timely and quickly gave me a reasonable quote. They set us up for service the following morning, and again were timely with their arrival. They completed the job quickly and did exactly what we needed. Thank you so much Junk King crew! You saved us so much time, and likely the health of our backs. We would recommend you again 100% read more

Junk King Phoenix - Load it up boys! - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

My parents had worked with them before and they were great. So when we needed more junk moved out of the garage and furniture moved from our home, they were the first people we called. They gave us a quote and we booked an appointment four days later. Part of what was agreed to was to have furniture moved from upstairs out of the house, and furniture downstairs moved up (since we had new furniture coming in the next day). Well today they came, moved out the junk and the furniture...but then said that they couldn't move the downstairs furniture upstairs even though they told us they could on the phone. My parents didn't like this and told the movers what was promised to them, and their response was to move everything out of the truck and into the driveway. They after some back and forth, they said they'd come tomorrow to move the downstairs furniture upstairs, and they started putting our stuff back in their trucks. However, my parents (my mom specially) didn't feel like paying everything up front as the movers demanded (as they didn't want to pay full price as quoted, and then not have the movers come back tomorrow and thus again renege on this promise), but she agreed to pay half, then 80% of what was owed, then pay the rest when the movers came the next day to move the downstairs furniture upstairs. The movers' response was to load everything off of the truck AGAIN (thus moving everything for a third time), half in our garage and half in the driveway (while it was pouring rain out), and leave. Thus my 71 year old dad who has scoliosis had to move everything that was out into the garage, including incredibly heavy mattresses and couches, while getting drenched with rain. Meanwhile, having the movers simply move the downstairs furniture upstairs like they told us they could when we called them initially would have been a whole lot easier on them instead of moving all of my parents' junk in and out of multiple trucks multiple times. So long story short, if you want a junk hauling company that keeps its promises, I would absolutely NOT recommend Junk King. UPDATE: The company that delivered the new furniture my parents ordered gladly moved their old downstairs furniture upstairs, even though it wasn't even discussed initially. Now THAT'S quality customer service. read more

CHEATING CUSTOMERS OUT OF A DAY!!! Told me I had 3 days = 72 hours. Dropped off 6/28 with p/u 6/30. That isn't 3 days/72 hours. 7/1 is 3 days/72 hours. Kevan, Supervisor told me another $49 if I wanted the 3rd day. SCAMMERS is what JUNK KING IS!!! I've no doubt they'll try to charge me for over 2k pounds also. Sounded like a fair price until you see the DECEIT in their LIES!!! read more

Junk King is great. The guys showed up on time, did a great job, and Kevin and Jesse were very nice to work with. I'm in a wheelchair and can't move anything by myself and it was just a relief to get my extra things out of my garage. I would use them again in a second! read more

These guys are awesome. They were very communicative, letting me know when they'd arrive. Initially they were gonna come and check out the situation and give me a quote. I had gotten a competing quote that I was going to move forward with but they let me know they'd be willing to beat it. They cleared out half of my garage of construction material that a crew had left. The two guys that came were very courteous. Highly recommend. read more

Repeat customer. Made a same day appt to remove a few pieces of furniture. Price was really high, more than what I was quoted elsewhere and much more than I recall paying over the summer, or even 2 summers ago. Crew was nice, service was fast. May not use in the future due to pricing. read more
